The Ducks’ young players are learning how to be leaders, on and off the ice.

Who’s going to be the next captain is still up for grabs imo. Between Leo, LaComb and McTavish; but Leo is beginning to pull away with putting the team on his back and carrying them to a win like how Getzlaf did. He’s behind the other two in some leadership traits though. I don’t believe in the best player always makes the best captain, but he’s still so young and can improve.
LaComb I see some Scotty Neidermeyer in him in both play and mellow personality, but he’s gotta step up in rallying his troops.
McTavish has that drive in him and is always the first to defend his guys, but his hot headedness and bad timing of penalties is pushing him down the totem pole.
