Dammit. I should’ve said my favorite memory was when my SO and I were in the team store a child ran up and said “Ooo a Bedard blanket.” To wit their mother said, in an annoyed tone “you are not getting a BeDARD blanket.” The kid said ahh but…. And that’s all we heard.
That mom put so much stank on bedard’s name that you’d think he kicked her childhood puppy. This happened in the 2024-25 season. I talk about it at least once every game.

I always love bringing up my fav memory of the Andrew Shaw header goal against the Ducks in the WCF (even if it was disallowed). I went absolutely bananas over it
