BOSTON CELTICS really disappointing coaching vs. UTAH JAZZ

If Jaylen Brown’s going to help from the corner, like he’s got to be further up here. Like, this is where the help’s got to be out here, right? This is where the dribble gets picked up. I can easily recover back out, but I can’t be all the way down here. Like, I got to be I got to be up here now. This is where the help is. This is where this dribble is getting picked up and I can easily recover. If you’re waiting till he gets to the block right here, like that’s just simply too late. And I mean, this is really just all coaching. Like Luca Garzo, what is he doing? Like you need to be attached to Kevin Love. I need to jam Lowry Markin as soon as he comes through this screen. I jam him, but I’m attached to Love this whole time so Derek White can get over the top. Luca Garza, look at how far off you are from Kevin Love. So I mean, this is just clear it’s going to happen. Look at this stuff going on over here. How this is a down screen. So Sam Hower, you’re attached to Lowry Markin’s hip, ready to chase over the top. Look at Sam Hower trying to get over the screen early. So Lowry Markin’s going to slip it. So now Derek White’s got to go with him. Nobody goes to Keonte George. And now it’s just pump, fake, and go. That could not have been more poorly handled. There’s so much jogging and backpedaling. Luca Garza, sprint back and say that you’re in help. Sam Hower, sprint to the three-point line. You just got a bunch of guys jogging and jogging. Sam Hower should be sprinting here. Luca Garza should be sprinting here. So Derek White knows if I can get up and and shade the ball handle to the middle of the floor because I’ve got help in the middle of the floor. But all Derek White’s doing is backpedaling. Sam Hower’s just seeing the ball now. I don’t know where Luca Garz is going. What was that? I mean it just again, what are the Celtics doing here? Like I would just switch this ball screen. You can’t do nothing. This Derek White gets screened and you do nothing. So now I have Freddy Simon has come all the way over here to help. Why didn’t you guard that screen? Again, the help from the corner is just not good enough. Like Payton Pritchard’s got to be up the line here a little bit more and help. This is where the dribble’s got to get picked up. I can easily recover back to the three-point line. But you’re you’re too like this. I got to be here. This is where this dribble gets picked up and I recover. Like you’re just waiting. This dribble’s getting picked up like at the block. That’s just too low. This is all just details and bad coaching. What else is there to say? Here’s a stagger screen. So, you’re supposed to go under and then over the stagger screen. Anemia Keta would be attached to Nerkach with his arms extended so that this player can’t just curl off both. But, I mean, everything’s wrong here. You’re going over the first, over the second. Kate is not attached with his arms extended. Look at this cluster. Like, this is just all coaching. I mean, again, this is just bad coaching. Like, you’ve got to go into this game every time Sam Hower and Josh May not are a part of a screen, it’s an automatic switch no matter what. When you talk and think about switches in the middle of the play to go, this is just sad. I mean, this is just effort in transition. This is just I want it more. Like, J Muk’s going to sprint back. Jaylen Brown’s going to jog back. It’s just unacceptable. I this is just sad and pathetic and makes me cry. Like get up if you’re Jaylen Brown and move Keonte George out. There’s no place for Nerkage to roll to cuz Pton Pritchard’s waiting right here in backside help. If a skip pass gets made from over here, it’s an easy recovery. But you’re in this dumb drop coverage. Pton Pritchard can’t now slide over because this pass couldn’t be easier. So you’re just in a twoon-one. I mean that’s that really makes me cry. Nius Kada, do you know what you’re doing in transition? You’re not guarding the ball. Derek White has the ball. You need to get to Keonte George. You can’t get back to the middle of nowhere. Neias Ka just got back to the absolute middle of nowhere. That can’t happen in transition. This is all coaching and it makes me cry. This is a cross screen. Derek White, you need to jam the player coming through the crossc screen so Hower can get on the other side. You just you don’t touch him. You don’t touch him. There’s just so much wrong here. One, the ball screen defense is terrible. Why can’t Luca Garza get up, push the ball handler out? There’s no place for Nerkage to roll to. Fine, that’s terrible. But Jaylen Brown, you got to get up more. I’ve got to be up to about here with my help so that this dribble’s getting picked up all the way out here. Now I can recover. You’re not helping until he’s already in the lane. Like it’s just too late. And then again, these switches. My god. Derek White underneath the screener. Why do you switch over the top of the screener? It’s just one. Why is Anthony Simons picking up full court? Just get back and be ready to slide your feet where there’s help. Instead, you’re coming up to pick up full court and you get blown by. Hugo Gonzalez like this can’t happen either. You’re hugging your man. You got to be over with your back to the baseline so that when you’re in help, your feet are set and I can just get right back out. Look at Hugo Gonzalez’s feet. You’re going towards the ball on the kickout. You’re never going to get out in time. Obvious mismatch on the perimeter. So Sam Hower, why are you hugging Ace Bailey? I need to be all the way over here. Right foot right here. So when Keante George comes to drive, I’m in help. My feet are set. I’m able to get back out. But like, you know that like I have got to be over here in the gaps. What is Sam Hower doing? It’s just not good enough. The Celtics just don’t know what they’re doing with these mismatches. Bayiley Shyman cannot guard Keonte George. So Payton Pritchard, you’re help. You need to be over and up a little bit and help. So Bailey Shyman, stop. Is showing his hands the whole time cuz I know Pton Pritchard is up here in the gaps and help. I’ll be able to recover back to the corner, but there’s just no help. And Bailey Shyman’s not showing his hands. He’s gambling now. There’s just so much wrong here. First of all, on a handoff, Nemius Kate has got to be up jamming the screener with his body and you’re going to go under and beat him on the other side. If you’re going over this handoff, Anthony Simons can’t be guarding at half court. He’s got to be down here in the gap so he’s in help. None of these things are happening. This is just pathetic. Coaching, coaching, coaching. Why Nemius Keta can’t be guarding at half court? Get to the three-point line. So, you’re in help. Now, Chris Bucher can force Kyle Filipowski into this help. You’re guarding at half court for no reason. And Boucher’s gambling. So, now Philipski is going to blow by him baseline. What is Luca Garza doing about this screen here? Like, I don’t know. I guess just switch. You You can’t do nothing. Jaylen Brown gets screened. Like what on earth? I mean, this is just coaching. It’s really sad. It shouldn’t happen. Luca Garza should be attached on his down screen with his arms extended. So Lowry Markin can’t curl. If you let Lowry Mark and curl, Dererick White has no time to get over this screen. So now Lowry Markin is in the paint. Then you end up doubling an hour late. I just can’t believe people buy tickets to watch this game. Like what is Josh not doing? This is who you’re guarding. Like where is Josh my not like where why are you going to guard right here? What? Again, this is just coaching Sam Hower. This is a down screen. I need to get my ex attached with my arms extended so this player can’t curl. You don’t do that. So he curls. So this defender has no time to get over the screen and now you can’t guard this handoff. This is all just coaching. How many mistakes do you want to count? like Payton Pritchard just guard the ball. I can’t be leaning towards the screen early or I’m going to get beat the other way. So that of course happens. Now Jaylen Brown like let’s see ball and man you just stare at the ball. This kind of defense is just it makes me cry. Like just guard just be ready to guard. What is this stupid gamble? Look at that gamble. Why? What? Look at all the mistakes that why the Celtics lose. The first of all, they’re in drop coverage as opposed to getting up pushing the ball handler out. No place for Nerkage to roll to. So number two, this has to be Jaylen Brown’s help. Like I’ve got to be up the line a little bit in help. If my feet are set, I’ll be fine and recover back out. Nas K has got to get back to Nerkach. But Jaylen Brown is hugging the corner here. So now Ka feels like he’s got to guard the guard the ball and Nerkage. So he can’t be pushing Nerkage out. So now you let Nerkage get right to the rim right here and even off this miss, there’s nobody to box out and you lost because of coaching.

  1. You guys know that he gotta earn some money out of 220k subscribers, right? He has to be not cursing and super positive for that. He increased his subscriber number above a critical level. Job is done. It is time to milk.

  2. I think Coach is testing us to prove a point that people only watch and respond to the angry videos and clickbait titles. Notice how this only has 5k views after 9 hours?

  3. If u not talkin bout Boston like you be talkin bout bronny go jump off something talking that low like you’re on punishment week video smh this not the energy we want

  4. Bronny broke this man. Regualr sorry basketball just doesnt enrage him as much. He needs Bronny in the corner to really set him off now 😂

  5. If this is about hoop reference tweet coach don’t listen to him you are objectively correct in analyzing the plays after the fact. Like Bronny, it’s like nobody tells him not to sit in the corner

  6. You think coaching is what is going on here…..Let me tell you something:
50 -3-pointers. Someone hit a number last night. Someone won.
joe mazzulla exhibits all of the characteristics of a mob hand. Not only having grown up around it, but his convenient, self-serving and parasitic relationship with Jayson Tatum. Seeked out Tatum, attached himself to Tatum to open the door for himself, and capitalized on it, just like it goes down in college gambling. Jayson Tatum played college basketball at a top program and was one of the top 3 players in the country, what does Jayson Tatum need joe mazzula for… Then, down the line, manipulated a heyseed that doesnt know any better, Brad Stevens, to give him what he wants.

'Brad, Have you though about replacing joe'

    'No, we love joe".

"Brad, do you think joe is qualified to be head coach of an NBA team".

    "No,we love joe".

"Brad, did you have any reservation about giving joe this contract".

    "No, we love joe".

"Brad there are coaches and even players with actual NBA experience that you could have hired for this job, why didnt you even just consider any of them when this convenient opening became available."

    "No, we love joe."

"Brad, if you feel you cant answer honestly because you fear retaliation against you and those close to you if you do, blink during your response to this question….Brad, do you think joe mazzulla is a creepy, slimmy, know nothing, that has infiltrated this organization for the benefit of himself, his family, and his "family".

"No, We (Wink) love joe". (WINk)(WINK)(WINK)(WINK!)

Brad Stevens NEVER answers a joe mazzulla question directly. NEVER.

And in case you havent noticed, every other coach in town is "Vrable", or 'Belichick", or "Sturm", or "Cora". But Joe Mazzulla is "Joe".

Its a psychological trick by the organization and the media to humanize him to you. Nobody is better at it than the Celtics as an organization and 98.5 the sports hub. NOBODY.

Celtics needed a reason to get rid of Udoka to be able to move Mazzulla into the head coaches job. They chose affair because an affair is something that would not be investigated by an outside party, furthermore, they choose that it occurred with a Celtics employee to keep it even more inhouse and a situation they would handle themselves without the prying eyes of an outside investigation. You bet they handled it inhouse. Millons

of people are having affairs right now as I type this. None of them are going to be fired from thier jobs because of it. This was handled INHOUSE because it needed to be and it involved consultation with, if not orchestrated through, an attorney who would know what to call something so that it wouldnt be investigated by people they didnt want looking at it.

Michael Felger, the guy from Wisconsin, isnt an organized crime expert so his analysis of "I dont think thats whats going on" means exactly d*ck, or pen*s, if you prefer. Michael Felger, in his own words, "is running a business" from 2-6 weekdays and that business is manipulating the minds of listeners to his best interests and the benefit or 98.5 the sports hub, and to the courtesy of rhode islander, jim lauth.

Felger is the only guy that has EVER said joe mazzulla is a "numbers guy" or an "analyst". You know, 'numbers guy" has a strong connotation in the organized crime world. Felger is the only guy that has ever said it.

The Celtics, themselves, have never described joe mazzulla as a 'numbers guy" or an "analyst". Incidentally, they've never even described joe mazzulla as a "hot young coaching prospect", or "coach in waiting" as proven by his previous job in the 3rd row. None of the other, media, be it written, spoken, or through mental telepathy have ever described joe mazzulla as a "numbers guy" or an "analyst".

Even joe mazzulla, himself, has never described himself as a "numbers guy' or an "analyst" Nothing in joe mazzulla past, present, or future, indicate he's ever been a 'numbers guy' or "analytical". Neither his school transcrips, resume, or his hobbies include ANYTHING that indicate, in any way,

that joe mazzulla is a "numbers guy" or analytical. He did however, beat a female and piss in public as was appropriately handled by the West Virginia Police, But dont think this was isolated or prejudicial…. just because rhode island refuse to charge mazzulla for the things he's done there doesnt mean it shouldnt have been.

So, why then is Michael Felger, from Wisconsin, the only guy that says joe mazzulla is a "numbers guy' or "analytical" and shoots down, cuts off, and changes the subject of anybody with any other possibility…..Just like Brad Stevens, the guy from Indiana, refuses to admit what joe mazzulla really is and how he got to where he is.

I already answered it for you.

Incidentally, while we're on the subject, Felger, you like to gamble a bit, dont ya. Maybe more than a bit. And Im just about to call bullsh*t on your whole "fell off a bicycle and wacked my neck on the handle bar in Nantucket" story. Im starting to think that you may have been visited, say by some of joe mazzulla's "associates', and not associate head coaches, to make sure you ' straighten out' and dont stir the pot, keep mazzulla's names clean out of your mouth.mazzullas only other mouthpiece in town is former Patriots quaterback, and media member at 985 the sports hubs, Scott Zolac, who never fails to play grabass with mazzulla, go out to dinner with him, and text him on a frequent basis……and wouldnt you know it….scott zolac isnt from New England either, he's from Pennsylvania. I see a pattern here.

Want more…when Bill Chisholm and his wife were interviewed courtside after the purchase of the team, the first thing his wife gleefully exclaimed was "we love joe mazzulla". You just paid Billions of dollars to buy a team, and the first think you're going to talk about is the coach…..Know why….BECAUSE KEEPING JOE MAZZULLA AS HEAD COACH WAS A PRE-REQUISIT TO BEING ALLOWED TO BUY THE TEAM AND NO OTHER BUYER WOULD AGREE TO IT…..except chisholm. So they thought they got a deal by agreeing to it and getting the team because of it.

Why is joe mazzulla being kept as head coach a pre-requisite to a billions of dollars basketball team purchase……

Because wyc grousbeck is involved in this brad stevens/joe mazzulla situation and doesnt care how the team wins….but his father Irv Grousbeck is a well-respected businessman and more importantly, a well-respected professor at one of the worlds most prestigious universities and does care how the team wins and doesnt want joe mazzula or whats going on to reflect on him. So, he put the team up for sale.

Even the team that owns the building the Celtics play in refuses to deal with mazzulla while he's still greeted with open arms for some reason by the other two professional franchises that matter in town. That should tell you all you need to know.

and remember what I said. THE TEAM THAT OWNS THE BUILDING.

Now this is going to instigate people wearing green because they are going to say "OH YEAH, SO WHAT, WE ARE GOING TO BUILD OUR OWN ARENA!!!"

Oh yeah? Really? You Are? OK. Let look at that, in fact, I'll use something called "analysis" to do so. You may have learned about it up top:

Your team plays around 80 games a season. With playoffs, you probably play about 90 or so. Total. Only half of those are at home. So its about 45ish games.

You think your owner is going to spend BILLIONS of dollars to finance a new arena for your corrupt basketball team to play 45 games a year in it….what about the other 320 days a year…who's paying those bills…

So you're not really building a "Basketball Only" arena. Youre building an "ANYTHING BUT BASKETBALL WITH BASKETBALL MIXED IN ARENA" because you have to fill most of those other 320 days a year with events to pay the bills or

you're going bankrupt. YOU'RE ALREADY DOING THAT AT A CHEAPER PRICE FOR RESIDENCY And if you dont think so, you're new owner is still scrapping pennies together to just pay for the team….who's paying the BILLIONS for the arena…

Good luck with that. You're not building anything. And you have a better chance of the team relocating to a new city in a another state than building a new basketball-only arena in Boston.

Seeing things in green doesnt solve problems. Reality does.

  7. YUP. I was anticipating this. My Celtics are playing like absolute shit. I joke with my girlfriend all the time even last year on how we start and finish games. 1st quarter we play good, 2nd quarter we start falling apart a little, 3rd quarter is usually a complete loss, and the 4th quarter were fighting back to even stay in this game or to keep a lead at all. Happens every game.

  8. With this roster and crap coaching and Derrick white playing like absolute horse shit I'm surprised theyre 3 and 5. First three games lost because Chris bouche is a complete liability.

Brown is definitely a first option with the roster he has to compete with which has 0 Allstars except him.

Tbh id rather have jrue instead of white. Jrue is rising to the occasion. White is playing like he's trying to get traded.

Baylor whatever his last name is just awful and is really in a serious sophmore slump
