It wouldn’t make sense to deal him. He is on a good contract, seems to be important to the team and fans so whatever they would get for him would not really be worth the trade.
I cannot imagine a team scouting Hawkins and saying that’s what we need to make the playoffs and win title this year. He can’t break the rotation on a team that wins 25% of its games unless it suffers catastrophic injuries. Recently, team has drafted the following at 13: Kira, Hawk and now Queen. Queen will break the streak of colossal busts at unlucky 13.
