And for those that don’t know, I was in the US Army for about four years. Um I was military police. I did a whole lot of crazy stuff and then I got hurt. I got out. a lot of physical injuries, but also mental. Um, I suffer from depression, anxiety, and PTSD. And at one point, on several occasions, I attempted to take my own life. And I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for medication, therapy, and my support group, my friends and family that have been alongside me throughout my arduous journey of mental health and just trying to be better. And it’s helped. And I share that with you guys because if there’s anyone out there watching my streams or listening to me, watching my videos, and you’re going through a tough time in your life, you feel like nothing’s going right, you’re in this dark void, you or sometimes, cuz I know what it feels like. You feel like you’d be better off gone. That’s not true, man. I I promise you, you’re every life is precious. You matter to somebody. You may not know it.
