This is silly, the Jazz are one of the winningest franchises in NBA history. The past few years have been a rebuild but historically that is not the case

Since the 80s, minus 2022 to now, and 2012 to 2016, we’ve always been competitive. From Stockton and Malone, DWill and Boozer, and Spida and Gobert, the Jazz are always in playoff mode

Putting the Jazz over New Orleans or Charlotte is just objectively the wrong pick
We were the 1 seed this decade….
One thing Jazz fans don’t realize is no one except hard core NBA fans really care about teams perpetually making the 1st or 2nd round of the playoffs.
If you don’t make some noise in the conference finals every few years, and make the finals occasionally (more often than 27 year gaps between appearances), the casual fan will just assume that franchise is garbage.
Hence, the reason the Jazz made this list.
