This man has redeemed himself many times over.

  1. Never thought I’d say this about VJ but it’ll be a sad day when he gets offered a HC position somewhere. His defenses have been unreal in his second stint.

  2. He is a bit like Wade Phillips in that he was not a very good head coach but is a insane defensive coordinator.

  3. If Vance leaves Colorado it will be a sad day. He has channeled the energy from the Rockies and has blessed us broncos fans lately. He is home. Please stay home with us.

  4. The VJ redemption arc has been incredible. Nobody was excited when he was hired but he’s been fantastic.

  5. Denver hired him as head coach and it didn’t work out, only for him to return to the exact same organization as DC and has proven to be excellent in the role. Both fans and analysts of the game are taking that level of humility for granted. Really enjoying Vance Joseph’s defense and I only ask that we find a way to keep him for a few more seasons

  6. I still cannot believe he came back to coach the defense. Wild how pissed we were after the Dolphins massacred us and now he’s so important to our team. Never thought I’d see him back, especially after how his HC stint was with us.

  7. When he first came back he said he was reluctant to force his scheme onto the D and played a hybrid of it that suited the players he had. After the Miami game, he moved 100% into his own scheme and then developed the players in it rather than not fully committing … I think the results on his scheme are now very very clear.

  8. I will be so sad if and when he leaves. I wish he would stick around with Sean long term, but he has absolutely earned another shot at the big job.

  9. Total domination last night, good job coach. I don’t even want to talk about the other side of the ball.
