We gave up 40 points in that second quarter to our 37. So we won I mean we didn’t win the quarter. We’re still winning the game for sure. Putting up 40 in the first quarter and 37 in the second quarter. Great stuff. But it it continues to my point of that second quarter. I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s because we go heavy on the bench. So the defense goes down a little bit. But the second quarter, that that’s the quarter that I’m keeping my eye on throughout this season as we gave up 40 points to the Brooklyn Nets in that quarter alone as we only made 37. The last few games, even though the Knicks have been playing really well, McBride struggling now. We know he did miss what two games due to personal reasons. Um but yeah, McBride, somebody I can’t say enough, somebody I really expect to take that next step this season. And the bench got a good amount of minutes in that fourth quarter. Man oh man is it a new day indeed. 28 points for Carl Anthony Towns with 12 rebounds, 19 for OG Anobi with eight rebounds. Both off of 55 or more shooting percentage from the field. Mikuel Bridges looked like he couldn’t miss. Six for eight, 16 points, five assists for Mikuel Brunson not really needed today offensively. still got 19 in this one with seven assists. Everybody scored. Landry Shamid, eight off the bench, 11 with seven rebounds off the bench for Hart, 11 for Clarkson. Majority of them in the paint. He only hit one three and 11 points for Jordan Clarkson. Yahoo Sulli joined in later. Huck looked good in his little bit of time. A great well-rounded game by your New York Knicks in this new offense that Mike Brown is echoing to everyone that’s listening and the Knicks seem to finally be buying in. It’s finally happening and the team is buying in and we’re seeing the Knicks re reaping the rewards from it. MH, oh my goodness, he’s he’s alive.
