We got Espo and the Freckle Mama behind the Mac making all the magic happen. But none of the magic happens without all of you filing in in massive numbers in the chat right now, watching on YouTube after the fact, listening on audio. Thank you all so much. Hit that like button for your Suns. Hit that subscribe button for your Suns. Gentlemen, what a win. Got a little sweaty there at the end. The Mavs made a run, but the Phoenix Suns held strong 123 to 114. Walked away with their fifth straight victory. I I actually like that they had to fight at the end to to pull it out because you’re going to have to learn how to do that if you want to get where you want to go. Facts this year. So, why not have it happen in a lower stake situation like tonight? You prove that you can you can keep it going. You prove that you can win this kind of game. And overall, I liked it. I mean, this wasn’t a case of they they completely collapsed to let the Mavs back in it. This was a very good defense uh turning it up a and causing some turnovers on their end. I thought tonight was one of those that should actually build your confidence more. Yeah, it was definitely a confidence building one. It was a one that they had to win in a way that was unique from the ones that came before it. But again, for a team that’s brand new in terms of the roster and players kind of being in and out because of health and them finally getting closer to streamlining that health, for them to just figure it out and do it on the terms that have been what make them the team that they’ve kind of grown to be these last two and a half weeks or so. That’s what you want to see. And that’s a team that starts with their defense and that’s what sparks them playing a brand of basketball that they desire to at the end of the first quarter and through the middle quarters and then lost touch with it a little bit in the late in the early part of the fourth quarter. Mavs going to run and what gets them right back in alignment there is the defense. And again, that’s what it is. The defense is going to be what determines this team’s floor and ceiling this season. I want to just take everybody back to last year. And I know that’s it’s it’s a messed up thing to do right now. I don’t want to go to the last game, but there’s a point. There’s a point for this. There’s a point for this. Okay. If the Suns were in this position in the fourth quarter where the Mavs were making any sort of comeback, any sort of run, I think immediately everybody on this panel, everybody in the chat, everybody on Twitter would panic. You would see tweets out there. We would have tweeted from Sun’s account. Remember, ladies and gentlemen, the fourth quarter. I I seriously was thinking about that during our watch along today. I think a massive testament to who this team is is I did not once feel worried about this game. I mean, you you obviously see the Mavs come back, you say, “Oh, the Suns could lose this game.” But realistically speaking, despite it literally getting down to one possession, I was never worried. And that is such a testament to who this team is, how they play on both sides of the ball. I mean, they were up 16 in the fourth and this was a one possession game. And in most cases, in most scenarios, you are worried about that team. I wasn’t. And and I really searched within myself to be like, am I just being cocky? Am I just being stupid? Am I not locked in? I’m like, no, I’m literally just not worried about them winning this game. I I think for me what is different is, and we talk about it on the watch along, those runs would happen. Jordan would call a timeout right when he needed to and he get his guys back in order. They’d have a great play out of the timeout. their defense would come back come back and play effectively that that’s why I don’t feel as concerned because I feel like there’s an adult with his hands on the wheel finally right like that last year I did not feel like that and if he had his hands on the wheel I was highly concerned when that happened too that’s true Stephen this game is as important as any of the wins in their fiveame win streak what is what’s the number one thing besides defense that that you’re taking away from tonight? Um, they continue to trust the pass, but I think if I get back to the defense and then not just being a defense in general, Mark Williams and his activity continues to be impactful for this team. Sometimes it’s a deflection that they end up not being able to retrieve that the team that they’re going against ends up scoring from, but the disruption factor is not just evaporated because they didn’t get a result from it. It still has an impact and teams aren’t having the most fun when they bring him to action to have to defend in some capacity. Whether it be on handoffs, whether it be them trying to attack the basket, whether he’s in pick and roll, he’s getting into the activity part really hammered home for the team in ways that I wasn’t sure he was capable of in a sustainable manner. And he’s genuinely sustained it in multiple meaningful moments, especially in fourth quarters where they’re able to teams try to get to actions to target him and they can’t get to the action that they want to with the rhythm that they want because the Suns are just saying, “Okay, we’ll switch this and then what are you going to do about that?” you still got to deal with 7-1 with a 75 76 wingspan on a perimeter that can move his feet and then we have the backside covered now as well. So, they’re doing a really good job of mixing in their coverages and keeping teams trying to play catchup to what they’re able to dictate with their defense. I hate to take the steering wheel here, but I think that is the the love the play of the game where Mark Williams got that block uh there. Love the play presented by our friends over at Arizona Lottery. Play and gift today if you’re over the age of 21. Well, is it the is it the switch in the block or is it the oop the reverse dunk? I mean Booker throwing oops there you go. How about Mark Williams? Mark that works for me. He’s not our dude of the night. He’s not our blueco collar boy of the night. But I think a really big testament to his impact for this team is you look at the statline and honestly it’s not impressive. 26 minutes, 10 points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals, two blocks. I mean that part of it is pretty impressive with the four stocks. I was going to say speak for yourself. Yeah, the two the stocks for sure. But when you watch the game, when Mark Williams is on the court, it’s it’s all the little things. It’s finishing plays. It’s being a vertical spacer. It’s now you’re seeing a little bit more of the playmaking from him as well in a limited amount of minutes. I mean, the perimeter defense was not something that we saw out there in Charlotte. And it was actually his overall defensive impact was one of the bigger questions about him when he came over here, but he was in such a terrible situation in Charlotte. Again, you have an adult in the room and Jordan scheming up their defense, showing them what to do. But you have to give the guy individually a ton of credit when you’re out on an island and you’re that big and guards with good shifty handles have you and feel like they can take you. And it wasn’t just a block today. This has been happening all season. Marks just played really good solid perimeter defense to the point where whenever he switched out on a small I don’t sweat. I’m not worried about it. being that type of versatile defensive anchor with how fast he is and his ability to finish at the rim. He he has been revolutionary at the center position for this team and is a is a breath of fresh air from what we’ve had over the last couple of years. Yeah, I I can’t agree more with his impact. And it may not somebody I think it was on Twitter said to me, can you explain to me how the backup six-foot guard had more rebounds than your starting center? And it’s like you’re obviously just box score watching if you’re not seeing the immense impact that Mark Williams is having out there for this team. Unbelievable that perimeter defense. I did not expect that at all. I I did not That’s been a nice bonus. But overall, uh great to see what he was doing and great to see Devin Booker figure out how to connect with him on a lob there as well. The the fun part for me when you look at Mark and him getting into these multitude of types of switches that he’s getting into is his ability to just kind of square up with the ball and slide with it initially and that forcing guys to have to take those retreat dribbles. You’re going south instead of north and attacking him which is just allowing for him to eat up the space and kind of get into his disposition and show his wingspan a little bit more. I think the hidden part in all of the versatility we’re seeing with Mark Williams, and I kind of kept this in mind when the the coaching staff and the adviserss and all of that were kind of comprised. Who was it that coached Mark Williams early in his career with Charlotte? Steve Clifford. So, who’s the kind of distant coach, if you will, that’s kind of just giving his insights and giving his assessments of the game? Steve Clifford. What’s his specialty always been? The defensive end of the floor and him getting more out of a group of teams on that on that side than other coaches are or were at that time. I don’t know if he’s the Mark Williams whisperer, if you will, but I think the fact that he has that background of versatility that he played to with Steve Clifford that we saw a little bit with Charles Lee after Steve Clifford was done with the Hornets and he bring Mark Williams over here and we see them take the templates for success that we saw little things like we saw with Wimi, the switching we saw on opening night with the Kings, with multiple other teams between then and tonight and the impact that’s come with that. That’s not by happen stance and just by luck of the draw. That’s attention to detail from a coach that I’m sure he’s probably been saying, hey, you can press this button when you want to. You have to clean up the things around that. But when you do it, he’s capable of it. And you can probably get more out of them with this personnel than you did with what they had in Charlotte. I think you make a good point and I think it’s funny because I wouldn’t have expected now just 10 minutes into this post game for the fifth straight win and six out of last seven. I want to talk about the entire coaching staff because Jordan deserves a ton of credit and as head coaches do he will he will get all of the blame and he will get all the credit right you don’t get a team that feels this prepared a team that is this focused on attention to detail a team that runs this deep and is next man up without still their second best player and Jaylen Green playing any other than 30 minutes this season it’s not just Jordan it is the staff that he has assembled and it is all of the coaching minds including your fit twin and Jesse Mermis. But Devari Carol he got he got the he got the memo because he was only wearing straight black glasses. So you put the I made it very clear no more with the colored glasses. That’s my corner. Get off of it. But they it it’s it’s everybody on this coaching staff because they all have individual jobs. They work with individual players. And I don’t think you could point to a room, a group of players, a type of their play that you could say, “Man, that’s the Sun’s weakness.” Offensively, they’ve been crisp. Have the shots always fallen? You saw at the beginning of the game. Nope, they haven’t. But guess what? The offense has still been a really, really, really good, welloiled machine. Defense, like you mentioned, they’ve gone up against a lot of different threats. Tonight, they took on the number one pick in this year’s draft deemed a generational prospect and a team full of sevenfooters, right? That’s a very different test than what they faced against good teams earlier this season. Of course, they’ve also faced Webby. They faced John Morant. They faced really good individual talent. Espo, no matter the situation, this team walks into the game prepared. They get punched in the mouth and they respond. And then when they’re up and they get punched again, they settle it in and they pull out victories. That’s why I don’t think that this is just smok and mirrors. Like I I think we’re all cautiously optimistic because we’re guarded because of of what we’ve gone through. But and and you’ve brought this up a lot, Stephen, that these are the things they’re doing well are repeatable things. things that are are the little things, the fundamental things and and being prepared and coming in with a plan and executing on it is the sign of a good team. It’s not the sign of a team that’s getting lucky. It’s the sign of a team that has something. Again, I don’t they’re not going to win a title. It’s not anything like that, but they are doing those things that are repeatable that you can execute on night in night out. And even when parts of it aren’t working at a given time in a game, like the three-point shooting was not on in the first quarter, nor nor was the defense necessarily, you find a way to tap into it when you need it. That defense came up big uh in the second and third quarter to help you build that lead. That shooting found itself in that second quarter, in particular when Jordan Goodwin decided to start going off and then Grayson Allen finds it in the second half. like these they were getting good shots which is the repeatable part of it and then the shooting eventually finds its way as well. This I’m starting to buy into what they’re doing and the preparedness any given night. Yeah. Uh and that’s why I’ve mentioned it a couple of times and I know it’s a small sample size but it’s the only sample size we have to gauge and assess things from if you’re doing it with a specific intent and the proof of concept piece. Um, another game where they had 27 or more assists in. We just got done talking about that each of the last three or four post games. Now, 31 assists tonight on 44 field goals made. That’s a proof of concept piece. They get to 27, I think they’re now 5- one in those six games in which they’ve done so. And the one game was a loss in overtime against Utah, which we all know they had multiple chances to win that game. But to the defensive side and just generally speaking with the team, that’s the fun part about this early part of the schedule for me because if you look at like you can have a hot streak of games where you’re knocking down 17, 18 threes on average over the course of it. At that point, you can beat anybody, but what are the terms that you’re winning games off of? Is it just hot shooting? Is it low-level teams? or are you winning games because you’re kind of playing it on your terms in the meaningful pockets and they’re playing it on their terms and meaningful pockets from the San Antonio Spurs game all the way up until now. Yeah. It’s also not just you’re riding on the back of Devin Booker going for 40 and 15 every night. Exactly right. You you have different guys stepping up including who our due to the night is. We’ll name that after this break. We’ll continue to look at the numbers. We’ll name our blueco collar boy of the night. And a big thank you about everybody joining us here in the chat. I want to take a look at some of the standout players for tonight. If that is okay. Nope. No, it’s not okay. No. Can you take us back to last year again? Yeah, I was thinking I was thinking last year, you know, when you talk about Mike Benhoer and how much Okay, take us to the good players. Bradley Beal, he’s going to be back soon. Don’t worry, folks. That’s just that’s just brutal. It’s just absolutely absolutely brutal. Uh if you guys don’t mind, if it’s okay, I would like to stick with the present here. Uh, let’s go ahead and get to our dude of the night presented by Hila River Resorts and Casinos. You do you at Hila River Resorts Casinos. Visit playhila.com for more details. Tons of options. But tonight, once again, for the second night in a row, it goes to Grayson Allen. Grayson Allen put up some good stats tonight. Let’s go ahead and take a look at those as well. 23 points for him, eight of 17 from the field, five rebounds, and three assists. Grayson turned it on in that fourth quarter. specifically hitting two big threes to balloon the lead to 16. Had to hit a couple of free throws at the end to calm things down against the Mavericks. Hit a beautiful layup. Shot four and nine from deep. Continues to put pressure on the rim and hit some crazy threes all in just 33 minutes tonight. Grayson Allen is having a career year for the Phoenix Suns. Hold on. I mean, you guys you guys are the the stock kings here. And you’re not even going to you’re not even going to say that he had three steals and a block tonight, too. He’s been awesome on defense, man. Jeez. No, he’s he was spectacular in that second half tonight. I mean, I think he had three was it three in the first half or or late into that first half. He hadn’t scored a lot. Comes out in the second half uh and helped them kind of find their way to be able to secure the win. I I love what I’m seeing from Grayson Allen. Uh, and uh, uh, is it the Penoy step? Is it Did I get that right? Look at that. Yeah. There. I’ll set you up. Pinoy Pinoy. Pinoy. All right. I mean, that’s been impressive as well. Yeah. Uh, I start with his his eight points to to kind of kickstart the fourth quarter. And what he’s doing with the eight points he had with those to start the fourth attacking switches. So, we talked about the layers of growth within his handling. He’s initiating offense more. He’s kind of playing off of closeouts with his handle more because teams are trying to run him off the three-point line. He’s obliging and going to do what he wants to do in the paint. Now he’s just beating switches. The Mavericks come to switching in the fourth quarter. They’re trying to take him away from certain pockets. He’s winning on the corner on one way. He’s attacking I think it was D’Angelo Russell on another and getting into a pullup three. If which if you close your eyes, he looked like Devin Booker for a second doing so. If you close your eyes, he looked like And then there’s Oh, everybody looks like Deon Booker. And then there’s another one. There’s another one where he came he got into a pull up three going to his left hand as well mixed in there too. I’ve genuinely enjoyed his drives and the way that he’s kind of operated on the offensive end for this team this season. He comes up in timely moments and also does so in a complimentary way to what Devin Booker and what we saw a little bit of with Jaylen Green as well. Um and then the other thing for me the Pinoy steps. Yes, those have been a lot of fun. His finishing around the basket, the footwork around the basket. What is the Pinoy step? So think of a euro step. So similar footwork, but with a pinoy step, you’re almost faking a layup and getting to that next step and then you’re finishing with creativity. It’s not easy on balance or footwork and also touch at the rim. All right. I’m obsessed with the new Amazon stuff. Can you get up here and and show us a penoy step? Yeah, we don’t have we don’t have the facilities for that. Here you can use my iPad like it’s an LED screen and we’ll go with that. That’s not how that works. If you’re watching the games, whenever Grayson does that thing around the rim where a lot of guys jump. Yeah, that’s the thing. He looks like he goes in slow motion. And that’s the thing with with Grayson, he also throws a deceleration step in with it as well. So, a lot of guys can do it quickly. He can also slow down with either leg. As you see my girlfriend Melissa in the chat throwing up the Philip the Philippines flag. So there you go for the Pinoy step, the roots and the origins of it. There you go. So says Jay, my lawyer. Also bring that up. The other thing for me though with Grayson, the reads for him on defense, man. It’s not just the on the ball where he’s doing well guarding at the point of attack. The help decisions and the timing of him, you saw a couple of block shots and kind of tipped away passes on Alioops couple of weeks ago. Now his help decisions put him in position to help keep their defense solid. He’s even doing some switching when Mark Williams is getting switched on the perimeter or OSO is on the perimeter and it’s special man. He’s in a really good space and I need people to understand that it’s not just the three-point shooting though that is part of it. Well, that is kind of leading to this question I wanted to ask. What’s been the worst part of Grayson Allen’s game so far this season? I’m seriously we talk about all the good things. Has there been a moment where you’re like, “Oh, Grayson uh he’s been good at playmaking. He’s been good on defense. He’s been making hustle plays. He’s been good at rim protection. He’s blocked some guys. He’s hitting sideep threes. He’s hitting threes off the dribble. He’s hitting catch and shoot threes. He’s driving to the rim. He’s doing pump fakes. I What? He’s not fouling like crazy. What are What’s the bad part of his game? I’m serious. What’s the bad part of his game? His celebrations have lacked a little bit. Okay, I’ll take that. I need a little more swag. The the whole team is up their swag level and I just don’t feel Grayson’s there yet. So, uh, he needs celebration. can’t let you get away with that. And I’m pushing I’m pushing back only because we saw him celebrating in the record-breaking game uh recently. Was that Monday? I just got lost in a week on Monday. Once he got to like six or seven, he’s doing a little gestures to the bench and the guys are gesturing back to him. So, he’s not You’re graing on a scale with his swag. But you also, Mr. Context, hello, it’s me again. How much are you expecting for Grayson to express in terms of what he’s doing now? hate when your teammates have lifted the the floor. Like we talk about defense. Dylan Brooks has lifted the floor on that. I you know they’ve got a lot of guys with swag. He’s got to lift his you asked that question. I’m going to give you an answer. No, I think it’s just great that we can’t actually talk about a part of his game where he’s been weak at what a career year for Grayson Allen. And it’s not just scoring. I think that’s the greatest thing about this is it’s not just Grayson Allen’s on a heater or Grayson Allen added the Penoy step more consistently in his bag or he’s hitting mid-range shots and floaters. It’s Grayson Allen defensively. It’s Grayson Allen passing the ball. He’s playing a careerhigh in minutes played per game. He was in the starting lineup when this team was fully healthy and damn it, he deserved it. He’s been the second best player on this team and I and he has been for quite some time and we have seen a great season from a lot of guys like he he has been really good. Even Sean in the in the chat, a super chat, I think from it’s Sean or it’s SH0N, I don’t know. Uh with 199 super chat says, “I was at the game. Grayson looks great.” Mhm. He played good basketball. I’m glad it’s not just on television. I’m glad in person. He just sucks because I I haven’t been in person yet. So, I mean, so I’m glad it is in person. And Wow Factor saying he looks happy, too. Maybe the celebrations aren’t there, but Grayson’s giving some smirks. He’s smiling. Well, I mean, we we saw how kind of introspective he was with everything that he shared in postgame last game. Yeah. Talking about how he’s never seen a NBA arena with so many fans at so many different times, wearing his jersey and embracing the qualities he brings and the values he adds to the game to the extent that Suns fans do. And naturally, that comes a little bit from the organization believing in him and him feeling that as well. But it’s a reason why he looks so comfortable. Some of it is coaching. He’s finally been in the same city for multiple seasons. He’s in a great space. And he’s also spoke to Deon Booker helping to accommodate with all that as well for how easy going and how easy of a superstar he is to play. I think some of it might be being a dad as well. And I don’t I I can’t speak to that person. I hear you. I’m listening. You start you start to think about things in a different lens sometimes and and value certain things. And I think that appreciation that the crowd’s giving him because I know he came off the court after being with his kid walking around the court while he’s still in full uniform before he came to talk to you guys. Sometimes that gets your mindset a little bit different as well. And I think his energy might be a little bit different because the kid’s like a year now rather than a newborn. Uh so, you know, he hasn’t hit that sleep regression yet. So, you’re getting some extra rest. I mean, here’s the thing, right? Uh we see it with with Fred Van Fleet. We we saw it with Luca Donuch. It’s that that postkid bump where they go on a crazy run. I’m glad that Grayson saved it for this year, right? It’s the delay postkid bump. Don’t waste it on on last year’s team. Like we’ve talked about, the team sucks. Uh is that how Luca lost the weight? He had a baby. Yeah. Well, you know, we don’t body shame over here. Am I somebody to shame anybody’s body? No. No, I am not. Look, any any final thoughts on Grace before we hit a break and talk about uh Devin Booker, some of the other performances tonight? look at the numbers. But any final thoughts on on Grayson specifically besides the fact that he’s just been really really damn good. I think he’s one of the biggest benefactors of this offense being equal opportunity and that this team doesn’t seem to care who is the guy on any given night. Uh and you can’t always do that when your roster is super topheavy, but the way they’re constructed right now, it can be anybody at any time. Jordan Goodwin in that first half and Grayson in that second. I think he’s benefited immensely from it. So last season there was a lot of conversation with the Cavs about um Tai Jerome and his six-man role with that team getting a lot of attention and people were making a comp to Colin Gillespie naturally with the Suns uh for more reasons than one and I will leave that there. Uh, but the other thing that I was looking at in terms of reasons and the other thing I was looking at in terms of copy and paste from those Cavs teams to this Suns team, Max Stru got nothing and Grayson Allen. Are you making the same uh Absolutely not. What I’m getting at is two guys that can do a lot of those kind of glue connective things off the ball to primary ball handlers also be the recipient of good ball movement off of the gravity that multiple pieces on the team has and them naturally being able to go and get a paint touch as well and what that does for those guys in turn. Grayson’s the perfect complimentary puzzle piece to Devin Booker in a role player room. I don’t know if we can compare Strus and Grayson. Max Truce is of Slovenian descent and so I just I don’t know if that is Well, you know, if you’re doing it that way, then we’re not talking the same way. Bruce, my guy. Uh, look, can can I can I do a new segment here real quick? You guys ready for a new segment? Uh, not brought to you by anybody yet. I want to name commenter of the night because uh Jim just called me sexy in the comments and Jim, you you win. Congratulations. You are our commenter of the night brought to you by ESP. All right. Now, Chad, make sure you hold ESO accountable to pointing out someone specific in every single will get you everywhere. I know who I’ll never pick for chatter of the night. Uh Jim Bridger. Jim Bridger uh with a a great also comment to follow up says, “I was at the game and Sean is lying. Grayson looks horrible playing in person, but on TV he’s cooking.” Which is just awesome. Uh they say the camera adds 10 pounds. Maybe in this case it adds 10 points. How many cameras are on me then if it adds 10 lbs? Holy crap. Oh, look guys, Grayson Allen’s been awesome for this team. Uh we are we are a show of the people. And uh in the chat, Yukon Drew says, “Talk about book man. Okay, we can talk about Saul’s working up at all city now. You know, let’s talk about Devin Booker. 38 minutes tonight. We can go ahead and take a look at the stats here. 26 points for Deon Booker, nine assists, three rebounds, two steals, seven to 19 from the field. So, not a great night uh percentage- wise shooting from deep. He did not hit a three, but he was 12 of 13 from the line, 92.3%. The thing that really stood out to me tonight about Devin Booker wasn’t the scoring, it wasn’t the passer passing, excuse me. Mhm. It was the defense. It was the extra effort hustle plays. It was the fact that he is being very engaged and active on that end. And that is something that we we highlighted over this offseason all last season. That was a big deficit to this game. He sleepwalks to 26 and N. I don’t find that very impressive, but I I don’t not from Book. Not from Book. All right. It’s not. Do you want to go upside the head or you want me to? 26 and N from Devin Booker is like a bad night technically. That’s how good he is. That’s how good he is. It’s the defense that really impressed me tonight. Can I get the one one shot here? Well, you don’t have a one shot, you know. 26 and N isn’t 20. I get what you’re trying to get to the night. Well, yeah, because we have the threshold of 30 points for that. There you go. The nine the nine assist. Let’s not let’s let’s not uh let’s not scoff at nine assists. I’m not scoffing at five turnovers. I’m not scoffing at it though. No. Book’s been Book’s been incredible. Book has been incredible. I’m trying to be positive about his defense. Who has been great? Who are you? Some guy you’re playing basketball against on Friday with this? I am playing basketball against a certain somebody on Friday. Come on. If you know, you know. Okay. I I understand your point. Devin Booker can get 26 and nine and it looks pedestrian. Yes. Uh it’s not that it’s not a a good stat line. It’s just Yeah, he it wasn’t as if he took over the game. He had some misses there in the fourth uh that were a little rough, but but overall those nine assists is what stood out to me. He was finding guys. He did connect on the lob with Mark Williams. You know, it was that part was nice for sure. Okay, I got to address this. Bobby in the chat says, “Eric always finding the the shitty lining.” Uh, Bobby, is this your first show? Because I feel like I am bar none the most positive guy on the show. And that’s saying something because all these guys are positive. I was just saying I think the most impressive thing tonight wasn’t the 26 and 9, Stephen. It was the defense and the hustle for me. I understand where you coming from on that part. Um, I don’t know if it’s I know the bar and the standard are both high for Deon Booker, but 26 and N when the eye test maybe doesn’t for most people show the impact that they’re usually accustomed to seeing from him. That says a lot about that guy. He’s that guy. Libro. One of those guys for sure. Uh for me it continues to be the playmaking though because it’s not him always making the pass that’s leading to the score. The secondary assists. We’ve talked about the potential assist. We talked about couple other iterations of passes that he’s made this season. The kickout passes and the passes are just simple reads that he’s making that are leading to the person that’s making the pass that makes the play. There’s a trust that I spoke to early in the season that we’re already starting to see the benefit stem from because your best player comes into the season with the disposition of, okay, we got a lot of new guys. I have to learn about you guys, but the best way for me to learn about you guys is for you to be as comfortable as you can to be yourself. You can’t get this iteration of Grayson or the iteration of Royce O’Neal that we’ve seen without Devin Booker being so willing to accept the double teams that he’s getting in the extra attention and be willing to make the right pass not just once or twice or three times before a fiveminute stretch. Even if it’s the fourth quarter, if it’s the pass that’s open, he’s trusting that. And that emanating from the top of the roster all the way down to every other player that’s in the rotation. It’s why we see the Suns get to six games where they’re at 27 or more assists and winning five of those six games. It’s not It’s not by happen stance or by accident. It’s a tone that’s set with him in particular. And that’s why I was so big on if you’re going to be that guy, that proverbial point guard in the new era, you have to press certain buttons. And I feel like he’s been pressing a lot of the right ones with this team, striking that balance perfectly for asserting his will and trusting it to get it to his guys. You’re 100% right that he’s kind of the the guy that’s setting that tone for the good, better, best pass. Like because there’s a lot of good shots that they go to that second guy that is a better shot, but then they go to the third guy and it’s the best shot they can get. And Devin Booker’s been really good at at allowing that. But I think Kelly uh in the chat says it best. Let’s blame the headband. Uh yeah, a lot of people were upset about the headband. Uh, which I I get it. There’s been a good thing going. Um, is it not five wins in a row? It’s four. Oh my god. I thought we talked about it before that it was I sent it in I sent it in Slack, bro. Oh my god. I sent it in Slack before. I was confused. I said four and I saw I thought I was wrong. Oh my gosh. I literally deleted our I deleted our show tweet. I deleted our show tweet and then retweeted it. Eric, you you were Mr. Positive. You are saying that tomorrow I’m just deleting. There’s a fake. It’s done. I’m just deleting. I’m just It’s done. Tomorrow is a win as well. Oh, it’s Kaye, not Kelly. I’m sorry. My wife correcting my ability to read. Bro, I swear I swear when we talked about it before it was it was we said anyway, who cares? They won. I’ll say Deon whatever, man. Deon is someone that will go away from the headband. I won’t say he’s necessarily superstitious, but I did hear him um this was I think he dropped 55 in Indiana two seasons ago and that game he was wearing the headband. Usually guys turn their stuff in for it to get washed and they use it or whatever. He’s getting ready to drop his headband in the bag in the locker room and he was like, “Oh no, I’mma keep this one. It’s a lucky one.” And he said that verb and he repeated it like two or three times. So that spoke to me and I was with Dwayne and he was saying like yes he’s a at least a little bit superstitious when it comes to things like that. So I guess the telltale would be is he wearing a headband tomorrow or no? Can can I uh can I take this off the rails one more time? My wife just hoarded me out in the chat for a $15 Circle K gift card to Jim for five minutes of cuddles. I did not approve this. All right. I I don’t know what the chat is doing tonight. I don’t know what’s wrong with you being, but I mean, look, man, I I know we could save money with Circle K, but gas gas money, still gas money, man. I mean, I’m just I’m worried about so many things, but yes, you’re right. It is. Uh Devin Booker is a bit superstitious about that. My guess is after some of the misses in the fourth, we don’t see him with it tomorrow night. That’s going to be my guess. Okay. Okay. Obviously Deon Booker sucks. I think that we’ve at least I’ve made that very clear. Cut that please and put it up. I need you to cut that. We’re gonna read Michael’s super chat here. Sorry, Michael. We’re going to read your super chat. My bad. 9999 super chat from Michael Ramirez. Says, “I have a friend who talks out his ass.” For instance, he said Ryan Leaf would be a better quarterback than Payton Manning. Here’s his latest take. Devin Booker is nothing but a stat patter. Thoughts? Yeah, he’s like 10 years in the past. Like clearly I agree with your friend. I mean, thoughts. I mean, the trend is there. You see it. If you’re talking about him thinking Ryan Leaf was gonna be better than Payton Manning, then he already set the scene for what you should expect and believe with what he’s doing now talking about Deon Booker. So, you got the answer. You gave the answer in your question that you asked us. Speaking about headbands, could you imagine how big of a headband Pton Manning could have worn with that giant cranium of his? Uh, that’s that’s about as much as I’m going to put into the the thought process when it comes to that. That’s not my reaction. No, I’m sure it’s something in the chat that I don’t want to know about. Uh, but I’m honestly that’s about as much thought as I’m going to put into that because Devin Booker isn’t a stat patter in any way, shape, or form. Definitely not. Do I want to know what’s going No, I don’t think you do. Oh my god. Oh my god. Are we talking about Kev’s comment though? No, I’m not talking about Kev’s comment. Of course. All right. Talking about Aiden’s comment. Okay. Woo! Tonight is off the rails. Go ahead and take a look at the numbers. We get one win streak and you see what it what’s happening in the chat. Presented by Desert Financial Credit Union, Arizona’s number one credit union named by Forbes. A 12314 victory is of course the only number that really matters. But Stephen, skip the rest, Stephen. Stephen, there are still some some good numbers to get into. Yeah. Uh we start with the again for me the assists on field goals made. 31 assists to 44 field goals made. Um we also see the Suns outshooting their opponents in terms of volume of shots taken. I think they tended to the margins fairly well over the course of this one. This is a scrappy Maverick team like we talked about in pregame and the Suns did what they were supposed to do in terms of winning those margins. Some of them just incrementally uh but you just did enough to win this game. And at the end of the day, if you’re doing those things in unison with one another to the extent that they were, this is a result that you can kind of repeat over the course of games. And that’s what we’ve seen them do. They got outass assisted. The Mavs had so many assists at the beginning of the game. And the the Suns again, still great ball movement, withstanding a very volatile crowd, and still being able to hit that many free throws, I think was really impressive. I mean, winning the free throw margin in general, I suppose margin, and it’s been going their way a lot lately. Even though we feel like it’s fick the roofs a lot of times around here, they have been winning that free throw margin. I would like to see him make a few more of them, but they’re winning the free throw margin. The other part with that though, they’re winning the free throw margin more frequently because they’re defending without fouling. Yes. And that’s what’s helping them navigate not putting teams in bonus to where they’re shooting free throws and keeping their defense set and they got to go up against that. Their game script has been a lot more clean in terms of what they’re wanting to do to do in terms of playing. So job well done for the Suns on that again tonight. Yeah, the Suns again played a really really good game tonight. I think they were also helped out by Cooper Flag missed like a couple of dunks. There were a couple missed layups there and then 11 to 17 from the line for the Mavericks. But this is a Mavericks team that presents a really unique challenge. The Mavs had 10 blocks to the Suns three. Uh, but the Suns still forced way more turnovers than the Mavericks forced. So, Suns played their game. Dallas tried to control it on their terms, but the Suns were still able to pull out a victory here. By the way, leading scoreer for the Dallas Mavericks tonight. Any guesses? Anybody? Was it Naji? Marshall, Nico Harrison, my go. Oh, yeah. Yeah, let’s talk about that. Let’s talk. Okay, Clay Thompson wasn’t Clay. Okay, I want this on the record. Klay Thompson 6 of 17 from the field, six of 16 from deep, and a minus 10 on the night. He did have his season high 19 points after After you talked a load of trash about him. He’s still He was Don’t poke the bear. Look, he’s still washed. He’s got two feet in the bathtub and he’s he’s bringing the soap bar down as well. Like, he’s he’s he’s close to washed. All right, we need to get out of the segment. We’ll be back right after. Oh, Eric will answer the question if 15 of you become supporters club members. So, let’s get this going. Oh, yeah. I will. Let’s Sean says, “I’m not reading the original comment yet.” Uh, but Sean says, “It’s better than the original scenario, which is me dying.” Yeah, I forgot about So, I guess we’re incrementally incrementally getting better. If Okay, you know what? If 15 of you become members, 15 of you become members, I will answer Aiden’s question. I will do it. But all of you have to be members by the time the hour mark hits on the show. You got 13 more minutes and all that on the other side of our final break. What the hell else do you guys want to talk about about this game? Like, first of all, we’re all stone cold sober. I want to put that out there right now. Nobody is drunk. Y’all are drunk in the chat right now. Uh, what else do we want to talk about? Wow. Or do we just want to kind of reminisce on Super Snatch? Oh, you know what? You’re right. Uh, we got our our super chatter obviously of the night, the MVP. We got to give our our bluecollar boy of the night. How did we get this far into the game and not talk about Jordan Goodwin who super snatched the chain from the Dallas Mavericks in the first half with a c with a season high in points in just six minutes, 13 points. He didn’t miss a shot, including three of three from deep in the first half and then of course he he missed some shots in the second half. Jordan Goodwin has been everything and more that you want out of a guy who’s on a non-g guaranteed contract. Well, as the as the the self-proclaimed president of Goodie Mob, this goes back to his time with the Suns the first go around when Frank Vogle was around in was it 20 23? I’m getting my ears all mixed up. Yeah, Jordan Goodwin being that guy is not new. He did it with the Lakers last season, ended up playingoff minutes for them. A lot of those same things and characteristics he showed there, he’s copied and pasted into the Suns context. And he’s just showing up in ways that the team needs him to. any defense. He’s doing it in lineups with Ryan Dunn. He’s doing it in lineups with him as the sole point of attack defender and he just continues to get the job done. He’s in a great space for this team and I can’t see him not being in the rotation um anytime soon because he’s playing so well. Yeah, I mean there there’s nights he won’t hit a shot as effectively as tonight, but you can always count on his defense and the little things that Jordan Goodwin’s going to do. So, I yeah, I I see why he’s in the rotation. I think you all can see why he was the last guy to make the roster. It was uh it was good. By the way, go ahead. That’s why you don’t go with scoring at that point because you have a scoring guard in Devin, a scoring guard in Jaylen, a scoring guard in Grayson, a scoring guard in Colin. How many more scoring guards do you need? You need somebody that’s going to mix it up and do some things for you on the gritty side, the blue collar side. Check that box off there. This guy here. Oh, look. Jordan Jordan Goodwin wasn’t just, you know, off the bench tonight. He played 20 minutes off the bench. That’s the second highest minutes total behind Ryan Dunn. Jordan Goodwin played more minutes than Colin Gillespie tonight. And I think Colin Gillespie had a good game on the margins as well. Five re or six rebounds, five. Some of the lower back stuff might be trickling into that too, which is naturally also to the point you’re making sure on the first night of a bat to back. Now, Gillespie, not on the injury report, but that is something that uh coach talked about postgame uh on Monday with Jordan Goodwin specifically. Look, I know that I was a big Jared Butler hater in the preseason, but I remember saying specifically like he is a NBA player. He has an NBA skill. He’s good enough to do it, but it’s not just Jordan Goodwin’s defense. His offense has been night and day from where it was a couple of of years ago. And the confidence in it as well. I know sometimes he’s taking shots that you don’t want him to take, but then you get those those stretches where I mean the Suns were not in a good spot when Jordan Goodwin checked into the game. Yeah. And then he was really the first one to actually start knocking down threes and actually hitting shots. That’s just the mentality of a guy like Jordan Goodwin. I will be floored if they do not convert him to a fully guaranteed deal or I guess just keep him on the roster which guarantees his money because I think it’s it’s January or February. I always get the date wrong. Um, but he can technically be cut and there’s nothing on the books for the Suns. But I He’s not just a part of this team, he’s a big part of this team. Yeah. I mean, I I believe it’s January 1st where his money becomes guaranteed, but yeah, he’s doing the everything that you’re asking of him right now. When when Jaylen comes back, I who knows where where those minutes will fall, but right now you need him. He’s performing well and he’s doing what you’re asking and that’s the epitome of what you look for in a blueco collar boy. I I think we should keep tally of all the blue collar boy winners. Name a blue collar boy of the season and then we give them one of those mechanics jumpsuits with their name on it as as their blue color award. Sounds good to me. And to that point, relative to tonight’s game in particular, the Suns are down. Jordan Goodwin checks in at the end of the first quarter. The Suns are up going into the second quarter. It’s not just him. I don’t want to make it seem like it was only him, but he was the spark. I don’t know if they play the game on the same terms or ultimately win this game on the terms that they did if he doesn’t play the role in the game and shifting the course of it the ways in which he did at that tail end of the first quarter where he comes in, knocks down a couple of threes, gets some stops, they get one of those kills, three stops in a row. And now they ride that momentum into the second quarter, which is where they really kind of create the separation that they ultim ultimately win a game off of. So, shout out to shout out to Goody. Um, shout out to the blueco collar boys. He’s one of the most consistent representatives in there. And again, you see a reason why those guys are so important to a team construct. Yeah. I mean, they were I mean, they were down double digits at one point and and what he was able to do did kind of stem that tide and gave them that enough to to make it through that first quarter because I think a little early on it was easy to get a little concerned about where it was headed, you know, but uh but he was a big part of why it didn’t go that direction for sure. Yeah. A short rotation tonight as well. No Nigel Hayes Davis, no Isaiah Livers off of the bench. So, both of those guys uh getting DNPs and especially on the first night of a backto-back, you wonder maybe is is he saving Isaiah Livers have some fresh legs tomorrow. Uh obviously, we’ll see. I think just as we round things out here on PHNX Suns presented by Bet 365 as the Suns win 123 to 114. And we appreciate all of you guys being here and spending your Wednesday night with us. We hope you spend your Thursday night with us as well as the Suns return home to take on the Indiana Pacers on the second night of a backtoback. is just talking about how this team has now picked up their second road victory now their second road victory in a row and after starting one and four is seven and five overall in the season. You’ve won four in a row. You’ve won six out of your last seven. This team has been really good this year and they have not been fully healthy for the majority of it. So when do we start talking about this team differently from a big perspective? Because Espo, I think one of the big things that I’m I’m taking away from what you said tonight is that you’re starting to come around on like, hey, like this this feels legitimate. It doesn’t feel fluky. Well, I mean, you’re sitting here and you’re 12 games in, right? So, you’re you’re a little over an eighth of the way through the season if I’m doing my math correctly. Yeah. I mean, so you’re starting to get to that point where it’s not just flukes, it’s patterns that that you’re starting to see. And again, I’m not going to go, hey, pencil them in for 55 and put them at the three seed. But what I will say is all those people that thought 30 30 and a half wins was the line and that you’re going to expect worst defense in the league, bottom bottom of the West, I think you can start putting that away. I think you can look at it and go outside of some kind of massive injury, you can put that aside and go, “This team is going to be fundamentally good along the way and and they will they will be 500 or better in in that range like 38 to, you know, or better just because of the fact that they do the little things well.” And I’m I’m feeling comfortable saying that now where where maybe a a week ago I wouldn’t have been as comfortable. Yeah. And you It’s one thing to just kind of speak on the numbers um and just kind of throw them out there, but what’s the reason why behind it and for me I think I said 38 wins was what I was kind of expecting for them which was the same amount the Kings had last season for the ninth seed in the playing tournament. the ways in which they can get there, the routes to success for them. I think I probably talked about margins every episode after the team got established in the offseason. And it’s because when they’re tending to those things, doing the little things like the way they crash the offensive glass, which plays into their transition defense, the ways that they press on off on defense when they score on offense, how they can control a possession from the helm at the point of attack, not necessarily getting steals, but offense is starting their actions at the third or fourth um slowest pace in the league because of their point of attack defense. All of those things are good. And now you get to the Mark Mark Williams layer switching. Dyler Brooks being an irritant Devin Booker Grayson Allen flying around to help Ryan Dunn doing the things he’s doing. Everything is kind of like a puzzle piece. One thing is leading into another is wear down effect and we’re seeing them win some of these games on their terms because of them playing the game imposing their will on their opponents. And I think when when when the one and four start happened and it was this conversation of hey well they’re one or two bounces away from winning two of those games that they lost, right? And it’s well, okay, easily they still lost those games and they could have lost that first game as well. I think it makes you revisit that one and four start and look at the positive things that happened and look at, okay, you lost by one point to Memphis and five points in overtime to the Jazz without Dylan Brooks, by the way, in both of those games. And Mark Williams wasn’t starting that first Jazz game. Uh if if those those two games do go slightly differently, this team would be nine and three right now. And I think by the way that they’ve played the last seven games, you can be like, “Okay, that’s not a far-fetched reality, right? It wasn’t a fluke that they were close in those games. That’s real life.” And they’re going to have games that they lose that are on the margins throughout the rest of the season. But right now, they’re seven and five. All the teams they’ve played have been from the vaunted Western Conference, including they’ve played Denver, they’ve played San Antonio. Those are two of the top three teams. They’re one and one against the top three teams in the conference. They’re a half game out of the six seed and a full game out of the fourth seed. Now, it’s early, but it’s also enough games that we have a legitimate sample size. And not just winning is a sample size, but you know, we’ve seen the good and the bad with this team. We see how they respond against great teams, when they get punched at different times of the game, when they respond to a loss, when they respond to a win. Now, we’re seeing it when we’re on the road, which was really like the big missing piece here. and you’re doing it all without your second best player in Jaylen Green besides 30 minutes. And when he was there, it was the best that you looked all season. And so when you’re really looking at all of this, it’s hard not to imagine, okay, can this team just continue to get marginally better throughout the season like they have already gotten better at the beginning? Cuz with this group, all of that feels plausible. Yeah. And and you’re also, and I think one of you mentioned this earlier, you’re not solely predicated on Devin Booker. Correct. We thought that was going to be the case. If they had to, if they were going to win, you were going to have to be extremely predicated on Devin Booker being that scorer, being that guy that takes over. And you have not needed that on a regular basis. Is he getting his? Yeah, he’s getting his, but you have not needed it to get these wins. And if that if it was the other way and it was all predicated on him, I’d feel like maybe it’s a house of cards, but it hasn’t been. And that’s what gives me the most excitement about where they could go. And the process of him getting his also doesn’t look like what most people would have expected it to either. It’s not him coming down and for lack of better phrasing, James Harden with the basketball. is taking 30 dribbles in a possession with good reasoning because he’s the best player on the roster, but he’s not the one that’s having to pull all the strings every possession because that’s the way the roster is built. They’re good enough to have other guys do those things and him be the recipient of it rather than being the one that’s already set in the blender for everybody. So that part and then the defense again, the defense is what’s driving everything for them. Feel good. We got some super chats here, then we’ll give our final thoughts as the Suns pick up another victory, another victory on the road and again move to the seventh seed in the Western Conference. Top of the playin. Uh 199 from Jim. Jim says, “Let’s see an Espo fit check. He’s looking beautiful.” Okay. Did B Compsy clearly just start a second account? Like what? What have we what have we created here? What what what environment have we built here? Jim in person. You’ve met Now I’m scared. You’ve met Jim. I’ve met Jim. Jim was at which watch party. Actually, I wasn’t at watch party. You weren’t there. Jim is the one who said that he didn’t brush his teeth for like five weeks. Uh because the sons were that sounds like somebody underwear and stuff. That sounds like the kind of person that would be obsessed with my looks. First time that I met Jim, I asked for a breath check and it was minty, I will say. Uh Espo, a little fit check. I don’t check. Uh you know, # no free ads except for the sponsored thing. Some cheap ass jeans, a pair of books, and a quarters that I bought on Amazon. I’m I’m not And a brand of Bill’s hat. And a Brandon Bill’s hat. Yes. I’m not a fashion offici. Where are the glasses from? Uh pair eyewear. Thank you very much. I’m pretty sure those are Gavinci. I’ve It’s Gucci. Everything’s Gucci, baby. Right. Wrong. You know, a guy like talking about fits. Yeah, this is nice. Uh be calm pop on the screen. Be calm. It’s very bright. Yeah, he definitely gets some looks walking around in stuff like this. Uh, BCOM’s back with more salute emojis. $2 from BCOMC. Clearly, I wonder if I can get Jordan Kn’s number. Snatch hard emoji. We got BCOM thirsting over Jordan eye. That’s awesome. That is awesome. Luckily for BCOM, Steven is sitting right here. That got nothing to do with me, bro. That’s true. I can’t be of no, dude. Dream dream blunt rotation for B column is Steven Jordan Devin Booker and then the baby daddy that looks like Jordan Goodwin. Another $2 from BCOMC. Clearly Allan and Colin and me is three snatch attack sons. Salute. So how many are there any players on the roster you don’t like? Like seriously be calm. I feel like be calm said KD was scrawny last season. Yeah, I did like K. You know, maybe Be Calm is just like the vibes guru. You know what I mean? Like be calm. How do you feel about Mark Williams? I feel like we haven’t heard Be Calm’s take on Mark Williams or Dylan Brooks. Uh we’ve definitely heard Be Colomby clearly asked Jaylen Green to twerk. Clap clap. Uh Jim says, “Yeah, I got to pull up and meet Espo at the next event. He wasn’t there at Spinadoo’s last time.” Espo, we’re going to have to get you a security detail. Yeah, please help. We’re going to have to have a code word, boys. I’m scared. Maybe it’ll be Maybe it was super snatch. Super snatch. Super snatch. Super snatch. Sean, I’m not trademarking that. I still can’t believe that you said it could never happen. I still can’t believe I’m If ever a fruity slip was that that was it for me, for sure. Any final thoughts, gentlemen, on what was a great win for the Suns tonight and a great PreX Suns postgame show? I I really don’t know how we got here. Uh and started with the Suns playing well. I’m glad we’re here. I just don’t know how we got here. Uh and we get to do it again tomorrow night. So, uh you know, be back tomorrow night and we’ll have some fun. Melissa, mom is never going to hear about this ever. She is sleep now, so she is not watching. Nope. Not happening. By the way, did you did you just like soft launch? You mentioned she’s your girlfriend. It’s not the first time. No, no, it’s not. Okay. No, it’s not the first time. I had to check. It was a couple times last year. Maybe it’s paying a little more attention. All right, Melissa. Just had to make sure. So, Jim says, “The funniest part is I’m a straight married man.” Hold on. Go up with two kids and I’m normal. I just love being psycho in the chat. You know what, Jim? We appreci you know, Jim, we appreciate you admitting that cuz there are a lot of people who act like something in here that they ain’t and they ain’t willing to admit it. So, I appreciate you, Jim. Jim, I made Also, yeah, becom clearly is rolling in it like becom clearly is or we bankrupted the the poor person. We have somebody else begging for Stephen to wear shorts in the chat. One royal Q is saying wear shorts, Stephen. Jim, I’m also a married man with a child that acts a certain way on this program as well. Aiden, I’m not calling you out. I am not calling you out. The person who I’m calling out knows who I am. He’s calling He’s calling you up. All right. Uh, I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s. I don’t think it’s appropriate to do another Montyism before BCOM see clearly and say everything you want is on the other side of hell. Uh, another super chat from B. Did he just answer the question? In Aiden’s scenario, everything I want would be on the other side of our So, technically speaking, I don’t think I answered. I think I more painted a picture. Um, can you get us out of here, please? Okay, another BCOM see clearly super chat. You got another $2 from BCOM. See clearly. Mark Williams cheated on me and Brooks did too. Salute, bro. Bcom’s had a hell of a life. Um, my final thoughts is basketball related. Surprise, surprise. That’s right. Oh, Aiden, that’s a crazy comment. Uh, Royce O’Neal going into tonight was shooting 44% from three. Tonight, Royce O’Neal was three of four from deep. That is 75%. This is now through 12 games he’s shooting above 45% from deep and they’re big timely threes as well. Look, Royce O’Neal’s been awesome. And I’m sorry for talking about basketball because the chat clearly doesn’t want to chat. Yeah, I want to add basketball, but no one wants to hear basketball anymore. I tried. I tried. I tried. I feel like becom clearly may had a may had a line a few seasons ago if you know what I’m talking about. So your wife talking about things you would I know I see it I see it in trouble. I have an answer. I’m in trouble. You’re in trouble. I’m not in trouble. No, I’m I’m asking for help. Somebody please throwing some random I’m not trying to call you random. I’ve just never seen you in chat. just said, “I want to hear our coach mom.” Yep. What is going on? Time to go. Wrap it up. What is going on? What is going on? Wrap it up. Another euthan. Oh my goodness. We knew that he wasn’t good at finishing around the rim. Whoa. Hey. Now. Hey. Hey. You know, it’s been a fun show everybody. We got Melissa in the chat saying shorts next show. Stephen just a statement not a question. We got another super chat. Bobby says going to be going to be weird and make a basketball coming but fun win and so far Grayson’s the most pleasant surprise this year. Let’s go Suns. I love the weird cleanser. Appreciate you Bobby. Yes. Hey guys, we have another show tomorrow. Brigade postgame show. Second night of a backtoback be here on PHNX Sports. You never know what you’re going to get. Four wins in a row. Weird. Just wait for five. Hell, I already thought it was five. Hey. Oh, you can uh Oh, at the buzzer. $2 from becom clearly. Roy salute. I need that snatch attack. Apparently, Bobb’s been trying to make a basketball comment, but we weren’t acknowledging chat. Bobby, thank you, Bobby. Thank you, Bobby. I My face I’m not even kidding. My face is the hurting for how much I’m sorry. Bees just showed up. There is no way to encapsulate what this program was. Just go back and watch it. Follow the show. Phx sons. Somehow I’m more tame on social. We got another super chat. Y’all wear five from Bobby. Uh, no. You send the headbands, we’ll wear them. Fair. Yeah, fair. Or I guess keep sending super chats. I’ll do some super chat money on headbands. I don’t know. Apparently, all the headbands were taken up by all the players on the court tonight. Seven out of 10 players at one time were wearing headbands. Uh Aiden says, “I’m effing crying.” Good night. Good night to everybody. Follow the show at PHNX Snatch. Sorry, underscore sons on Twitter and on Instagram as well. Uh appreciate the freckled mama behind the Mac. By the way, uh somebody said we need a snatch emoji. I’m never ending the show, just so you guys know. Uh super snatch emoji. So the word snatch with a Superman cape. Anybody? No. Anybody? Snatch with like the Superman S. Oh my god. Super snatch. That’s crazy. Super snatch. I can’t wait for the other shows and other chats to be like, “What is going on?” Okay, now I’m really ending the show. Appreciate the freckle mamba behind the Mac making all of the magic happen, which unfortunately with how the show is going, that could also be another euph eupheanism. I can’t even say the word. Uh, you can follow him at freckle mamba. Follow Stephen at Steven PG3, the most normal one out of all of us. That’s Stephen with a because he despite saying super snatch, he does balance us out. You can follow me at r i k rub b y eso at eso. Uh be here tomorrow as freckled mamba said. Uh and uh yeah, I I got to go home. I got to have a conversation with my wife. Oh boy. 1. WE NEEDED THIS TYPE OF ADVERSITY AFTER BLOWING A 20+ POINT LEAD IN THE 4Q TO GUT OUT A WIN BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. J.O IS GETTING THE MOST OUT OF EACH GUY FINALLY A COACH WHO KNOWS HOW TO MANAGE TIMEOUTS AND ROTATIONS. IN THE "TOO EARLY" COTY RACE J.O IS DEFINITELY IN THE LEAD AND IT AINT CLOSE IMO.

    #SunsUp

  2. What I like about this team is itโ€™s a group of guys who are ALL willing to dig deep and find that extra drive to compete. That imo is one of the single most important factors in winning.
