I have been working on this project for a while now and I just hit a milestone! I am trying to obtain a manager card and player card for every Giants manager going back to New York. I recently got the Alvin Dark card to finish the manager cards but I am still missing a few player cards, like Wes Westrum and Felipe Alou to fully be done with San Francisco! I am trying to mostly stick to player cards in a Giants uniform but I cracked for the 1980 Bochy, since he did not play for the Giants. I also added one of our two interim coaches, Jim Davenport (Kai Correa does not have any baseball cards).
Does anyone have a similar set they are working on? I would love to see it! Which card is your favorite? Which manager was your favorite?

Seeing it like this makes me think we really haven’t had that many managers over the years.

It’ll be interesting to see Tony Vitello’s card given that he has never appeared in MLB before being hired by the Giants. Two things here I didn’t know: Frank Robinson managed the team and Dusty played for the Giants. I remember him as the batting coach before he was hired to take over for Roger Craig.
