What would you do if you knew the jets were scouting you?
Looked great on that game winning drive.
This is an ideal game for the brass to see, imo. While Penn State has been bad, Happy Valley is no joke to play on the road. Mendoza wasn’t great today, and he got the shit kicked out of him all day. Then absolutely nails on that last drive.
Far from a perfect prospect but he continues to show why his play will land him in the top-5. I’m not a Mendoza or Bust guy by any means, but there’s enough to like in his resume to be optimistic that he can be built around.
Mendoza is gonna bust yall are crazy
Mannings have a 100% success rate so far is all I’m saying /s
Nah we should draft defense and tank/trade up for Sayin next year
Mendoza looked good late. Made some nice throws and held up with the hits he took. Still believe Simpson is better or we should wait and draft a QB in 27.
This post made me think he got injured or maybe died.
We need to find a way to get Sayin in a couple years! I don’t like any of these QBs this year!
I thought he got hurt.
I think decision making is key. He looked generally good doing it for most of the game. I did like he didn’t try to force throws and basically put them where nobody but the WR could catch it (last couple of throws on the last drive in particular… the sideline throw and the TD catch).
He’ll be probably the only QB worth taking this year. He will be a Saint
