I feel like changing the coach either saves the season or sends the franchise into a tailspin
I don’t think Berube is the problem, but if he’s lost the room then he might end up needing to be the sacrifice. DeBoer is a legitimately great coach. I feel similarly to him being available as I did when I found out Cassidy was fired from Boston. Keefe should have been fired that day and a truck a money driven to Cassidy’s house.
If the team hasn’t figured it out by the end of November the emergency glass might need to be broken.

i wonder if we can hit every coach before we realize we can’t just scape goat coach’s and hope for better results lol
I’m all in for McKenna.
While I do think Berube’s system doesn’t mesh well with the current roster, I don’t think changing Coaches will be the cure all. The roster has holes on defence and offence, but I suppose at the very least changing Coaches may give them a temporary jolt.
Berube is basically assistant GM at this point – they’ve paraded him out in management press conferences, and he clearly has a big say on roster construction.
He’s not going anywhere.
Derek Lalonde is the problem. One of the best defensive teams last season to one of the worst this season.
Name the one thing that changed because it wasn’t the players.
