The Ringer put Jaden on par with Jalen Green in their article on fake Ja trades.

Even without his improvement this year, you would think a starter who played great in two straight WCF runs would get a little more respect.

  1. Why is everyone working so hard to find a trade to make Ja happy? Who cares. If Wolves need anything it is a decent backup center but no trade should mess up the current team chemistry.

  2. It says that Minnesota is not desperate enough to do this….

This context is really about showing how little value Ja has at the moment.

  3. In his three seasons as a starter, Jaden has averaged 78 games per season. Ja has never played more than 67 games in a season.

Forget about fit, skill or mental maturity. If a player ain’t on the court, I don’t want him.

P.S. Jaden did miss some playoff games. Because he lost a fistfight. With a wall. And he’s still the clear winner in mental maturity in this comparison. That’s scary.

  4. Did anybody read what it says after the headline? It literally says losing Jaden would be massive

  5. We didn’t trade Jaden in the Rudy trade.

We didn’t trade him for KD.

But know we are for a problematic star? Outsiders just dont see how we value Jaden.

  6. I’ve been a wolves fan for my entire life like most on this sub, we sat through countless years of crap basketball and I never stopped watching. If they made this trade or trading anyone named Jaden, Rudy or Randle for Ja of all players, I think I would be done watching.

Sure it could be exiting at times and the wolves would become the League pass darlings but Ja can’t shoot, is subpar at Defense, is losing his touch around the rim and is a head case. I want someone like Ja no where near Ant or this team. Sure the start of the season could of gone a bit better but they have figured it out on Offense and we all know the Defense will catch up shortly. There is a lot of season left, lets see how it plays out is what I would do. Explore trades for a better fitting PG if you want but Ja ain’t it by a long shot.
