  1. Best ever Seahawks safety. Was massively underrated after his career but glad common sense eventually came through and he got his jacket.

  2. Damn, one of the greats from my childhood. Glad he was able to patch things up with the team.

  3. He was a little bit before my time (not by much) but I have loved watching old highlights of the man.

    RIP, The Enforcer.

  4. RIP to one of the greatest to ever do it. A shame his career was cut short, but still made the HoF. The original defensive legend of the Hawks.

  5. I hope his later years werenโ€™t too difficult, medically. He had a triple bypass surgery nearly 10 years ago.

  6. I met Kenny at an autograph signing at Good Guys Home Video when I was a kid. It was the the off-season, and he was on crutches after knee surgery. He was entirely gracious, patient, and good-humored. Signed my Largent jersey after playfully registering his caution over infringing on someone else’s territory.

Absolutely legendary on the field and off. Publisher of Inside The Seahawks, the biweekly team magazine on newsprint in the 80s/90s.

So glad he made it to the Hall of Fame. He was a gem.

  7. Rest in peace. I listened to him on multiple podcasts and he was always kind, thoughtful, and articulate. I know that he said he has been battling health issues throughout recent years ๐Ÿ™ I wish him and his family the very best. He was an amazing human being on and off the field.

  8. RIP to a legend. So glad he got to get his flowers in life and get inducted to the HOF

  9. Damn. Shit news. Kenny Easley was the fucking GOAT. Glad he finally got in the Hall of Fame a few years ago while he was still alive to enjoy it.

  10. He got screwed by the medicine practices of the times but I am just happy he got to see himself go into the hall before he passed.
