I’m Eric. That’s Espo. We got the Freckle Mamba behind the Mac making all the magic happen. Steven will check in from the afterlife at the morg as the Phoenix Suns have continued to find new life this season, winning their fifth straight game, their seventh out of their last eight. And they put belt to ass against the Pacers so bad it caused technical difficulties. Espo, this team is awesome. The Phoenix Suns are so back. Suck it, Bill Simmons. Suck it, Bill Simmons. This team did what good teams do and they beat a really bad team. The Indiana Pacers have not won a game on the road. They are now 1-1 on the season. They lost their second best player halfway through the game. But you know what? The Suns were without Mark Williams. They lost Grayson Allen halfway through. And they still put belt to ass. And honestly, it seemed effortless. Well, they had an 11 or 160 run in the third. They had an 110 run in the fourth. At least that’s what we’re told. We didn’t get to see it. Uh but I believe them. That’s what the scoreboard suggested. So you look at it and yeah, there were times where maybe the Pacers closed that gap a little bit. You know, early in the game, the Suns didn’t shoot uh quite as good as you wanted, but then it was bam. All right. They did what quality teams do. They just kept pressing. They got there. Their stars took over. Dylan Brooks, Devin Booker, Grayson Allen while he was out there, uh, you know, all stepped up and then the bench came up huge. Uh, they they beat the Pacers bench by, I believe, 15 points uh, tonight, which was a big way that you were going to pull pull away from this team and all of a sudden you go from, oh, it’s a it’s a 10-point game to, holy crap, it’s a 45point game just like that. This team is uh is special. It feels it feels special. This team is absolutely beyond special. You know, I said it yesterday against the Mavericks, which by the way, second night of a backto-back off of a travel day without your starting center, without your second best player for half the game, mind you, but I said it yesterday where that Mavericks game got close. Got really, really close. But I never felt worried, right? Last year, and and I heard a lot of people say this, last year the Suns would have lost last night. The Suns might not have lost this game last year, but it certainly wouldn’t have looked like this. They wouldn’t have ballooned like that. No way. I mean, look, every time it felt like the Pacers were grabbing a little bit of momentum, the Suns put them away. And it was a different person every time. It was Oso. It was Dylan Brooks who had an insane heater. It was Devin Booker who turned it up in the second half, right? You had guys like Jordan Goodwin go out there and drop a double double. Jordan Goodwin’s not even on a guaranteed contract. The culture, the identity, the alignment of this team is off the charts. And you know, Espo, it was prevalent in those first five games of the season for sure, but the last eight in which they’ve won seven of them and the only loss being on the road against a Golden State team who was mad that they are the only Pacers win so far this season, it it has been more than I think any fan of this team could have possibly asked for. What what was the the stat that in their last four home games they’ve had at least a 20 five home games at least a 20point lead or more? Y this team is good. This team is doing the things it takes. This team is the real deal right now. They’re playing well now. Brutal schedule coming up, but I don’t think this is some Cinderella that turns back into a pumpkin. This is a team that will fight, will play well, uh will do everything it can to get wins, and they’re going to fight back at any moment. It’s anybody any time right now. And that’s both in terms of taking on an opponent, but also on that roster. It’s not one guy. It’s not just Devin Booker like we thought it was going to have to be offensively. One night it’s Grayson Allen. One night it’s Royce O’Neal, then it’s Dylan Brooks, then it’s, you know, Jaylen when he was there. like they they are spreading the wealth around when it comes to the offense and that means you can depend on your entire team. This team, the Ottoman Empire is here. I don’t remember who said it in this in the chat, but I give you all the credit because the Ottoman Empire is here. Yeah, the chat’s been awesome. We’ll get to all of your super chats here soon. Look, I think a great demonstration of what this culture is and who the Phoenix Suns are, right? We heard it all off seasonason. We heard a lot of this, a lot of talk, a lot of talk from Matt Ishbi, a lot of talk from Brian Gregory, a lot of talk from Jordan, a lot of talk from the players. We want a new identity. We want fans to go to the arena and say, “Damn, they played fast. They played fun. We enjoyed their brand of basketball. We’re going to try. We’re going to hustle hard.” Well, you want to know what’s a great example of the fact that they’re backing it up? It’s not just the starting lineup. Hell, it’s not even the second unit. The third unit comes in and they are about that action. Yeah, from the moment the ball is tipped off, Dylan Brooks will be in your opposing stars face and then he’ll hit a BS shot over them. And then guess what? When Kaman Malawatch and Rashir Fleming and the end of the bench is in with Isaiah Livers and Jordan Goodwin, they’re still going to fullcourt press you and try to get a steal and try to push this lead up. That is toptobottom culture. And the culture has completely shifted for this team. A lot of guys deserve individual credit, but you got to take a step back from an organizational standpoint and give it up to, and I know you did on Southwest Bias earlier today, and give it up to the people who built this team, who built this next iteration of the Suns after the two most disappointing seasons in modern franchise history. And now we’re sitting here and we’re not just happy about this team, espo, we’re damn impressed. So, so can we officially count that as your apology to apologize? I mean, that’s the thing. So many people just wanted to write these guys off, but I didn’t write them off. That’s the thing. I’m not not you, but there were other people in this town that wanted to write them off. And I sat there on Southwest Bias and when I was on this program and said, “Let’s see what these guys do before we say that they can’t do their jobs. Let’s see how it looks.” Because I don’t care where they went to school or or coached at or what tie they have to an ownership group. If they can do the job, they can do the damn job. Well, guess what? They’re doing the damn job right now. The Phoenix Suns, we thought, “Oh, okay. Dylan Brooks will have an edge, right?” No, no. This Phoenix Suns team is like a thong made out of sandpaper. It’s annoying as all hell and it’s going to hurt you eventually. All right. Uh and and they getting all up in there and they’re annoying the hell out of opponents right now. They’re drawing they’re causing freaking technical fouls against opponents. They’re getting they’re getting in their heads. They freaking are taking stars out of their out of their game by just getting getting in there and and messing with their heads. This team is fun. This team is defensive. They’re really damn good defensively. I was going to say juggernaut. I’m not quite there, but they’re damn good defensively. Offensively, they figured it out. I am beyond the I’m beyond the concern phase. I think I’ve crossed that threshold and I think this team can be very good. So, uh, people in the chat are wondering, biggest question of the night. Do you know what a thong made of sandpaper feels like? I have this thing called an imagination. Thoroughly active. I thought you say I have this thing called a closet and a thong is in there. No. Who Who puts a No, that would be in a drawer. All right. You would know. We got them. We got them. We got them. I’m just a normal human being that would know if if I had underwear, it’s in a drawer. What are you hanging your underwear? It’s a special sandpaper thong. No, come on. Okay. Anyway, before we get too off track with thong talk, uh I I want to talk about just how amazing it is to have a guy like Dylan Brooks on this team. I know it’s everybody, right? And I understand that it’s everybody, but I want to do our love the play of the night presented by Arizona Lottery play and gift today if you are over the age of 21. And it was not just the shots that Dylan Brooks hit in these two buckets. It was the celebrations afterwards. A tough post fadeaway. Tongue sticking out. Which one do you want to do? I’ll do the other one. Uh, you can do the tongue sticking out. I’ll do the chop. There we go. Can we win the one shot for that? Give him the one shot for that. That’s the Yeah, there we go. And then I guess I can’t do the one shot for this because we need a full body. But another one a floater away from him going bang. A little Santa Claus for you there. Look, man. Dylan Brooks is exactly what this culture needs. The Brooks snatch attack is for real. Look, Dylan Brooks has been a culture setter in every step of the way and he was talking with Amanda Flugrad postgame and just talking about like that’s my game and then he corrected himself and he said that’s our game, right? That fired me up. I what I love too, I was saying this to to the freckle mamba when I got in here and I said what I love about Dylan Brooks is he’s this instigator. He’s this like this irritant on the court. Then he comes off and he’s like super softspoken and you’re like, yeah, just like super can. You’re like, huh? All right. Well, I love that he can flip that switch for us. But yeah, he’s been great. A really good mentor from what you can tell uh with some of these younger guys and they’re all really embracing that mindset defensively. I mean, you’re seeing Royce O’Neal uh getting chippy de I mean, Deon’s always kind of had it in him, but you’re you’re seeing like a lot the last couple. You’ve seen a lot of it. I love what Dylan Brooks has brought and he’s another one of those guys. I hate him if uh if he’s on an opposing team, but oh, do I freaking love him when he’s here. So, yeah. And obviously Grayson Allen, one of those guys. He exited the game in the second quarter uh with a right quad contusion. We’ll hopefully get an update on that as soon as possible, either from Steven or over the team uh the next couple of nights. But wi with Brooks, his offensive game has just been otherworldly. And that is why Dylan Brooks has to be our due to the night. Presented by Hila River Resorts and Casinos. You do you at Hila River Resorts and Casinos. Visit playhila.com for more details. In just 28 minutes tonight, Espo Dylan Brooks put up a season high 32 points. 12 of 18 from the field, three of seven from deep, five of five from the line. Didn’t do much of anything else. The only other stat that he recorded, one rebound, one rebound, one steal, but tonight was all about Dylan Brooks going off on the offensive end. And he, especially in that first half, was just putting the team on his back. Well, the broadcast brought it up, but there were some moves that Dylan Brooks was making that looked like he went into Devin Booker’s bag and and stole a few. He had some of those mid-range shimmy shakes. Like I I don’t know. I don’t know where he found that where he found that next level, but it was fantastic. I believe he tied his career high or set his career high for points in a in a first half. Yep. With he tied he’s done it three times in his career. I think this is from Shane Young 24 three times in his career, which is I mean it was fantastic. It was just what they needed because Devin hadn’t kicked it kind of into high gear. He took over in that third. Dylan Brooks was why they they took the lead at the end of the first half and then and ballooned it in that second quarter to double digits because he was doing everything offensively. And while he may not have had a bunch of other stats, he was a factor in Pascal Seakuma not being in his game tonight. From from word one, I mean they first second they were kind of jaw at each other. Unbelievable performance by Dylan. He is definitely the dude. A dude. Uh, and a massive, massive pain in the ass for opponents. You said a dude. Does that mean we could have another one? Maybe. Well, maybe. And maybe we’ll just have to tell you exactly who our other dude of the night is. But you’re going to have to wait for it cuz we’re going to tell you on the other side of our first break. Cara gifted five PHNX sports memberships. Hell yeah. Five. You want to know who they went to? Oh, I know one of them. Tracy Espazito, Bobby, and then Sparrow got one. DJ Slapping got one. And Sean Shop got one. I think I think Tracy has some answer or questions to answer since she wasn’t already a member. Wow. Like I think that’s there. Also, Peter, love you being in the chat. If you want to become a member today, you can by hitting that join button or I guess just hang out until Cara gives like a hundred people uh memberships. Look, Espo, you kind of teased it. You said a dude of the night, and I think there are two other guys who are in contention for a dude of the night honory or nominee or whatever I want to call it. We got to give the second dude of the night presented by Hila River Resorts and Casinos to the guy who belongs in the Valley jersey, Devin Armani Booker. That is his jersey and this is his team. a game high 33 points tonight, 12 of 22 from the field, three of 10 from deep, but six of six from the free throw line, seven assists, five rebounds, only one turnover on the night, a plus 13. And guess what? Just 29 minutes. Devin Booker looked like Devin Booker from a couple of years ago. And I know the jersey and the valley and everything had a lot to do with it, but he is in a serious groove. Espo. Yeah, I I think it was Sean in the chat brought up our our old term Armani mode. He kicked it into Armani mode in that uh in that third quarter. Uh and what was it? 16 points in that third quarter. Came through, looked like vintage book, decided, you know what, we can slam the door shut here. We’re going to take take advantage of it right now. Uh and and he did it. It was it was the vintage kind of plays he got going and it was one of those okay I know he’s going to hit all these so we’re going to sit back and enjoy this ride and that was that was really when they uh put it in the old deep freeze was when Devin Booker took over there at the tail end of the third. Yeah. It was like they’re running a race and Dylan Brooks had the baton for the first half and then they’re like all right here you go Book you can take it from here. Yep. And then Book did. Like you said, it doesn’t have to be booked all the time and we’ll talk about blueco collar efforts and I know there’s a name that we need to talk about as well coming up and we will. But it’s been Grayson Allen like you mentioned the last couple of games and Dylan Brooks offensively. Look, 12 of 18 from the field is amazing. And and a night like tonight is why you live with some of those nights where he’s going to be like seven of 18 or seven of 20 from the field. And to be fair, he hasn’t had as many of those since the first few games where they were trying to figure themselves out offensively. I’ll give him I’ll give him credit for that. But yeah, to your point, you’ve got to you’ve got to live with the entire Dylan Brooks experience, right? And and some nights it’ll all click like tonight. Scoring, everything clicks tonight. Some nights, yeah, you’ll have some blips like headbutting the ball and getting a delay a game or missing a few shots, but man, when it when it all comes together, it’s fantastic. And then you get a a vintage Devin Booker streak in there as well. And that that’s how that’s how all of a sudden this balloons to a 35 point victory and being up almost 50 at one point is because those two guys by themselves uh pretty much took care of the Indiana Pacers tonight and then you add in all these other great performances that they had on top of it. It was it was undeniable tonight. You want to know what Devin Booker wasn’t wearing tonight? No. a headband. A sand a sandpaper thumb. A headband. He’s not wear he wasn’t wearing a headband. There was no headband book tonight, which I guess he just he can’t he can’t wear it anymore. He just can’t wear a headband anymore. It’s just it’s too obvious that when he doesn’t wear it, he’s so much better. It is. He’s also better when he’s talking like when he’s into the game when he’s talking like when he when he is getting into it with an opposing team after hitting a bucket or in this case this season driving to the paint a ton and finishing some really tough layups. He has been on another level in so many senses, but I feel like we’re really seeing like I’m talking my talk. I’m here more so than just I’m hitting buckets and I’m going. It’s this is my building. This is my team. This is my jersey. And you’re losing by 30 tonight. This is my city. And this is my city. And there’s nothing you can do about it. He has to be enjoying this so much. Yeah. Because a guy that has been through so many ups and downs, a guy that, you know, comes into this and people are like, “Oh, he might be he might have crossed that threshold. it might be downhill. This team’s going to be bad. Oh, Devin Booker is never going to get to accomplish anything in his career. And then they come out and they’re surprising people. I think that that is is a huge huge thing for him as well. And I know people like to be like, “Oh, you’re seeing Deon SM.” He’s having fun again. Having a lot of fun. Body language. Great. Yeah. I mean, it always been. It’s always been. But yeah, I mean, he was that problem. Yeah. All you guys that were on that, you know who you are out there with the Devin Booker. Oh, this that Deon Booker is just fine. Don’t you worry. Yeah. Look, Devin Booker is in his prime. Mhm. This like people are like, “Oh, Devin Booker is getting worse. Deon Booker is not good anymore.” Deon Booker is 29 years old. He’s literally in the middle of his prime. And honestly, athletically, he looks better this year than I think he has the last couple of years. And part of that might be the last couple of years he’s been dealing with some lower body injuries. Even on the start of the season, especially last year, he was dealing with some hamstrings. And it was so weird because the books debuted and then they had a bunch of different lower body injuries and all that. This year, he looks like he’s in great shape. He looks like he’s moving faster, quicker. He’s driving to the hoop. He’s finishing well. The only thing that hasn’t been super consistent with him is that three ball, but we still saw him pull up with confidence. And I liked 10 attempts tonight when he was 0 for three in last game. I like getting up 10 and getting up more because you should still be shooting those. Yeah. And prior to that, he was shooting like 40 30% from deep as well. So, yep. Shots sometimes Evan Floop. Not concerned about that. He took over when he needed to take over. And I I love that he’s writing a whole new chapter of him being the leader, him being the distributor, him being the scorer. Uh it’s kind of and him being a defensive pass as well. And so all of a sudden it it’s the complete book. I think we’re seeing that that evolution of him right now. Can we we’ve we’ve named our our dudes. Can I can I do the thing? You want to do the thing? Can I do the thing? You can do the thing. All right, Eritton, pull out that slab. We got them. The Pacers are on the morg table. It’s time to shove that in and close the door shut because they take the morg claimed another victim tonight. The Indiana Pacers are officially dead. Time of death, we’ll give it about 9:30 tonight, but it probably was about 7:15 when that game started. Yeah, look, the Suns have held three teams under 100 points so far this season. It was the Pacers tonight. It was the Pelicans who they held under 100 points a couple games ago, and then it was the Jazz, which was really the first win that sparked this new life in the Suns team on Halloween. They kept them down to 96 points. So, the second lowest point total scored by a Phoenix Suns opponent tonight. And Espo, they did it without Mark Williams and Jaylen Green, who by the way, Sun’s second best player in theory and who in what we saw in practice for a game in seven minutes. Still out for this team, out for a long time. Team is still cooking. Mark Williams out tonight on the second night of a back-to-back. Nick Richards gets the start. And a lot of people in the chat want to say, you know what, it’s the Pacers. Who cares? It’s Pacers. Who cares? One, they beat the crap out of them, so that’s good. Two, you didn’t have your starting center tonight and you were still able to absolutely destroy them. Good teams beat the crap out of bad teams. And guess what? The Suns are eight and five and have won seven out of their last eight and five straight. I think this is a pretty good team. So, I’m not going to be like, “Oh, it’s the Patriots. Who cares? I care. Eric cares. Espo cares. Eritton cares. You care. They’re winning games. a lot of them in a row. This is awesome. To quote the context, our friend Steven Persian Gardner, that was a super snatch tonight. Did not matter who it was. When you are up almost 50 points against a team, that is called an ass whooping. And it does not matter if they’re one and 10. It does not matter if they’re 10 and one. That is a hell of a victory. And that’s what you’re supposed to do when you are trying to be a quality team. You win by one. Maybe I can get the Oh, well, it was just the Pacers and you just won by one. You were up almost 50. 50. One more time. 50. There. Good camera work. Erin, look. And And also, it’s not just tonight, right? if the Suns had lost three straight or if they’ve been winning at a 500 pace since Halloween and like, “Oh, it’s they’ve shown some flashes here and there and then you beat the crap out of the Pacers who are literally one of the worst teams in the NBA, maybe the worst team in the NBA,” it’d be like, “Okay, who cares? Who cares?” Because if you lost to the Mavericks the night before or you lost to the Pelicans or you didn’t beat the Clippers in backtoback games or you didn’t beat the Spurs about a week and a half ago, if none of that happened, then tonight doesn’t matter as much. It’s the fact that they’re stacking Espo. They’re continuing momentum. Good teams do that. A, they take care of business against bad teams. They also win a lot of games in a row. Look, seven out of eight is nothing to sneeze at no matter who your opponent is in the NBA. And it’s how they’re winning it. It’s who’s stepping up and it’s how sustainable it feels. They’re not shooting 75% from deep. They’re not getting 50 point averages from Devin Booker. The entire team has done an incredible job over the last eight games. and you saw the foundation laid over the first five. This is not a fluke and I don’t care that it was the Pacers. The fact that they continue to prove who they have been and who they are is important. It’s November 13th. It is. They have with their eighth victory tonight more than a fourth of the wins that prognosticator said that they were going to have. Yeah. The the line was 31 and a half. four four times eight is uh is 32 if I did my math right. This team just by that proves that they’re better than what people are saying, right? Like if they were the bad team that they were, you would not have run off that many that many things, right? That’s that’s the thing to me. Uh it’s uh it’s ridiculous to me that that people are trying to trying to take any of the shine off of this. It’s just ridiculous. Yeah, it’s stupid because you can only play who’s in front of you. You can only play the team that’s on your schedule. And people thought the Suns would be just as bad, if not worse, than the Pacers. People thought the Suns would be worse than the Mavericks. People thought the Suns would be worse than the Pelicans, worse than the Clippers, worse than the Spurs, worse than the Jazz. And like, you know, maybe they are worse than the Spurs, but hell, this team is eight and five, man. And they were 1-4. This is one of the hottest teams in the NBA, on par with the Pistons, on par with the Nuggets. And the these are the best teams in their conferences, and the Suns have been playing as good as anybody without Jaylen Green. This team is so hot that Jim’s going to start messaging about them. All right, that’s that’s how hot this team is. I’d say they are the hottest team in the NBA right now when you consider uh you put that victory tonight on it. And I know people like, “Oh, too much hype.” No, not too much hype. This is This is what you’re supposed to do is enjoy the time with this. Enjoy the wins. Yes, I’m going to enjoy it. I’m going to push back a little bit just for hashtag context. The Oklahoma City Thunder have won nine out of their last 10. Yeah, but they’re supposed to. The Denver Nuggets have won nine out of their last 10. Yeah, they’ve got Nickelo and they’ve won six in a row. Yeah, that’s fine. So, we’re still the hottest team. That’s That’s tough, right? We’re the sexiest girl at the dance. The the Pistons have won nine out of their last 10. Sure. The Suns are seven and three, which out of the last 10 games is tied as the second best record in the last 10 games with the Spurs, the Rockets, and the Lakers. Gross. And then I mean you the Hawks, who you play, by the way, uh on Sunday, you play another team that’s been seven and three in their last 10. So, they’re they’re in the second tier of of the hottest teams in the NBA, but they certainly going into the season had the lowest expectations out of all of them. That’s what makes them so good-looking. You ever see any of those late ‘9s They take the glasses off movies? Yeah. This is uh this is Yeah. Like just like that. It’s not another teen movie. It’s all those all those ones that Yeah. They take the hat off, the glasses off, and all of a sudden they’re the prettiest girl there. Yeah. That’s what the Suns are right now. Everybody thought they were ugly. Guess what? They’re not ugly. I think uh Julio sums it up really well in chat here. Says uh I love the Phoenix Suns. Like seriously, such an amazing team. Yes, Julio, you are right. Also, uh let’s set a light goal here. 350 400. Oh, wow. 400. I don’t think they can do it. That’s 50 time 50 time or not times, but say 50. It’s 50 time 10. There we go. We’re going to go 500. That’s where I’m at. I might be raising this. I might be doubting them like the Phoenix Suns have been doubted so far this year. I mean I mean we got Cara out there doing the Lord’s work. The rest of you need to pick up the slack here. Well, look, a lot of y’all been picking up slack with super chats. We are going to get to those. We’ll take a look at the numbers and we’re going to first name blue collar boy of the night. We still have a packed packed slate on PHNX Suns as we’re waiting for Stephen to call in as well. So, we’ll get to the rest of it on the other side of this break. Tonight’s a great time, but you can have a great night any night over at Hila River Resorts and Casinos. I love it when I see the OG’s get it. Okay, blue collar boy of the night. Let’s name our blue collar boy the night. Let’s talk about this. How about one of the greatest plus minuses I’ve got to imagine in NBA history. This one goes to Oo Eodaro. Not just the best game of his season by my money, the best game of his career. Oso off the bench, 17 points tonight in 26 minutes, seven rebounds, three steals, three blocks, and a plus 52. So, so Brinn, who writes over at Bright Side, uh, reached out, plus 52 is the third highest plus minus in NBA history. The third highest in NBA history, plus 52. That’s a hell of a night for a guy that everybody is saying shouldn’t be in the rotation anymore. Absolutely. I mean, this was a season hopefully defining performance from OSO. His his defense on the perimeter was was groundbreaking without Mark Williams. He blocked a three. He blocked another another shot at the rim. Uh his steals, his active hands had a really really great sequence where he blocked the three. Pacers got the offensive rebound. Oso went poked it out and got the steel right then picked it up outlet passed and it was a failed lob attempt from Colin to Ryan, but it sparked a fast break and OSO’s overall defense was great. We saw his offensive game, his floater, he was taking it. It was the most comfortable he’s looked offensively and and one off of a Booker outlet that got him super fired up. For a guy like Oso who has had a really hard start to his season, has been struggling to find his place on the court. Espo, this is why games like tonight matter because yes, it’s against the Pacers, but I feel like if anybody’s game needed a shot of confidence in it, OSOs was at the top of the list. And you could see it like it almost felt like you saw something flip, right? because he’d been playing a little tentative. The confidence wasn’t there. You kind of saw, oh, I feel feel this guy struggling out there, maybe overthinking a bit, and then all of a sudden things start rolling tonight. It started with those defensive plays. Then he’s getting dunks on the offensive end. He gets that end one and he’s screaming at the bench and he’s like he’s locked in. It had a look that I don’t think I’ve ever seen Oso have out there on the floor. felt good for the kid because we all like him. We all think he’s very cerebral and has so many of the intangibles that you want from a center. Uh but man, you it was good to see him figured out. The the the guy with the Lu Amu plus 57 is the all time that’s a random name. The alltime great Gary Trent Jr. for plus 54 a second and then it’s it’s also tied with uh with two other guys on the lease. Uh your anti plus minus agenda hearing that I mean that’s about as about as damning as a case you get tonight it made sense. Well, no, but tonight you could see it and you could tell and and Nick Richards was eh. But when OSO came in, you started to feel the tide turn and and so I get it in that kind of situation, right? Plus minus is a flawed stat, but with a guy like that that sure he had pretty good stats when you look at it, but it was the other things that didn’t that told the story and plus minus kind of backfills that here. So great stat and uh and thanks for sharing it Brenn. Well and that’s and that’s the thing right where OSA was never supposed to be a stat stuffer. OSA was never supposed to be a guy that box score watching to find his impact on the game. But he was failing the eye test too and that was the problem tonight. You took away the stats and you just watched the game like technical difficulties no score no stats nothing. Right. Literally, you would you would have you would have said Oso Eige Geodaro was one of the most impactful players on the court tonight up there with Dylan Brooks, Devin Booker, and Oso Gdaro. Like that that is the three that we saw tonight for this game. Other guys had good games, but really those were the three that just absolutely stood out from an eye test perspective. Now, hopefully this is somewhat replicable in the sense of Mark Williams will be back. Hopefully, we assume so. He wasn’t really out with an actual injury. It was injury management. But when Oso is now the first center off the bench or the second center off the bench or is playing out there, he knows what he can bring. He’s seen it. He’s seen it go through the hoop proverbally. And if he can go out there and do that in a more condensed sense with Mark Williams, so the drop off isn’t as much, that is a godsend for what this team really needs. because backup center was something that, you know, I was saying at the beginning of the game. That’s maybe a position they would have had to look at to to fill if Oso and Nick were playing the way that they were and this team continued to win games. Yeah, I I I agree. And you got to you got to wonder what his role will look like. You you got to appreciate that you’re not obviously sees something and wants to give this kid every opportunity that uh that he can to have moments like tonight. And you hope that this is a turning point, right, where he gets going, he understands offensively how he can be most effective, that being aggressive defensively is going to lead to more opportunities offensively. A and that that can snowball for him because they’re going to need him because if if you’re not playing Mark Williams on backtobacks, if there is a time where he’s out for a little while uh because of injury or other reason, you’re going to need Oso to be that guy because you know Kaman’s not fully ready. Had some nice flashes tonight, but you know that that they’re obviously not uh feeling he’s 100% ready. Nick Richards is limited in in what he can do. some nice blocks, some some plays that don’t necessarily make sense. You’re going to need Oso at times tonight. Tonight or this season, tonight was one of those feel-good moments that you go, “Okay, maybe that’s the start of something for him.” Hopefully, it is. You never know. Maybe it’s a one-off thing. We’ll have to see. There’s still a lot to prove for Oso Giggodaro, but the numbers and the eye tests look good. And let’s go ahead and get to the numbers for the game. By the numbers presented by Desert Financial Credit Union, Arizona’s number one credit union named by Forbes. 133 to 98. Of course, the most important number minus the 55 memberships that have been added so far in the show tonight. But the Suns shot 57.6% from the field on 85 attempts and to the Pacers 36.4% on 88 attempts. So, great defense from the Suns. The Pacers shot 28% from deep on 25 attempts. The Suns shot 37.1% as a team on 35 attempts. Free throws. Suns still took less free throws, but shot 81.5%. 22 to 27. The Pacers 27 to 29 from the free throw line, 93%. Yeah. I mean, imagine if they didn’t have that. This wouldn’t have been even the contest that it was. Sure. Absolutely. And the refs were reffing for sure. Uh but we also had a rebounding edge 43 to 41. The Suns were better than the Pacers in that sense. Then finally, assists were even 20 and 20. Those are the numbers. We’ve got updates from Jordan. We’ll hear from Stephen. And we’re going to read a long list of super chats. Some about basketball and some not about basketball. I’m guessing I’m guessing there’s a large amount that are And guess what? That’s okay. By the way, another gifted membership. Yes. Was that another gifted membership that we just saw there? Alyssa just became a member. Let’s go, Alyssa. That’s awesome. I believe if my counting is correct that is 56 56 members that have been added in tonight’s show. I believe that is an all city record. So thank you all so much. We’re going to continue this awesome postgame show on the other side of our final break. Refresh your tablet and get access to Dylan mean mugging. That’s awesome. Drop that bad boy like you’re guarding Pascal Seyakum and you want to annoy the hell out of him. Oh my goodness, Espo. What an absolute night here. We’ll hear from Jordan I in a little bit with updates on Grayson Allen talking about Booker and Brooks as well. Uh but Espo, is there anybody that that we haven’t been able to talk about tonight that before we get to our wonderful super chats, before we get to updates from Ah and from Stephen that you feel like we we need to highlight? Uh, I got some beef with somebody. You got beef? I got beef with a member of the Suns. Colin Gillespie, you’re on my list. I need a one or three from you tonight to win my bet and instead you didn’t hit it. Well, that’s fine, though. Does that mean that I get to be mad at Grayson, our sweet baby angel? Because I needed one more stock. I needed one more stock from him and I would have hit my bet. We were both one one thing away from hitting our bet and we didn’t. Uh Colin though did did have a pretty decent game tonight along with Jordan Goodwin. Great backup guard play off the bench. Yeah, 10 points for Colin Gillespie, four rebounds. Uh but Jordan Goodwin, the the quintessential blueco collar boy, uh as Steven loves to call him, 10 points, nine rebounds, five assists, came in was that energy guy, played 23 quality minutes for this team. you got to give him uh a lot of credit because last guy to make it on that roster, but has been a major impact player on both sides of the court at times this year. So, uh I don’t think the Suns are where they are without what Jordan Goodwin 100% agree. Last game against Dallas, he came in and had his best offensive stretch of the season in just six minutes. Had 13 points. That’s what propelled the Suns to an early lead tonight, right? Like you had double digit scoring from him. He hit two threes. Two of three from deep was awesome. The five assists is really what impresses me, including an incredible bounce pass to Oso Igdaro. Uh cut into the lane for a dunk. Beautiful. Jordan Goodwin’s just been really good. Remember when he was traded here with Bradley Beal and it was a lot of hey, you know, you guys got Bradley Beal for a steal, which lol in hindsight, but really Jordan Goodwin is somebody you’re going to love. Guess what? Never wrong just early. The evolution though from what he was when he when he first got here to what he is now, he learned a lot in particular with the Lakers last year. Finally, LA did something decent for us. Uh and he’s he’s come in with I think more of a chip on his shoulder, too. Yeah. You know, and and I think he’s a guy that’s benefiting playing around uh Dylan Brooks, too, because you see that that edge that he’s tapping into a little bit more. He fits he fits this group real well. Dogs up and down the court. Uh, one dog was not on the court for the second half tonight. That of course has been the Sun’s best player over the last couple of games in Grayson Allen. At least a two-time due to the night recipient in the two games before this one. Two time. He did have a good night before leaving after 12 minutes. He had 12 points, five of six from the field, two assists, uh, and was one of two from deep, but he did leave uh, with what the Suns called a right quad contusion. This is Jordan with an update on Grayson’s status after the game. I I mean, we heard right there at the end of the first half that he wouldn’t wouldn’t be coming back. I think it was just a knee to the quad. I I don’t think it’s anything serious. Uh he was in good spirits there. Um thankfully, we have two days in between games finally. Um so I wouldn’t anticipate anything, but we we’ll take a look. Can I mean look, I wasn’t expecting a real update from this. And for those who don’t know, a contusion is basically just a bruise. Now look, Cam Johnson famously against the Knicks had a a contusion that lasted for a long time. That was in his hip though, right? No, that was a that was his quad. I believe that was his I believe that was a quad contusion. Uh that was the buzzer beater game against the Knicks. I believe that kept him out for a couple of games after that and lingered a little bit. Obviously, you don’t want that with Grayson Allen, but it also at that point when he was ruled out and went back, the Suns were up 20 in the early second half against the Pacers. I don’t think you’re ever going to rush that back. Honestly, I don’t know if you rush him back to play Atlanta on Sunday because of the next manup mentality, but he he’s been the Sun’s second best player this season. So, if he does miss a couple of games, that’d be a pretty big uh pretty big miss. Yeah. And right now, if you start to miss any of these guys and and you’re tripping further and further into your rotation, Yeah. it’s going to be difficult. But to your point, anybody anytime. These guys are are stepping up when they’re called upon and you go, “Okay, like Jordan said, we’re not going to make excuses. We’re going to go out there and play hard and we’re going to focus on whatever that next game is.” And that’s the mindset you have to have in an 82 game season because inevitably guys are going to miss time, guys. And you’re going to need that next guy to step in and fill in and believe in what you’re doing. and they they have that. So, well, and the team that you’re playing on Sunday is a really really big testament to that. The Hawks have also gone through some pretty serious injuries and they continue to win games. So, it’s going to be next man up versus next man up versus next man up. Obviously, we’ll keep you up to date with Grayson uh as much as we can over the next couple of days. We don’t have another show until Sunday when the Suns take on the Hawks, but of course, you can keep it tuned at phnx_sons. Wow. 10 gifted memberships from Marwin Smith. Wow. I’ve my voice is gone or else I’d be screaming much louder. Marvin Marwin. Oh yeah. So by my count and I might be wrong. I believe that is 65 memberships. Alex got one. Bruce Dub got one. Brian got one. Trann got one. John John got one. Johnny Silver got one. Let’s go. RQ got one. Wow. I mean this is amazing. Dark Saber got one. Beautiful. Bang GX got one. Chris Stevens got one. This is why if you’re listening on audio, a we love you. We love you. We appreciate you listening on audio all the time. I am an audio listener for all of my shows. So, don’t get me wrong. Audio file. Audio is awesome, but sometimes there’s nothing better than just being in this live chat. You never know when you’re going to get gifted a membership. And you never know when you might read some crazy super chats as well. Can I can I shout out one of the people in chat? Sure. Uh just a dad making memories is in there. and uh a native uh has stage four cancer hoping for a championship this year. Just shout out to you. Cancer has uh has impacted my family and people I know uh including the late great Dave King who I was thinking about today because of the announcement of Bright Side Night coming up. Dave King’s Bright Side Night. So feel you, man. Uh and sending good vibes your way uh and your whole family’s way. So very very sorry to hear that and hopefully the suns and and maybe this show can give you just a little distraction and a little relief uh because sports can be an escape and life can really really really suck. So yeah, as Tim says, furk concert. Yeah. For Yes. FK fk fk. Uh look look and this is what I love about the chat now. The chat is just getting extremely positive and sending love. Uh, this is what makes the community special, Espo. And that’s what we’re we’re all about here at PHX, is is the community. So, sorry to hear that. Hope for the best and and and hopefully you can share some good news with this chat uh sometime in the future. Yeah. And hopefully having fun like sometimes the best medicine is laughing at two idiots talking kind of about basketball. So, yeah. And then me, too. Look, uh, we I feel like we’ve we’ve done a good balance of of the basketball talk and the non-basket talk. Uh, we are waiting for for Stephen and we’ll hear a little bit more from from Jordan, uh, in a second. I feel like when when we’re talking about this game, we did see a little come on Malawatch. We did see a little Rashier Fleming, right? We saw a little Isaiah Livers. Actually, a decent amount of Isaiah Livers 20 minutes from him. Um, go ahead. Rashir gave me Josh Jackson flashbacks because the hair in the number 20. Yeah, he looks he’s so much better. But I just had that moment. I was like, I Okay. Okay. It’s not It’s not him. We’re all right. Michael asked if we’re doing community meetups this year. Yes, we’ll be doing a watch party. Uh this will be the only month that we don’t have a watch party at Hila. Uh every month following this, we will have at least one watch party. We’re going to come up with other ways to get the community together as well. lots of opportunities this year and we’ll figure out more ways to do that as well. So, we’re going to have some fun. Uh saw the rookies, saw some some flashes as well, which we like. Every time Kaman plays, he gets a block and that’s really fun. Uh you know what’s interesting is looking at Ryan Dunn stat line tonight. Three points, three rebounds, but a plus 20 in 19 minutes. It feels like off the bench he’s going to be one of those guys that you’re going to look at the stats and people be like, “Oh, he’s not good.” And then you watch him play and it’s like, “Oh, no. He’s actually a pretty impactful player.” Plus the corner three looks smooth. Yeah. I mean, he’s energy, too. Like, and and unlike last year, you don’t need him to be this this huge part of your offense or the only guy bringing energy or all these things that that were kind of thrust upon him in his rookie year. And I I love the fact that he can go out there and do the little things. Now, I I really do like that coach said, “You know what? Let’s put you on the bench to be more of that energy guy. Be more yourself.” Uh, and we’re going to let the starting lineup be a little bit more offensive focused. And that that lever that coach OP pulled seems to be working really well for all involved. Also, I really like what Dunn’s been able to do. Uh, he’s probably going to be starting if Grayson Allen is out. Will he or do you go with Connor or Conor? Conor. No, you didn’t. I did it. I did the thing. Oh, you’re no better. I did the thing. Uh, look, I I think it’s Ryan. I think you I think you need to still create have some of that creation off of the bench and Ryan had been starting for you for a lot of games this season. He’s used to it and I I think you put I think you put Ryan Dun out there with the way Dylan Brooks is scoring and Royce O’Neal is shooting and Booker has been playing really well as well and Mark Williams out there. I think that’s a really fun lineup. So, I would still put Ryan Dunn back in there, but it will be interesting to monitor if Grayson does miss on Sunday what exactly that starting lineup is going to be because it’s not always what we expect uh out of Jordan at all. No. No. I Who the hell knows? I mean, who cares? Isaiah Livers could start and I’ll be like, you know what? All right. You you’ve you’re playing with house money, dude. You’ve made all the right choices. We’re okay with it. It’s so different. Uh, it’s so different than when Mike Boonhoer would renounce his lineups where it would be like, “Oh, well, this is just the worst thing ever.” Jordan Knox could start Jordan Goodwin, Isaiah Livers, and me. And I’d be like, “We’re winning. I don’t care. I don’t know how, but we’re going to win this game.” Oh, man. Maybe Matt Ishpel will get the spot start if Grayson’s out. You know, I mean, he he he does he does hoop. He’s he’s aligned is what I’ve heard. He is absolutely aligned. I I mean, I’m feeling aligned, Esco. Are you feeling aligned? I got I got booed by the chat for the Connor slip up. So, I mean, that’s tough. I’m not gonna lie. We say, you know, we’re different around here than the national media. Conor slip-up’s kind of Yeah. Well, you know, I mean, he is a blue Connor boy and you gota you got to remember that. So, Colin Colin Colin, see there, I’m good now. So, you know who else is good, Espo? Uh, life in general when the Suns are winning. A amen to that. I mean, the Phoenix Suns just in general are good. Uh, moved up to the seventh seed tonight. Uh they are tied with the Minnesota Timberwolves who have played two less games. By the way, the Timberwolves are seven-4. The Suns are eight and five. They’re four games back from the one seed. Obviously, that’s crazy. We’re already scoreboard watching in in middle of November. You know how many how many games the Suns are back from the three seed? Two. One. One. All right. Suns are one game back. Look at that. From the eight and three San Antonio Spurs. Again, they’ve played two less games than the Phoenix Suns. And they beat them. They’re a half a game back from the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Lakers for the fourth and the fifth seed here in the Western Conference. Now, again, BC dropped it in the chat that the Suns have statistically had one of, if not the easiest schedules according to opponent’s winning percentage so far this season, but that’s going to change. There’ll be some real tests coming up and you’re going to play some of these teams that are ahead of you and that is going to be in this Western Conference with how close things are going to be and like they were the last year and so these these two games against the Rockets coming up in the next couple of weeks could actually mean something. Well, and you know Devin’s going to be fired up. Certain guys are going to be fired up. I don’t know. The Rockets. I don’t know. Josh, you’re right. It was Josh. You know, I I look at it and if you can play 500 basketball between now and Christmas, that’s huge because absolutely one one, okay, you you’ve held serve with what you’ve been able to build with the, you know, with the three games over 500. Plus, then you get Jaylen back and Jaylen Green back after after a rough stretch in terms of the kind of opponents you’re playing. It eases up a little bit in January. and all of a sudden maybe stack some more wins. Like there’s there’s a great opportunity in front of you to learn more about this about yourselves and how you play as a team and to get wins that maybe people really don’t think you can get and 500 isn’t isn’t a crazy ask. I don’t think I think they’re capable of it. Yeah, I absolutely uh think that they’re capable of it and and honestly I I think that this team can continue to get better and better as time goes on and and we saw, you know, some good performances tonight. I feel like none more surprising than Oso Igodaros. Uh want to hear from coach about OSO’s performance after the game. Yeah, not sure I’ve seen plus 52 in 26 minutes very often. Uh actually thought of a typo when I saw it in the game, but uh I mean it felt like it. Every time he was on the floor, he impacted both ends. U thought he was fantastic defensively. I’ve asked him to switch a lot, play on the perimeter and also be aggressive on the perimeter. So, um thought he got his hands on a lot of balls. Uh three block shots, two steals, you know, six defensive rebounds. He was all over the place. Um, and you just can’t drive him at times. He’s able to to guard all those guys and we know that they’re such a great driving team. Yeah, he was able to do it on both ends. Great night for him. How much better does this team get if he can maintain a lot of what we saw tonight? a lot better because, you know, we we want to think or we at least we wanted to think that that center position is extremely deep. But I think we’ve started to see some cracks in in it in particular. You didn’t know what you’re going to get from OSO. Nick Richards is who Nick Richards is and Kaman Malawatch isn’t going to play. If you get Oso playing, at least now Kaman Malawatch isn’t going to play important minutes. If you get Oso playing at a level where you can, he doesn’t have to be great. He doesn’t have to be as high as he was tonight in terms of his play, but if you get him at a consistent level and you know what to expect on a given night and it’s a positive, not a positive 52, but a positive, that goes a long way to settling down rotations, having more consistency at times. I think that I I think that would be immensely important to what they’re trying to accomplish. Find a middle ground from what we saw for a majority of the season and what we saw tonight cuz we were talking about Oso being the worst rotation player for this team and tonight he was one of the best. Find a middle ground. Be consistent with it. And you know what? I was tantalized with the idea of Kaman Malawatch and Oso Gdaro minutes tonight, but they took OSO out when Kaman came in. But if Oso can do the things that we saw him do tonight and Kaman eventually throughout the season gets some backup center playing time, that is a four five duo that I am fascinated to see. It’s clearly the best center that OSO should be sharing the court with because of the potential of being a stretch five. Yeah. By the way, if you guys believe in Jordan not and this team, I want you to hit the like button right now. I need to use this as a as a a litmus test to see how much you believe in coach. Is this is this real or not? Hit the like button if you think it’s real. Yeah. Hit hit the like button if you think this is real. Hit the like button. Hey, if you like the show, hit the like button like it’s a Lakers fan insulting you. Pound it hard into submission right now. Phrasing. Put it on a quote graphic. We’re in We’re in Suns after dark. Uh sad right now. So, um here’s Devin Booker on Dylan Brooks scoring bag. Yeah, you know, he has the tools. Um you know, he he he can do a little bit of everything. And, you know, not only, you know, is it out there on the court, you know, he he works on it, too. You know, he’s one of the hardest workers I’ve been around. You know, he spends, you know, countless hours. you know, even when he was going through his core injury, I was telling him, “Are you supposed to be going that hard?” And, um, you know, but that’s his mentality. Um, so it’s no surprise to me. Uh, Dylan Brooks, it’s so funny how full circle it’s been with Devin Booker, a rival to like most revered teammate, hardest worker. It’s been really nice to see their relationship evolve and just to to continue to to see I I was going to make a joke about how like Dylan Brooks is always pounding the opposition like you want people to pound the like button, but just how how consistent he always is with it. Well, I think it’s interesting because Devin Booker’s gone through this a couple times before. Jay Crowder, Jake Crowder, uh Daniels, I’m blanking on Troy Daniels who was on the team. If only Gorgie Deng uh yeah, was on this team. That was crazy. that that might not be able to be bridged. But yeah, you look at that and I think Devin respects anybody that’s going to come in and put in the work. Even if you’ve been an irritant in the past while you’re playing against him, I think he has a respect for that, right? Because he doesn’t mind John with guys. He doesn’t mind going, you know, toe-to-toe with guys. I think there’s a respect about that even even if you’ve kind of gone at him in the past. So uh we are going to read all your super chats. We are going to do it. Obviously, we all are also waiting for Stephen. In the meantime, we have uh one more clip here uh from Devin Booker on his drives and how the Suns offense is established. Yeah, I mean, they pick up full u I watched a lot of them obviously in the playoffs last year. Um you know, so it’s kind of hard to to run sets. They speed you up and you know, we just try to get that, like you said, that first action to start the blender and, you know, play from there. We have our spacing figured out. Um, and it created a lot of easy looks all over the floor. Creating easy looks is the Devin Booker mantra this season and his drives to the rim have been a really good indicator of that. The amount of gravity that he has and now that teams know he’s going to be driving more, which he has. I think he had over 20 drives tonight. Now that pull-up midi and that step back game is just a little bit more dangerous. And if Book can get 1% more dangerous in that area, watch out. Well, and the the offensive system that putting him in these positions to distribute the ball is trusting him to do ev a little everything out there, but being smart with how often he has to bring the ball up court. It’s all kind of coming together to create a a pretty formidable offense at this point. Yeah. Uh Cat says, “Book is wearing a Detroit hat.” We’ll never know. He’s from there. He loves his Detroit sports. He’s ours. I mean, yeah. not going anywhere. Big Detroit Tigers fan and Lions, but not a Pistons fan. Uh, let’s get to super chats. I’m a fan of these super chats. Thank you all so much for being patient with your super chats. Uh, Bear the Blader says, “Oso came out tonight ready to shut up the haters.” As Dylan Brooks said, he played like a man tonight, and we need that every night. Yeah, I loved that quote in the postgame uh interview with Amanda Flugrad. Uh, you know, because it did feel like that. Not not that he’s been playing like a boy, but you know, just like there was there was like a I’m here and I believe and you’re I’m going to make you believe that I can do this. Sometimes it’s all you need. Like Colin has that, Dylan has that, like Ryan still has it shooting threes. For how limited his offensive game can be, if you lack a little bit of that fervor and that confidence, that’s going to hold you back even more. Uh, by the way, there’s another super chat here that’s not showing up on on our on our system here, but I do see it in the back end of YouTube from Brian Smith. I believe this came in before the show says with $5 super chat. Thank you, Brian. Well, remember when I asked about the offense looking better without Dylan Brooks? I’m going to recant on that question. Lol. You know, Brian, I think it was a worthwhile question considering how Dylan looked offensively through the first couple games of the season and how many shots he takes. But again, a testament to Jordan and the system and the hashtag plan. He’s been fitting in beautifully. Well, a testament to to Brooks, too, who I think very much is buying into everything that they’re wanting to do. And those first few games, nobody knew how to run this offense or what to expect because it was brand new. Uh Brooks has has done everything that you could ask him. You could. Yeah. And we have uh Dylan Brooks on being a tone setter for the Phoenix Sun. I started out always um I raised the level of play cuz we find out if you want to you know play like that or you know playing your own game but I knew we needed energy you know coming from Dallas getting in late. Um, and you know, I was bringing it from the jump and I knew when we got to the second quarter that, you know, guys would start picking it up and um, you know, shout out to our bench, Ryan, Oso, Colin, Goody, uh, Livers, they came in, you know, gave great energy, you know, I think a lot of times when we talk about energy guys and these kind of crazy dudes that it it’s not viewed as an intelligent part of the game, but what I found fascinating from him was, you know, I kind of read the room. I knew some guys needed some energy from flying in late and I immediately came in off the bat and I brought that, which is what he does all the time anyway. But people don’t understand how smart you have to be to be able to pick and choose your moments and maybe you’ll make a couple boneheaded mistakes, but Dylan is always towing that line. Well, you got to you got to understand the guys you’re playing with, too, and understand exactly what they need and and he he’s very smart. I I think sometimes people assume the the quote unquote villain, the guy that will go out there and and kind of get in people’s heads, you know, they assume that they’re not hyper intelligent with it. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He it’s it’s it’s like psychological warfare for him. He He knows when to go at the opponent. He knows when to pull the certain lever with his team to to help juice them up. He is He’s really really good at this. And I don’t think you appreciate it till you watch it as closely as you have to when he’s on your team. Vic 23 says, “Y’all think Dylan makes the All-Star team?” Now, I know that people might laugh at first, but do you know the new All-Star format? Yeah, he’s going to because there’s a Canadian there’s a world team that they’re going to have to they need to fill some roster spots and if he plays like this and the Suns are really good, they’re probably going to want to give them two Allstars and they’re not going to give them. I don’t think I I mean Grayson is obviously been playing great, but I think because of the American side of things, it’s going to be a lot tougher for them. But I do think that the back end of that all-star world roster might need some guys or injury replacements. I would say no. But I don’t think it’s as far-fetched as maybe that question seems. I’m going to say yes if if he keeps playing okay like this. Uh because there’s all sorts of wrinkles. believe it’s positionless now. So, it’s not uh specific positions. And if you do not have that entire world team filled out by the voting Yeah. then Adam Silver gets to people. Can I put on the tin foil hat? You go ahead. What has been And I’m sorry. We’re going to get to your super chat. I’m so sorry, Mike. Yours is up next. I’m so sorry. What has been the number one problem with All-Star games? Competition. And guys don’t care. Dylan Brooks ain’t going to go out there and not care. One time all-star Dylan Brooks is going to put on a show and he’s going to want to beat the US team. If Adam Silver wants to name an Allstar to the world team that can change how the All-Star game is played, look no further than our Canadian here in the Valley in Dylan the Villain Brooks. I man, when you think about that, we can we’ll talk about that. I was just going to say the US team might be actually at a talent deficiency compared to the world, but we’ll get into that when we’re closer to the start. We got we got so many super chats to get to. Mike from Mesa, thank you for being so patient, Mike. You have so many super chats and we appreciate you, Mike. 199 from Mike from Mesa. Where are all the OSO haters now? I’ll tell you, Mike, they’re probably still here and they’re waiting for the next game. They’re just being very quiet right And I don’t even know like I think there are some OSO haters for sure but also I think just watching the games you have to call a spade a spade and realistically OSO had been a really really bad player so far this season which had been disappointing because none of us thought that would be the case. Tonight was a great night. He really needs to stack good nights if not great ones. Yep. Agreed wholeheartedly. Michael Ramirez is with the $10 super chat. Dylan Brooks for player of the game. Oso Eigodaro was really good tonight. In fact, did you happen to see his plus minus? Yep. Plus 52. That may be the highest I’ve ever seen. Kudos to Jordan Goodwin. As we said, third highest in NBA history. So, in all likelihood, it is the highest you’ve ever witnessed it yourself. Yeah, I I mean, unless you watch Luke Emba Amu or Gary Trent Jr. Thank you. Gary Trent Jr. Who didn’t watch Gary Trent? I mean, I’m always posted up ready to watch Gary Trent Jr. ball personally. Lowkey hoop though. Uh Mike from Mesa with another super chat. Thank you. Mike says, “Is this a 30 place team preseason prognosticators?” Uh yes, in their minds it still is because they don’t want to be wrong. How come How come there hasn’t been like a national anything about this team because they’re doing the they were there not like three games tonight? No, because they’re doing the they haven’t beaten anybody. So there were three games tonight. Atlanta beat Utah and Toronto beat Cleveland. Atlanta, Phoenix, and Toronto. Toronto’s been a pretty good team as of late as well. I do think that there’s a chance that this next two days. There might be a little buzz. They’re eight and five and they’ve won seven out of their last eight. There’s got to be a little buzz. The buzz will come Tuesday. They will be on national television against the Trailblazers and they it’ll be they’ll they’ll be broadcast across the country. If there’s going to be buzz, it’s going to happen then. And you know what? If they if they take care of business against the Hawks on Sunday, it’s the Hawks on Sunday, right? Yeah, it’s the Hawks. Yeah. Okay. I’ve lost track of time and space. Uh if they take care of business with the Hawks on Sunday, you’re going to h you can’t ignore it when they’re on national television and on that kind of hot streak. Six in a row, eight of nine at that point. Like that’s where the national buzz will start. Uh what what else we got super chatwise? We got Terren’s tidbits $4.99. Night and day difference from last season. Dylan Brooks is the is an igniter and there’s a tenacity to this group. The Ottoman Empire is here. Hell yes, Terrence. It is. And uh it is something fun to watch. We said it was going to be a more enjoyable season. And when you got a team uh that’s willing to fight at a moment’s notice, both uh metaphorically and actually, it’s fun. Yeah. Fight, fight, fight is the definition of this team. Psycho Blue with a 999 super chat says, “Basketball Cthulhu had a belt. The Pacers god bball demug had a booty. The two forces clash. Basketball Cthulhu is inevitable. Suns win. Suck it ringer like you’re the McMahon’s because Dylan’s team DX. Commas and periods. Be calm clearly. Oh, not psycho blue. Sorry, that was a little becomy. Clearly is like a nerdy BC calm. Uh, we’re going to need to to figure out a better usage of those. Thank you though, Psycho Blue, you’re always around here. Replex Damage, the $5 super chat. Are we the toughest team in the NBA? A bunch of junkyard dogs. Uh, we’re certainly close to it if if they’re not. Austin 199 super chat. Brutal schedule to end November. Glad we won these 100%. Stack the wins while you can. Hope you can uh get one of the next two. And then I want, like I said, 500 ball till Christmas at that point. 500 ball in general until Jaylen Green gets back would be awesome. I agree wholeheartedly. And as long as the losses aren’t like gut-wrenching, which I don’t think they will be with this team. Yeah, I I don’t think so anymore. Stats 78 $5 super chat. Dylan the villain stealing souls at the morg. That’s correct. I like it. Lonnie with a 499 super chat. Thanks, Lonnie. OG around here. If slash when we end up the six-seater higher for the playoffs, Aught will be the coach of the year. Let’s go. Burn the headband book. I I think Jordan will be in legitimate coach of the year conversations. And if the Suns do make the legit playoffs without the playin, he damn well might win it. I I think even if they if they make the play in and they’re around 500, he’ll he’ll win it because there’s zero expectations. They were supposed to suck and his system is a huge reason why they haven’t. Now, a lot of basketball left to play. Things could go a million different ways with this, but I if you can still get good odds on it, I think I put a little money down on it. By the way, Michael Ramirez in the chat says, “Check the receipts. Quote, Ottoman Empire was me.” Who said that? Michael Ramirez. All right, Michael Ramirez. They gifted 20 super chats tonight as well or 20 memberships. All credit to you, my friend. I said, like I said, I whoever came up with it, I give you credit and and I love it. You know, Austin says, “I think the Pistons head coach is going to get it.” You know, I think the Pistons, though, they were so good last year and such a big surprise last year. He might get it, but sometimes it goes to surprising teams. Who got it last year? It was Atinson. Yeah. Yeah. And Cleveland was really good. So maybe possibly. I do. We do. We save these or do we let Freckle Mama go for it now? You know what? Go for it. I think we got to go for it. An hour 20 in. We got $5 from BCOM. See, clearly I need to give Booker that swerve. Gawk gawk. Snatch attack. Bombastic twisty snatch attack 5,000. And you see what the snatch did to Oso? The snatch attack salute. Hit the D Brooks emoji in chat. Super snatch. And we got another $10 from BCOM. So you clearly How why am I still surprised? Like I’m still taken aback by these. I know. I know. And I It shouldn’t shock anything. also plays like this all the time. I’mma explode. I love Booker. Super snatch. Cutesy Snatch. I like that one. Suns legendary. Snatch. Suns. Sons. Attack. Snatch. Attack. Sons. Salute. Salute. Salute. Lost it a little bit there at the end. I mean, I I feel like BCOM literally exploded and just started typing random words. By the way, uh if you’re new here. Yeah, that’s normal. That is normal. Uh Elco 82 with a super chat. A normal super chat says, “Love the vibes.” I love them too. Uh Mike from Mesa, another super chat. Thanks, Mike says, “Sons have a good chance to make the playoffs.” I think they do. Their type of play and their mentality is going to bode well over an 82 game season. And honestly, if they get to the playoffs, which again, it’s early and this team has had a pretty easy schedule so far. But if they make it in to a series or if it’s a playin matchup, then I will take Jordan and I will take it the adjustments that Jordan can make and I will take the this team stepping up to the moment. So I I I think if they do get there, I’ll I’ll I’ll feel happy with it. But I I think again, B says in the chat, “Can we not talk playoffs? Please stop the expectations.” I I have zero expectations. I’m enjoying the ride. I just I expect this team to be fun every night. And I think if I’m putting on my analyst hat, the way that they play is going to lend themselves to win some games they shouldn’t. And that is something we’ve been saying since preseason. My expectation is that the Suns are eight and five. They play Atlanta on Sunday. And they play the Blazers on Tuesday. That’s that’s all I got. I’m just going to enjoy uh enjoy it. Tonight was a hell of a lot of fun. Jim uh talking playoffs 199 uh super chat. I’m going to tickle Espo if we make the playoffs. You can negotiate that with my wife. Apparently you were negotiating weird stuff last night. Not taking note for an answer. Jim said he’s going to do it. Not can I said I’m going to tickle Espo if we make the play. I love that Jim also last night was like I’m really a normal guy that just has kids and I just like screwing uh uh with people in the chat. So Jim, more power to you. Oh my goodness. Omar the 499 super chat says if OSO can continue playing aggressive around the rim to add to his playmaking. Uh then that will be everything for him. Let me see. I think I lost it there for a second. Sorry, Omar. Uh he could be the second coming of Boris Dow. Wow. I don’t know about that. Somebody get him an espresso machine in the locker room. A little different. I do like the four that makes plays and passes and stuff like that, but the D had a little more touch and was a little slower and was shorter. Uh definitely. Uh, Mike from Mesa 199 Super Chat says, “I used the word prognostication before, Espo.” Lol. Good stuffed, Espo. Yeah. Well, I’m happy to. He also wants to know with another super chat. Espo, are you going to see the new Springsteen movie? I am, and I’ve wanted to the last two weekends and just have not had the opportunity. I’m hoping to go with uh Out There with my father soon to see it as well. Bear the Blader became an MVP and then gifted five memberships. Let’s not say the number out loud. I want Stephen to guess how many members. Bear, you’re you’re beautiful. Bear, you are amazing. Uh, by the way, speaking of members, last thing before we get to Stephen here, Buddha the skitso has been a member for one month. So, they get a prepaid super chat saying, “So many hymns on this team. Dev him Booker, Ry Dunn, Oso him, Gdaro, Dill, Him, Brooks, Grace, him Allen, call him Gillespie, George Goodwin. Let’s go.” And speaking of him, let’s get to him. Let’s get to Stephen for the context checkin from the morg or from heaven. It’s Stephen Pjan Garner joining us postmortem. Postmortem with Stephen Pjan Garner from heaven. Stephen, before we talk about the game, off the top of your head, can you guess how many PHNX sports members we’ve added in this postgame show? I got a lot of faith and confidence in in the fano over there. I’m going say, is it double digits tonight, buddy? It’s record-breaking for All City. Oh, yeah. Y’all y’all locked in. That’s what I’m talking about right there. Uh, let’s say 13 12. What? Oh, no. Hey, buddy. How many How many points do the Suns went by? That’s what we talking about? We’re talking double. We’re talking double that, dude. We’re over 60. What? Oh yeah, y’all are y’all are real time MVPs. Can we get an MVP chat for them real quick? MVP. MVP. MVP. MVP. Wait, I think Stephen just tricked us. I think he’s going to clip that. So, it looks like we’re chanting MVP at him. Hey, you know what? That’s a great That’s a great great poll from Stephen. Stephen, a bunch of them have been gifted memberships. Uh the chat has just been awesome tonight. The vibes are high. The Suns have now won five in a row. I got it right this time. Seven out of their last eight. How are How are you feeling? What What are your takeaways from beating up maybe the worst team in the NBA? Uh well, it starts with again the defensive ends of the floor for this team. Um the last five or six or seven games for them, they’ve been in a certain space that’s been sustained and they’ve been scoring a lot of points off of the turnovers that they’re generating. And it’s because they’re able to put a kind of unrelenting pressure on opponents that they’re able to kind of multiply across different lineup constructs. So, usually with some teams, they might have a defensive starting unit or defensive secondary unit in some capacity. And then outside of that unit or two of those specific lineups, everything else you can kind of poke at a little bit. But with the Suns, the pressure is unrelenting. And again, it comes in process. the tagging up with the defensive or with the offensive rebounding to also aid their defense in transition, which then in turn plays into them keeping teams in the half court longer, which then plays into them forcing teams to play later in the shot clock, which then forces teams to make errant decisions late in the clock, whether it be a bad shot that leads into basically springboarding the Suns in the transition or they’re forcing errand decisions. We saw a couple of passes that went to nobody, but look at the time on the shot clock when they’re happening from uh Indiana. 6 seconds, 5 seconds left on the clock and they cut off another drive or they send a random double team and they kind of throw the rhythm off and now everybody’s off script on offense and it ends up being a turnover and then go down on the other court on the side of the floor and then they score. They’re just unrelenting and it’s all systemic. It’s systematic with them. They’re doing things and the execution level on that end is what’s continuing to set a tone for them and see success uh for them in each game, let alone over the last handful. What was it for Oso tonight that clicked? Was it simply playing against the Pacers or was there something that you saw in his game that struck you as as particularly different? Uh, I don’t know if I would say anything was like in a ridiculous fashion different for him. Maybe his activity upticked even a little bit more than what his kind of standard has grown to be, at least for me personally. But I don’t know, I’ve always been a little more positive on Oso than others. Uh, just because I see the routes to success for him on the defensive end in particular, and I I feel like that’s where the biggest deposits of success that he saw tonight came from. Um he did not miss a single step on defense today. Uh Suns came into today with the third highest switch rate in the league, switching almost 33% of the actions where picks were involved. And obviously a lot of that is also that’s essentially his base coverage is switching. And he was getting his hands on a lot of uh guys dribbles and kind of taking away their rhythm, taking away their airspace. Um a couple block shots around the basket. uh even things that he wasn’t necessarily getting a statistical um check mark for, he was doing a lot of those things on the defensive end. And those things were honestly what led to him getting the minute share um and kind of stealing some of that from Nick Richards though. Nick Richards was the one that started the game. Also was very much on point and this was I think off of box score metrics his best game in terms of plus or minus. I’m sure y’all spoke to that already, but I think the eye test more than the box score really matched what we saw. He was genuinely the best big that was on the floor for either team tonight. And this might be the first time we’ve said that in his career so far. It’s the third highest plus minus Stephen in NBA history. That’s insane. Can you name the other two? Crazy. Uh shout out the homie saying Young. U he brought up a very good distant friend of him and Maya being CP3 fans. Lucasard and Ba Mu. He’s shout out shout out Chief. Uh he got one of those and I can’t I don’t know who the third or the other person in that trio would be. Who was it? Gary Trent Jr. He had plus 57. Was he with the Was he with the Bucks or was he with the Blazers today? Uh I can look it up here in a second for you, but uh number one your your friend there plus 57 is crazy. Plus 57. Yeah, was a monster. similar role to OSO, a little bit more of a bigger forward, but similar role to Oso and being a switch big and things like that. We’re talking to Steve Himm uh from of course the afterlife and our postmortem check-in here from the morg. Uh Steve Himm, what was it like to not only see the Valley Court and the Valley jerseys, but see the quintessential Devin Booker experience in them in person? I mean, it was honestly eerily reminiscent. We saw a multitude of scoring barges um in the regular season that year obviously and even more so in the playoffs and on the grandest stage in the finals with that court and that jersey and Devin spoke to it a little bit post game and just that kind of thinking back and looking back on that there’s a certain type of energy the team had and he just tried to bring some of that to the fight for them in today’s game with it being the second night of a a home a road home back to back. those are not easy to navigate at all. Um like like he was saying, just trying to find ways to bring unique energy to it to bridge that gap. He mentioned he wasn’t really feeling it coming into today’s game, but he said pretty much the rest of the locker room was kind of upbeat and he was like, “All right, well, I got to figure out how to bring mine to it.” And they were able to kind of start it off for him. He was able to kind of find his pockets and I mean that third quarter stretch was was louder than loud. And it wasn’t just the buckets, it was also him letting them know that they couldn’t guard him and that they had nothing for him uh on on this night in particular. So, I think that’s a form of leadership, not always being the one that’s starting or setting the tone because you have a couple of guys that can do that. Deon and that finisher of a tone that’s set by the team and that role this season is a little unique from ones that he’s played in the past. We’ve lamented that the the first quarter experience that it is of watching him play over the last handful of years. Maybe it’s the latter half of games where now he’s finding that niche with this team to help put them over the top with his tough shot making and the ability to back that up with some of the talk that he brings into too. To answer your previous question, Gary Trent Jr. did it as a member of the Toronto Raptors is when he did it. Uh and uh Luca Ba Mu did it with the Houston Rockets in 2017. Uh so so you know uh couple things. Jim in the chat wants to know how long it took you to grow that gorgeous goatee. That was a question. Uh and then since you can’t see the chat, Melissa was over here chanting super snatch when you joined the uh joined the show. So I just I’m just letting you know. Uh Stephen, I’ll save you here. Uh, we played the update. Me and Melissa going to have a nice conversation after I tried to save you, man. Jim, it was like uh I don’t know, probably about maybe I mean after high school for me, so I didn’t really have it in there, but probably about three yearsish, three to four years. That’s commitment. A lot of work. Uh, Stephen, there’s been some questions in the chat about Grayson Allen. He did play Jordan’s update earlier, but for those who who missed it, he obviously exited uh the game with a right quad contusion. What is his uh outlook looking like? Well, I think the the blessing is the schedule after this back toback. The Suns get two days off. Um tomorrow, I don’t know what the verbage the team uses for it, but I believe tomorrow is a blackout day in some capacity where they just have a day to rest and kind of detach for a little bit. And then they do have practice on Saturday. Um and then obviously play on Sunday. So having a couple of days off helps with that contusion. Uh Jordan not mentioning that he didn’t think it was anything serious as far as something that would linger or hold them out of practice or games going forward. But he said they do have testing that they’re naturally going to do and they’ll get a little bit more clarity probably within the next 24 hours or so. But he said it was just a a need to need to die situation. And for anybody that’s played sports and had that happen before, not fun. Not fun at all. uh those things kind of linger. It’s it’s like a sharp pain. It just sits and persists for a while. Uh but Grayson is a tough dude. I think he’s we just talked about him rising up the blue collar spectrum. I don’t think he’s going to allow for it to hold him out of any games, especially with the scoring rhythm and shooting rhythm that he’s been in the last couple of weeks now. So, I don’t imagine he’ll miss time for it. Uh so, he should be good to go come Sunday. Yeah, I I would hope so. Looking at the schedule, obviously gets tougher going forward. Are you 100% a believer in what they’re able to do right now? I’m hoping, and I said this earlier, that they play 500 ball the rest until Christmas and then you get Jaylen back and kind of see how things go. Where are you standing on things right now, Stephen? Uh, I think this is a team that has a ton of pride, but it’s not the the fake pride that you don’t you just believe in yourself because that’s what you’re supposed to do. They believe in themselves. I feel like collectively because of one the sweat, equity, and the work that they’ve watched each other put in over the last month and a half since they’ve been together to start training camp. I think there’s pride in process as far as what they’re being coached to do and their ability to execute upon that and being adaptable with that on a gametoame basis and sometimes within the game and making adjustments and doing pressing certain buttons to get a response from themselves and out of their opponents to help them kind of find a way to get to the finish line and win it. And I think they also have a ton of pride in just the competition level that they’re bringing to any given game. I don’t think they care about who’s on the other side and who’s available or who’s not available. I feel like they have a standard is the standard type of approach. U and I’m sure Eritton loves hearing that because of the head coach of his favorite football team. But they have that type of blue collar dynamic collectively and it feels like they show it and wear it in multiple different ways over the course of games. And for even the withered version of the Pacers they played tonight, this a very very scrappy team that often times wins the possession battle which gives them a chance to potentially win games if they can get shots to fall. The Suns kind of outdid them at their game in tandem with putting up shots and getting tough shot making, getting 30 points from both Devin and Dylan in today’s game and you could feel the weight of their shot making in tandem with them being able to tend to the blue collar dynamics and winning on the margins in multiple respects. Um, and I feel like again because it’s processoriented outside of the Dylan Brooks shotmaking, everything else is processoriented that makes it repeatable. And with it being repeatable, it’s just about how how bad do you actually want to do that on any given day. And them showing up and doing what they did on the second night of a road home back to back. Not easy and very telling for where this team is right now and where where it is they’re kind of headed at this moment. Last one, Steve, before we let you get out of here and get out of heaven and head back to uh I don’t know. I’m not going to say hell, but just regular earth. Uh that that’s what he’s said studios. Fair enough. Uh, you said it, Dylan Brooks, right? Dylan Brooks had an incredible night. Have you ever seen a player that not only will get into beef 5 seconds after the ball is tipped off, but also drop 30, stick his tongue out, and do a crotch chop all in one game? Nah. Nah, dude is dude is one of one in multiple respects. Um, Dylan plays with the mindset, and I say this in the most complimentary way, so I don’t want nobody clipping this and trying to swing my words, but I don’t know if y’all know the the game slam ball when I was around back in the day. So, you would think Dylan had like pads on and you know, all of that because of the approach that he comes like those guys come in off the tip off trying to put guys on their backside and set a tone. It’s football on a basketball court, trampolines. Now, obviously on the NBA side, you don’t have all of that stuff, but that approach that Dylan brings to the game is akin to that for me. He’s the guy that’s hitting first and setting the tone. We just saw it recently with James Harden. We saw it the last night with Cooper Flag. We see it tonight with Pascal Siakum. Three different players, three different positions, three different archetypes. And he’s cutting off the head of the snake in some capacity off rip. And that is setting the tone for his teammates tonight. It was setting the tone for himself because he was there going on the other side getting buckets and then letting Seako know that he couldn’t guard him on the way down and getting it to him on free throws and doing all of the little things. Again, some people look at it a certain way. Other people look at it as a complimentary way to winning basketball games. And if you’re able to get guys out their comfort zone early, if you’re making a scorer play off script early and they’re the primary option, what is that typically going to entail for the other players on that primary scorer team? It’s usually going to mean that things are out of rhythm in some capacity. And again, we saw that yet again tonight with Dylan Brooks kind of getting into the mix early, but he doesn’t allow for it to distract him. And I think that’s the part, the mental kind of fortitude. You have to have a certain type of competitive stamina if you’re operating like that. I mean, clearly he has it and he’s been a major plus in adding value for the Suns this season. I now I can’t stop thinking about Dylan Brooks playing Slam Ball. That would be amazing. He He’d be the superstar of slam ball. Definitely would. You telling me you can’t call fouls really and you just go out and hit guy? Yeah. He about to have a blast with slam ball. Well, Stephen, it’s always a blast talking ball with you. Obviously, you’ll continue to be out there at the morg for all the home games, including Sunday’s game as the Suns host the Atlanta Hawks. Of course, if you want to follow along, get amazing stats, breakdowns, and everything. You can follow Stephen at StephenPG3. Plus, all the new members. Go ahead. To all the members, big time salute to y’all. Like I know we kind of we make fun of y’all locking in with us the way that y’all do, but this really matters to us and we try to celebrate that because it matters to us. Celebrating the things you want to see more is a big form of leadership for me and y’all are answering the test. As Eric loves to reiterate, it’s all earned, not given, and y’all continue to earn it. So, we going to keep throwing parties every time y’all become members and add more members to the family. So, we appreciate y’all again. Thank you. And all of you get all the extra breakdowns from Stephen on our channel right now. A ton of them already up. Mercury and Suns breakdowns. Go check all those out. And of course, follow him at StephenPG3. That’s Stephen with a PH. Thank you so much, man. Looking forward to talking to you on Sunday. Well, hold on. We got one thing for you. Can we bring up Beas’s super chat that I’ll read here uh for Stephen? It says, “Snack a check. The QT goatee. Oil it up.” M. Yeah, just for you, Stephen. That’s crazy. Bees envy bees, though. So, I’ll let you get give away. Had to do it. Bye. I actually heard that Steven’s going to do a Stephen studies on the crotch chop. So, breaking that down for all of you for being members. So, uh, let’s read some super chats. Let’s get out of here. Uh, freckled mama just became an MVP. [ __ ] it. Why not? Ding ding ding ding. He wants the Dylan Brooks emoji. Uh, that’s awesome. Okay. Uh, Freckled Mamba wants to see the extra breakdowns that he edits. Uh, let’s, uh, let’s go ahead and get to some super chats here. Freckled Mamba. Uh, started off with Mike from Mesa. Another one from Mike. Thank you so much. Says, “Sons have more gunslingers than most teams.” The Suns have more gunslingers than a bad bem movie western flick from uh, you know, the 50s where you got John Wayne out there. They got gunslingers left and right. Yeah. You have no clue anything. I was just No, I know. I know. I just kind of zoned out a little bit for a second there. We’re like an hour and 40 minutes in. Hey, hey, it’s not my fault, Steve. It took forever to start talking about John Wayne and everything just started going. Uh Jackie Daytona with a cowboy profile picture. Uh says, “Super chat or super snatch.” Heyo. Heyo. Heyo. Shout out to the no dunks. Uh bees with the $2. That’s the one I read. So, thank you. Let’s read it again. I’m just kidding. Uh, man, what what an incredible night here. Still just about 400 of you hanging out with us almost two hours into the show. Uh, approaching midnight here. Jackie, we’re just missing job for God. Freckle Mamba spamming the Dylan Brooks emoji in chat. Uh, Espo, your final thoughts on what was the seventh victory out of the last eight games for the Suns and their fifth in a row. Oh, thank God we’re having fun with basketball again. Not just having fun, but we’re winning some damn games. winning games, having fun, being up almost 50. Uh the the vibes are back in the chat. Thank you all. Uh this isn’t fun if you’re not here. So, uh no, great night. Uh let’s rerack it and do it on Sunday. And then, uh get our pajamas ready for the pajama party, the 900 p.m. game on on Tuesday. So, breaking out the onesie again, folks. And last time I wore the onesie, Suns won a game in Macau. So big big news. They’re playing the Hawks on Sunday. We’ll be here pregame and a postgame show. No shows until then. So we’ll be off Friday and Saturday. What did Jim say? Jim asks if my alignment lasts for more more than four hours. Who do I call? Espo. Call Espo. But by the way, Kev says, “Hey, don’t forget to visit the scorers table on your way to bed.” Uh freckle mamba in the chat says big game tomorrow. I guess the people who are here probably care because they’ve been here for so long. Uh, tomorrow I will be playing Ben Garcia oneonone. We will not be doing a live stream, but we will be bringing cameras or camera. It’s not that high a production. Um, if you lose, you are not welcome back on I will do this show by myself or with Frago Mamba sitting in that chair. You will not be sitting in that chair if you lose. You know what? I will not even acknowledge I know you if you lose that Sean. You’ll get highlights. We’ll cut the highlights up. We’ll edit it. We’ll put it out on Twitter. I don’t know if we’re going to post it on PHX Sports because it might ruin our algorithm. Uh but we’ll find a way to post it somewhere and we’ll we’ll put the link out there as well. Can we make Let’s make a deal here. Okay. If you lose tomorrow, okay, you have to produce on Sunday and Eritton gets to sit with me while we do the No, that’s that’s you have to save him from that punishment, too. That’s that’s the way this works. It’s double punishment if you lose. No, I don’t I don’t get to be taken down with Eric. Yeah, I don’t. First of all, the lack of confidence is killer. Uh second of all, what like you know what do I get if I win then? The pleasure of sitting next to me on Sunday. No. Like, what do I get? That’s what you get. What’s my reward? I mean, baby B’s got something. Oh, God. No. Oh, man. No. I You know what? It should be fun. It’s all in in good fun. Do we have the odds? What are the What are What are they gambling about this? He said a very disrespectful line for the game. Honestly, I had set the line at minus 150 for Eric, which I think is super disrespect and plus 200 for Ben Garcia. I think super disrespectful. Who do I who do I give the action to? Is that you? Do we run through uh through the Ericin sports book? I’m just kidding, people. We’re not gambling on the side. Don’t worry, guys. Look, I can’t guarantee many things in life, but I feel good about tomorrow. That is that is all I’ll say. Hey, if we if we keep him up, it’s like another It’s 12 hours to bed. Let’s keep him up. The freckled Mamba and and Stephen will be there. We’ll tweet some stuff tomorrow. Uh looking forward to that. Looking forward to having some fun playing a little basketball over at Swiss Den. Uh so uh excited for that. We’ll uh we’ll let y’all know what happens. Trust me, I’m sure if I lose, you will all know really quickly. No, no workman’s comp. Don’t hurt yourself. All right. This is not a PHNX sanctioned event. No, it’s not PHX sanctioned. So, we will not have a stream. Uh but we will have highlights and it will be on camera. Of course, our dieards will know first or you can follow me at e r i krubby y and I’ll be bringing you the updates. But of course, more importantly, you can follow the show at phnx_sons. It’s free to follow on Instagram and Twitter. We put a lot of work into it, so phix_sons. Following that would be very, very appreciated. Of course, speaking of putting in a lot of work and being great at his job, even if he doesn’t believe in me, it’s the freckled mambbo behind the Mac making all of the magic happen. I’m going to uh need him to fire me up a little bit more. Show a little more faith tomorrow, but you can yell at him to do so. Freckled Mamba on socials. I’m calling you up, not calling you out. Everything I want is on the other side of the post. Okay, thank you. You can follow Espo at Espo. I need to start stretching and get to bed. 1. I think one of the biggest things is instead of having to wonder if he will get his shots – Book is comfortable again being THE guy and main option. The team runs best with him as the focal and everyone around filling in.

  2. KD IS MY GUY MAY EVEN BE FAMILY…..I WATCHED EVERY GAME SINCE HE WAS HERE AND STILL WATCHING….THE SUNS IS MY SECOND TEAM ….HOUSTON IS FIRST……LOVE THE POD GOOOOOOOO SUNSSSS
I KNEW THIS TEAM WOULD BE SPECIAL ❤🫶🏽
