Hurricanes’ Charles-Alexis Legault: Admitted to hospital Sunday

Signals to me that it’s not a superficial cut, few stitches and done. Fingers crossed it isn’t sliced hand tendons, but it looks like a potentially significant injury.
Damn, hate that for him and hope he can get back to full speed relatively soon

I knew he went to the hospital but what caused him to actually be admitted?
Shit. Scary. Sadly that type of deep cuts not even tendon related will probably take a month at least to ensure it is stable and doesn’t reopen with the amount of movement and physical contact against a hand.
ugh hate this for him, if he has any tendon damage it’ll be a long recovery to get his hand functioning like before, if at all. had a friend who cut his hand to the tendon and it took months just to be able to hold a pencil again
