Tua Tagovailoa & Jaylen Waddle talk Dolphins’ win over Falcons, Tua’s visor for swollen eye

[Music] Well, Tua and Jaylen, congratulations on the win today. Tua, you told us you started this week by taking accountability for the turnovers. Not only did you not turn the ball over today, you threw for four touchdowns against the top passing defense in the NFL. How’d you do it? Well, with the help of these guys, JDub, with the help of the lineman, defense allowing us to get the ball back to be able to go out there and and make those happen. Um, that’s all it was. Jaylen, you scored a 43 yd touchdown today. You clocked 21.35 miles an hour. just take me through what you saw on that. Uh yeah, we uh kind of drew it up on the sideline. Uh Tul gave me a great ball. I can run through it and you know try to make a play. Talk to me about the defense today and the impact that they had on this game. They had a big impact um with the turnovers and then allowing us an opportunity to go out there convert on third downs, stay in the game on fourth downs and then you know our our our biggest thing was not to to get three, but to try to get seven as much as we could and for the defense for them to not allow them to get seven, allow them to get three. So I think we did a really good job with that today. You woke up with a swollen eye today. How’s it feeling? How did the visor work out today? Man, the Bible says not by faith or by faith and not by sight. So, you know, we’ve been blessed with with with the game today and I’ve been blessed. Very blessed. So, I got to go figure all of this out tomorrow morning. Is the visor here to stay? I think so. For now, the these guys like the visor, so I might just keep keep the visor. It’s a good look.   6. Uno looked just like prime Dan Marino today! I'm not fully sold on him until he beat the bills and wins as a playoff game, but the dog is still in him!

    I'd say bring an eyepatch and bring back the visor for Thursday night football,

  15. Tua is a good system QB, whenever the run game gets going and the defense plays well he really can shine. I don’t know if he is the guy but this was a big win for sure! Fins up

  16. IF the Oline can give Tua his time, and he don't need much time, he can do wonders with this offense. With Waddle as the Batman, don't need Tyreek. Tua will spread the ball around and always give Waddle his due. Tua has shown more than his fair share of flashes. Never Count him out!
