What’s weird is you’d think Raymond and Kane would help the numbers. I think the team showed some real next man up mentality and it worked, they got to the dirty areas with grit. Now they’re depending on finesse to do it

I don’t doubt that the net front shots have lowered, but that shot location graphic doesn’t make that clear considering he’s comparing over twice the games in one stretch to the other.

I know peeps going to think I’m trolling but this team has had trouble scoring since #40 and # 13 retired I hope it comes back cuz I’m not a fan of the Babcock game plans though I am a fan of the Babcock winning!!
They’re also doing a weird thing where they’re primarily using Seider/Edvinsson with the Larkin line. So the lower lines are having an even tougher go of it than usual. I’m not sure it’s working.
Teams figured out if you don’t allow a cross ice pass from one circle to the other than all our high danger shots disappear. One trick pony.
