NHL Highlights | Hurricanes vs. Rangers | November 04, 2025
Coachov won a career-high 27 games last season.
We are underway. Rangers start at the fourth line. Carrick with Edstrom and Bradzinski up against the
stall unit. Bucks set out to the right point for a shot by Walker. That’s blocker inside by Sturken.
Adam Fox leads the Rangers with 11 points. Up the middle for Zabat down to Paneran. Cross ice pass
and a save by Cochov on the JT Miller redirect. Rangers control. Adam Fox side steps off.
Shot from a tough angle. Handled by Cochov down in Carolina. You mentioned some of the
major injuries. Robertson stick aside. Lava knocks it down and Coachov got a piece
of it. Taylorish battling for the puck. Comes out to the left point. A glove
save made by Shurken on Chatfield. Oh, a really good job by Susi blocking out the
Carolina forward driving the net. Tonight’s Kia card. Congratulations to Braden Snder. Reaches
300 National Hockey League games. First round pick by the Rangers back in 2020 and he’s averaging
a careerhigh 18 and a half minutes per game. Bluff save made by Shurken on one of those
rookie defenseman for Carolina Lego. Yeah. Uh easy saves for Igor Sister Sturk and
the Rangers continuing to impress keeping the traffic away from the goalender. The Rangers
done a nice job here in the first three minutes and change with the pace off to start. Shot by
Lego. Misses the net. Comes out to Chatfield. Now Janowski with the puck for and Capricov
has it for the Rangers. Sur an opportunity to burst down that right side as Lego broker
stuck on the shot attempt. There’s a long shot that’s blocked aside by coach and it
winds up and the Rangers haven’t showed any pension to back away from it being
a physical team. There’s no question. Hurricanes control the draw. Shot by Chfield.
Blocker aside by Susten and now it’s Braden Schneider. JT Miller knocks it down. Twoon
one cross ice Paner all alone. Stopped by Cochov and with the puck once again in
front. Save made on Sushi by Cochov. Right. Alioop out of the defensive zone by
Braden Schneider. Catches Carolina. Coachov to the rescue. Now here’s Lava just off
the bench. Lafernier down low. Kohley now. Llama sends it back out. Jump by Borggan.
Turned aside by Cochov on the deflection. Puck cleared out by Riley. Rangers with
some terrific opportunities early. Here comes Kohley. Kohley with a point
in four consecutive games. And now Riley flips the puck ahead. Rangers keep it alive. Alexi Lafernier out to Gabriava shot that did
not get through. Fox Lafernier shot gets blocked. Good start for the Rangers. They’re out
shooting the Hurricanes 8 to four. Some big saves by Cochenkov in his first
appearance of the season. Will Kohley sending it back out for Gabricov. Now Taylor
Radish who leads the Rangers with five goals. Another save by Coachov. That one on [ __ ]
from long distance. And now our first penalty called against Carolina. Extra skater on
for the Rangers. KT Miller off the bench. Shot by Radish. Deflected. And now the touch
made and the Rangers will head to the game’s first power play for Lafford. Defended by
Walker. Out to Adam Fox down low. JT Miller. Back across. Panaran. Panaran. The return
pass and the save on Miller. By coachov. JT Miller. Miller. Keeps it alive for Panaran.
Now the manager. Love. Stopped by Coachov. Well, I tell you you weep. Cross eyes Fox. 15
seconds to go on the power play. Back out for Fox. Deflected by Miller. and he looks up to
the iconic ceiling that just missed. Sam Carrick has come on with Edstrom. Here’s Jackson Blake.
Looks to cut to the middle. Puck was bouncing on Stan Kovven. Turnaround shot stopped by
Shurken. That was Eers, the longtime Winnipeg Jet. And the Rangers are killing the penalty
here. Hurricanes ranked last on the power play. Puck comes in front. Shurken down and the
play is whistled did. Did you know that? I did. Power play for Carolina. Score. Off the post
and in. It’s Eers. His first goal as a Carolina Hurricane. Rain’s been pretty good in the faceoffs
here. Lose this one. Now can is there traffic? Eers comes to the outside. Shurken maybe a
little off angle looking for the puck trying to find position. Now did that go off Borggan
in front? That may have gone off Will Borggan in front. Unable to beat Coachette. Hurricanes
score on their first power play and go right back to the man advantage. Save by Shurken on
Elers who scored the Carolina goal and the puck is set down ice by Carrick. Elers is another
guy that has a score. He’s going to score now. You got to go. Uh-oh. He’s got one number.
Here comes Walker. Force Fetchnikov. Slides it across and a glove save made by Shurken
on the long range shot from Eers. Of course, a big big sought after free agent. By
the time ever got moved and signed and everything like that, Healers was
the biggest name left and Carolina just stepped to the plate. James Point Fleet,
good hands, will shoot it. Plays with speed. So, a really good first period for the Rangers, but they trail one- nothing. Hurricanes
continue on the power play. Pass across looking for Jarvis. Broken up by Snider. Puck
comes out to the point. Shawn Walker with it. Another save by Sharken on Eers. And
now Blake. Here’s Nikeshan. Straight away Blake setting it down low for Taylor
Hall. Stopped by Sharken from close range up the middle for Edstrom. And now Sam
Carrick cutting wide on Riley. Centering pass shot by Brozinski. Stopped by Kochkov.
A bang bang play. And Coachov makes the save around behind for Laffordier. And then up the
boards to Fox. But Aaron shoots save. Rebound. Another save on Zabanagad by Cochov. After a
while, you can’t help me be frustrated. And I’m not buying into the fact that they’re not
bearing down because here’s Miller. Surveys Miller into the slot. Rozinski. Save.
Miller fires. And that’s stopped by Cochet. off Mika Zabanad and we’ll watch JT Miller
just tee it up from the middle of the ice. Next Monday night here at the Garden. Janowski
wins the faceoff back to Riley. Score the pass across and now I think you’re right there. Three
in front of the goal. I think you had it right. This thing from the right point just gets to the
net. Now Johnny Bear pointed to the net getting possession face off win possession comes across
and careening into Robertson or into Shurken. Robertson one more look from the right point.
Oh yeah that went through Janowski went Miller had started off to the bench couldn’t play the
puck. Here’s Jarvis for Carolina. Jarvis puts a move on Susi and that is stopped by Shurken.
Puck is loose and Panera controls. Just he’s so nifty. He kind of pulls the puck through
Susi here. Goes one way, slides it through that triangle in and that’s a heck of a save.
Now Lafredier for Zabat hit by Stall. Rangers trailing two nothing. Puck chased by Jarvis.
The net is empty. Jarvis moving in and scores. Puck will be deep in the zone. The Rangers
trying to get possession off the boards. They’ve spent an awful lot of this third
period on the boards and Carolina wins the battle as Canaran guesses to the outside.
And for the fourth time in six home games, the Rangers have been shut
out. It just defies logic.

Kochetkov😎
For a goalie who hasn’t played in a while, Kochetkov looked locked in, great win for the canes!
The reason the Rangers lost cause they didn’t score any goals and have a horrible center ice logo for this season
a first for ehlers and a so for kochetkov? sweet.
NY Rangers getting shutout like that
Kochetkov is killer 🔥 his awareness is next level
