Cub fan here but now I live in Sacramento area. I went to Giants vs Cubs, we got swept, but the environment and the fans were welcoming and very nice. Time to root for Giants.Time to go get me a cap! Thanks for showing love when I visited and love the city & food oh the 🌭 & garlic🍟 was great.

  1. As a Jays fan, seeing that third trophy brings me PTSD – but those Giants were a strong team for those 5 years.

I have Oracle Park on my list of parks to visit, I imagine it’s a beautiful place. Funny, Wrigley Park is also on my list. All these visits will come after Can/Am turbulence calms down a smidge 😅

Glad you enjoyed your time, OP!

  2. Thank you. You will love Wrigley. That’s home but anyways had respect for Giants so why not. Lol yeah about that turbulence you are right lol. Oh I was really hoping Jays put dodgers on their backs.

  3. Cubs have always felt like the NL Central Giants bros, like Cubs are to Giants as Cardinals are to Dodgers. All historic franchises, and a pair of North-South rivalries that have nothing to do with the American civil war yet still draw parallels in vibes in terms of good vs evil.
All of which to say the transition should feel natural and seamless, welcome.
