Quentin Eberhardt joining Vitello with the Giants, to be replaced on the Vols’ staff with Keegan Knoll, MLB strength coach

  1. Under the tutelage of Eberhardt, Tennessee teams set two BBCOR-era home run records. The 2024 team had a 1.020 OPS, and he coached the top four all-time HR hitters and top two single-season HR hitters in Tennessee history. I’ll miss him in the slightly lighter orange, but I look forward to him working with the Giants.

  2. He goes by Q, was Tennessee strength coach for 4 years, then a 1 year stint as the cubs head of strength and conditioning before coming back for 4 more years. Giants also adding Tennessee’s Sean McCann, the head of video operations, AKA scouting
