Rob Gronkowski to Sign One-Day Contract with New England Patriots on November 12

Are you kidding me? What an amazing catch by Gronowski. My god, I’ve seen it all now by this guy. With the 42nd pick in the 2010 NFL draft, the New England Patriots select Rob Gronowski, tight end, Arizona. I’m Rob Gronowski, tight end for the New England Patriots. I’ll be doing my job out on the field and also I’ll be being myself and having a lot of fun. The 14th annual New England Patriots Ron Burton Community Service Award to Patriots tight end Rob Gronowski was just honored to see and I just wanted to be a part of it and give back to the community in a positive way. The greatest tight end of all time is that guy right there. Rob Gronowski is clear far and away to me at least the best tight end of all time. Rob Gronowski to me defied physics. He should not have been that big, that athletic with that soft of hands, able to catch like a receiver, block like a lineman. He would want you to run the ball over the top because he knew he could dominate a 280, 290lb defense bent and yet he could get open on 220 lb state. The greatest tight end in history is Rob Gronowski. Stands and throws down the right. Pork Gronowski. He makes the catch of the 15. Jumbo to the 10. Double cover down the middle for Gronowski. Somehow makes the catch. Throw back shoulders off. Makes a twisting one-handed catch. Oh, superhuman. Get the protein bars off. Can’t stop him. He loss it to the right side for Gronowski. Has a step has a touchdown. Patriots back in the lead. And the spike. The Patriots are back on top. Wing will always be a home to me for the rest of my life. There ain’t no question about that.

On Wednesday, November 12 at 12:15 PM, Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski will sign a one-day contract and officially retire as a member of the New England Patriots. Gronk was drafted by the Patriots in 2010 and spent 9 seasons in New England where him and Tom Brady became one of the best quarterback-tight end duos in NFL history.

  1. At his peak there arent many players I’ve seen that were more dominant…injuries were a shame but at his best there wasnt a better TE in NFL history

Guy made grown men look like children on the field

  2. For a guy that fell in the draft due to perceived medical issues, Gronkowski was pretty damn phenomenal. Congrats on the official retirement as a New England Patriot. I thought he already was retired, but I guess he still left the door open for a return, but decided to make this the time

  3. He ought to be rostered for the rest of the year. The Pats may make a good run to maybe a 🏆. Hard to say as a Seahawks fan 🦉. Not hard at all as a Gronk fan 😎

  4. Not just a great recieving tightend but a great blocker as well. Probably the best , most complete player at TE in NFL history. As a lifelong Patriots fan thanks gronk ! Enjoyed watching you play .
