I’m honestly happy for him. Get out of this garbage organization and see what winning is like.
Sucks to lose good players. Maybe in the long run it’s smart to trade away a corner for two firsts, but damn he signed the extension THIS offseason. He wanted to be here. Being a fan of a bad team just blows.
This hurts, man. This is the kind of stuff that losses do to your football team. We might see the team gutted in the offseason.
2 firsts is good compensation, but Sauce you can tell Sauce enjoyed being here despite all the losing and wanted to be part of the change. Good luck to him in Indy, I sad
See ya king
A bright spot in a ton of darkness. Hope he kills it in Indy.
im happy he got out, deserves to play for a winning team
was a pleasure to watch such a talented player, never understood the overwhelming hate he got from other fanbases.
Hoping he finally gets that elusive INT! Best of luck on your journey Sauce
Just a tragedy of a trade. I don’t care about the return – he is 25, loved it here, and a multiple time all-pro
How much of that contract are they taking?
It felt good, even for what felt like, 5 minutes, to have a properly elite player. To have a home grown guy that the fans believed in.
Even when the team was bad, there was a player you could point to and say “he’s doing as good a job as anyone in this league. We may be the bottom of the division, but all the rest of them wishes they had a sticky corner like sauce”
Those days are over and we’re back to being a team of, mostly nameless scrubs. I’m crushed, honestly.
We get two first round picks and we don’t have to pay him? That’s one hell of a deal for us.
How the Colts win it all this year man. Yea the 1st rounder won’t be great but Sauce deserves this.
Sucks but we need those picks. Let’s not pretend he was really doing anything to help us win.
Am I the only one not mad about this? Sauce hasnt been all that great the last two seasons. Plus hes borderline committing PI every snap. Idk why but ive gotten the impression the longer hes been in the league hes more concerned about being a celebrity than a consistently elite player. Appreciate the hope hes given us as a fan base and will forever be grateful for the 2022 year him and GW had, but im really not very upset about this at all. Hes been giving me albert haynesworth vibes lately
Sauce is honestly somewhat undisciplined and handsy. As much as it sucks losing such a big player, I hope he goes onto have a winning career and sharpens up with an organization that invests into its players.
2 firsts? Thanks but see ya Sauce
He’s a shutdown corner and that’s invaluable to any good defense. Shutdown corners allow you to do a ton up front (look at our Rex Ryan D’s with revis and romantic, along with the Saleh d with sauce and reed). Our defense is now so weak that his impact is diminished
It’s sad how far our defense has fallen to make this a possibility. Sauce is a good player, good guy, and Indy is one of the places I’m most glad to see him go
Friendly reminder never buy a Jets player Jersey. They’re rarely with the team more than a few years
I appreciate that he brought us back two first round picks.
Good luck to him. Better learn to tackle if he wants to be elite.
Not a Jets fan but just wanna say A+++ trade
That is a great return though. I hope these picks start the turnaround for you guys. Your fan base deserves wins. Good luck
Hopefully this trade works out for us both. No ill will towards the Sauce man
Bro is about to blossom into a true super star now, good for him.

Can someone tell me why exactly we traded him
