Me personally while it is very close I think I lean more towards an Astro. Won 2 World Series, 2017 ALCS MVP, 2019 and 2022 AL Cy Young winner, I think his stats as an Astro just barely beat out his stats as a Tiger. But what do yall think?

  1. Who knows. Reggie went in as a Yankee despite having spent more time in Oakland and also winning two rings there. But he is Mr October.

Honestly, I’d have Reggie in as an Angel especially after his attempt to kill the Queen.

  2. He should just pick a totally random team, like the Pirates, and be like “you know, I always wanted to play for these guys.”

  3. It’s only bragging rights for the fans. They should vote. Like the All Star game

It’s Detroit. Dude was so badass with the TIgers and his career resurgance in Houston makes him the 1st ballot HOF.

  5. Most likely a Tiger. He had the most success as an Astro though.

I could see a split, but 98% sure a Tiger.

  6. Whatever he’s happy with.

Joe Morgan went in as a Red, but started in Houston (or was with Houston when we started). He’s still a hall of fame Astro/Colt .45 as well as a hall of fame Red.

  7. Tigers, but if he went in an Astros hat it wouldn’t be egregious. He won two World Series, two Cy Young awards, an ALCS MVP, and was there for nearly six seasons.

I think freeman is a similar case. I think he *should* go in as a Brave but if he went in with a dodgers hat or no logo it wouldn’t be insane to me.

  8. He was drafted by the Tigers, so that memory is huge for a player.
Also, he played more years there, and won an MVP as a pitcher in Detroit.

  9. Coming from someone who feared him for 20 years (see flair), he has a Tiger hat on when I see him in my nightmares lol

  10. One of those teams was cheating scumbags. The other were the Detroit Tigers. Tough choice…

  11. I think it’ll be with Detroit. 13 years, an MVP, Cy Young & ROY, 2 no-hitters, etc. I could partially see the argument for Houston but what a slap in the face it’d be to Detroit fans.

  12. I’ll always see him more as a Tiger.  Spent 13 years there, a decade of dominance that included both a Cy Young and an MVP award.

World Series, even though he was a big contributor, are a team statistic.
