Dallas Stars vs. Montreal Canadiens | Full Game Highlights | ESPN NHL

They had a tough second period, but what an opportunity to rebound tonight. First of two meetings. Montreal Dallas underway with the Bell Center as that pops out of play. Off the wall out Slokovsky there for Mat. He’s got space. Mat right in. Shot stop. Rebound. Oh, what a stop to Smith. Was he not always one of the alltime great Anderson with Evans. Josh Anderson. Jake Evans waiting shooting. What a stop to Smith. What a chance for Evans. Short-handed Ransen for Hasten. Back to Ransen. He’ll delay. Still stick handling. Ransen down low. Pop pass. Score. Wyatt Johnston. That is career goal 100 of his career. It’s Blackwell has Carrie stick shattered in his hand. So Carrie no stick. Lindell plays it across. Hasting it. Wrist shot blocked again. Oh, and that one hurt. Lindell wrist shot score. Essa Lindell in the slot. Dallas trying to clear. Hudson holds the line. Lane Hudson walking it in. Hudson shoots just wide off a body as Hudson. Bit of a shot mentality for Lane Hudson tonight. Look out. Sean in. Score. Tyler Sean. Three nothing Dallas. Albert Capan. He’ll stop. Lost the puck. Ranson in quickly in transition over the line. Flips it across. Robertson back door feed score. Oh, what a backhand. Jason Robertson up top for Bourke with Robertson in front. This is as deep of a team that there is in the NHL right now. No, Duchain and of course the captain Ban out as well as that Rot score another one a got to have reps. He’s got to be in the net and he’s got to see his confidence grow and he’ll finish the last 20 minutes of this game. There’s Fox delivering the backhand pass. Petravic the shot score. Backhand feed Nathan Bastion. There’s a couple things that Montreal is going to have to take away from these last two games against LA and Dallas. There’s some big heavy players on both of those teams. Centering feet. Oh, what a stop by Democ. Unreal. Casey to Smith. I feel like you want to come back and work at it the next day. Kerier had the puck, lost it. Evans on it. There’s a fight right in front of us. It’s Arbor Jackkeye and not much of a fight trying to free it. Labushkin, he’ll pick it up down the ice and Faxa will beat Mat. [Applause] Look out. Bouncing in front. Score. What a bounce. And that kind of night as the last touch Colin Blackwell center in his first ever game here with the redirect. Time winding down. Ranson in one last chance in front. Backhand as Robertson looking for the hattick and the horn sounds. [Music] [Music]

Check out these highlights as the Dallas Stars shutout the Montreal Canadiens, 7-0, to claim their 11th victory of the season.

  1. The Habs has been defeated big time by Dallas. Someone at the NHL needs to outright blacklist the Habs so they will never heard from again. Hell, they didn't even succeed to win the 25th Stanley cup since 1993. I hope the Habs fans will causing a riot if the Habs was removed from the NHL.

  2. The most complete game of the season so far by the Stars as they COOK some Canadien grilled chicken on them Habs, 7-0! Montreal is hoping this isn't what they see from their football team on Saturday for the Grey Cup. lol Btw, this might be the worst event to take place at the Bell Centre since the infamous Montreal Screwjob some 28 years ago.
