I watched as 11 customers ran out of the store with handfuls of merchandise, although my security team is the highest paid in retail shopping history. What did I do afterward? I didn’t change a thing. The standard is the standard.

Giant eagle doesn’t do shit. Literally saw some old hag employee yelling at people on a busy Sunday because she didn’t want to press like two buttons to open a self checkout for people.
