For everyone who thought he left Grey hanging on purpose.

He’s such a chill ass vet
Respect earned. Respect given.
That changed my perspective of that interaction 100%
Love seeing such respectful competition!
Met Calais in Vegas one time. Super nice guy. He’s always been respected and he’s won the Walter payton award for his community work
Awesome response from Campbell on this. I’m surprised he made any at all to be honest. I guess it shows the level of respect he has for Zabel.
Really wish we coulda signed him in the past.
Calais is a stand up dude..only bad thing about him is he’s never been on my team.
Calais is incredible and I love how Grey was like “what would you have done?” Always trying to learn.
Ugh I love this team more and more every day.
Calais is one of the most respectful and respected guys in the nfl.
I wish Seattle could have signed Calais, I’ve always respected that dude’s play on the field and how he conducts himself by connecting with others. Happy with who we have on the roster currently, of course. But the guy is a relentless machine and a leader.
I love Calais. It’s too bad he never got a chance to play for us
Calais is one on my list of “players I wished played for Seattle but never did” I have always had an immense amount of respect for him, he is a great guy and amazing player. I figured he probably didn’t see Zabel trying to dap him up.
this interaction and everything surrounding it has been so fucking awesome lol tbh it looked to me like he just didn’t see the fist bump, it didn’t seem rude or like a snub or anything like that to me.
the fact that our rookie guard is taking up so much mental space of a mega vet like Campbell bodes so well for his future imo. i also absolutely love that Zabel didn’t back down even for a second in their interaction and that he asked for thoughts/advice from CC. Having no ego there and taking it as an opportunity to learn just speaks to his character and drive to be great.
our 1st round picks have all been absolute home runs lately. since 2022 it’s been Cross, then Spoon and JSN, then Murphy, then Zabel. all while getting K9 and Charb in the 2nd and guys like Woolen, Horton, and Bryant in later rounds. wild performance from our front office in the last few years.
Never cared about the Cards but they’ve had some all-time players that I can help but like and respect.
Calais in his prime straight up haunted Wilson every time we played them. You could tell he was in Wilson’s head.
THATS MY GUARD BABY EARNED THE RESPECT OF THE LEAGUE ALREADY FUTURE HOF ALL PRO GREG ZABEL
Nothing but respect for Calais, one of the greatest to ever lace them up.🐐
I read that in Calais voice
Class. Respect.
Great guy.
Damn, love Calais even more now. Already had a lotta respect for him and it just grows with this.
