Any clue exactly what time period?

My grandfather's side of their room hasn't been touched since he has passed. I ran up there last time I was over there and decided to swoop this piggy bank… i remember him taking quarters out of it when we would leave to go get Wendy's as a kid… very fond memories!!! Anyway, only thing im confused about it how the slot for the coins looks like he made it? The ball is made completely from glass and that logo is very very faint. Was just wondering if anyone knew exactly what it was cause I would love to say I have like a 1968 Tigers bank, or something lolll God Bless 🙏🏻🙏🏻
