I like Castle but he’s clearly not a lead point and never will be but you’d have your head bitten off if you said that after he got drafted lol
Unless you’re playing an elite defense, you won’t win with such a poor offense.
Need Fox back ASAP
Yeah I think it’s clear Castle can’t run an offense efficiently right now. He’s great going downhill but he’s making a lot of mistakes when he gets in there. His shooting has improved from last season but it’s still not where it needs to be. Dude has potential to be unstoppable if he can just develop a consistent mid range off the dribble and hit catch threes.
Fox should definitely help the team on that end as well as draw some pressure off Wemby.
Castle can’t run the offense. You wouldn’t ask Jrue Holiday to do it either. He still has a valuable role to play.
IMO it all boils down to not having a real PG out there. Castle does a lot of great things, but run an offense as the primary ball handler and initiator isn’t one of them, at least not right now.
