I thought it could be worse for Newhook, at least he may be back for the playoffs. Hopefully doesn’t affect his ability where he is a fast boy.

We have Adam Engstrom but I wouldn’t be opposed to finding a replacement for Guhle just in case. That’s fucking BRUTAL for Alex though, he was finally taking off too.

What’s an adductor muscle? Is that the same thing as Laine’s surgery? Anyway, for Newhook, a fracture usually can heal faster than a bad sprain or ligament damage, so that’s a positive? Always look on the bright side of life …
This is the hockey gods telling management not to trade the farm on a 2C. Take the year to work on fundamentals and keep building through the prospect pool. Come back solid next year and sign McDavid in 2 years. Then win the cup. Easy.
Remarkably bad news, these two were playing so well. I was thinking Guhle was days from returning so that is quite unfortunate.
