Tragic. This brought tears to my eyes.

We’re all football family here. If you’re struggling, talk to someone. Your people love you.

If you don’t want to “burden” them, talk to me. I’ll ALWAYS welcome new friends and talk football with you all day if I have to. Stay good to yourselves, Ramily.

  1. Man this is becoming too common. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

  2. If you are struggling, get help. I promise you aren’t alone and there are people out there who want to help. I resisted therapy for way too long myself, I truly believed it saved my life and it can help you save your own.

  3. The connection between depression and CTE is real.

Don’t know about Kneeland’s brain health, but the NFL definitely needs to invest in mental health for players in an industry where dudes play all their life and then get to the NFL and they just get chewed up and spit out.

  4. RIP, didn’t know who he was but he was part of the football family as we all are and it’s just sad to loose someone like that, especially in the way he went. Hopefully his situation encourages others to get help and not fall down that same dark path. May he rest in peace and his family’s hearts recover quickly. 🙁

  5. The fact that the PD mentioned “suicidal signs” is so sad man. So young 😞

  6. As someone with depression and anxiety, it’s just difficult to see those struggling can’t overcome it. It’s saddening! The fact he’s the same age as I am makes it sadder.

  7. Im Cowboys fan and saw this scrolling.

Thank you for the post. Im shocked and at a loss for words. He was so young and had so much potential. This is a wake up call to all. Take your mental health seriously.
