Greatest day for #NewYorkJets fans?

As a longsuffering Jets fan, it’s been a long time since we’ve had anything to cheer about. And then on NFL trade deadline day becomes basically the greatest day in franchise history for anyone under the age of 50. The reason I’m celebrating is the trades. And they have moved off Sauce Gardner, the great quarterback who was an allpro in his first two seasons, and Quinnon Williams, he shipped to Dallas, who won the trades. The 2025 Jets are listed as losers. It’s for the future because folks, we rich. We got a war chest of picks.

  1. I remember the redskins the year they picked Lavar Arrington having 2 or the top 3 picks in the draft. 2 of the top 3! And guess what? They were both busts. Picks more often than not don’t equal talent. You don’t trade all pros for the chance at getting better players. Not likely to happen or bad teams like the jets would be good from all their previous drafts.

  2. Great for fans but not great for those players the jets will use the picks on. Drafted by the jets, your career is done. The real winners are the players that just got traded.

  3. The Jets could have every pick in the next two drafts and you wouldn't pick anybody good. LOL! The best players would be picked up UDFA by every other team. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  4. What are you complaining about! I am a Houston Oilers/Titans fan and we have NEVER won a superbowl! NEVER! We have sucked since 1960! Don’t complain to me!
