I know some of yall were discussing potential rivals a few days ago, so I figured I'd share my experience tonight. I'm stationed not to far away from Tucson, so the wife and I went to see the affiliated team of Utah play against our affiliated team, the firebirds. My lord…. so many fights and penalties lol. In two different periods each box had 3 players each. It got to the point where if the players even started talking to each other after a whistle, the refs stepped in. I can't say the mammoth see us as a rivals but the AHL affiliates definitely see each other as rivals.

I have a personal grudge against Utah bc the game against them I watched last year they played like assholes, but I also am notorious for my grudge holding to an absurd extent so like take my contribution with a grain of salt
Nah, Utah isn’t a rival.
I lived if the Coachella Valley for the first two seasons of the Firebirds existence and the Calgary Wranglers were definitely the team we hated most the two seasons.
