Jim Harbaugh Just Eased Chargers Fans’ Justin Herbert Ankle Injury Concerns | The Rich Eisen Show

mentioned the Chargers moments ago in my power rankings. They are ranked eighth and um Justin Herbert and the Chargers coming off that win against the Steelers and apparently his ankle got taped and there’s a question of his um status or at least from the local media and that uh question and answer is the latest Harbaugh file. Hit it. Sometimes people that are standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn’t. The Harbaugh Files. Justin came up one at one point early in the game got his ankles taped. Any concern there at all with his uh physical status? I do have an update on his physical status. He is still a beast. The Harbaugh Files. Jim thinks he’s so funny. He is like, “You know what? We Michigan men like making ourselves laughing.” You know what I mean? Like we have that same We have that something in common. I get it. I do have an update on his physical status. He is still a beast. By the way, what a great what a great answer. Cuz he’s not going to Oh, yeah. Yeah. We’re concerned about it. We’re day to day. You know, I’m I can’t wait to get a report. I’m concerned. Play a little mind games. That is his mind game. Yeah. Dude, by making a dad joke. Um, that’s not a dad joke. That’s a real joke. He is a beast. And he’s having fun with it. Yeah. I mean, he’s having fun. Have you not noticed every single time Herbert is brought up, he loves him. He pumps him for the Heisman and the MVP and Saintthood, every time. That is his goal. That’s it. And how many times have you heard Kurt Warner come on and talk about how fleeting confidence is in this league at the quarterback position? I’m I’m not as confident. He was talking about how love might be losing confidence. And so if you keep pumping sort of like your tire sort of runs out of some PSI when it gets cold outside. Yeah. Oh, is that what happens? So, you know what I mean? like he’s just if you keep pumping full of confidence then some of the waning confidence just gets you just a lot of confidence as opposed to overconfidence. It works is all I’m saying. Does hilarious. It works. Hey, you made it all the way to the end. Thanks for that.   5. One of my fave Harbaugh-ism's of the year so far!!! And yes, he IS a beast. He was waiting for Popper (who always asks injury questions to which Harbs never answers) to ask that question. That little smile just playing at the corners of his mouth. Love it!!
