I don’t lament or feel bad for the Rangers, they had just as good a chance to win today against a demoralized squad and they had every ability to win but they didn’t.

The whole premise behind a draft lottery is so that its given to chance and individual wins or losses dont matter like he implies. He also implies had the Islanders won that game, the Rangers would have won the lottery?
