NHL Highlights | Bruins vs. Canadiens – November 15, 2025
And right off the draw, gloves come off. Jaden Stribble and Makita Zador off. And they are going to line up right away here in the Canadian zone as they lock on. And Zidorov starts with a couple right back with one of his own. The two defense had this set up off the opening draw. Well, you know, they didn’t line up against each other. So, this started in the warm-up. Strugle had straddled the red line as they continue to throw blows and that’s it. A little pat on the back. They’ll go to the penalty box. Scrubble straddled the red line and he was chatting at Zidorov who was standing by the gate of the Bruins bench and the 90 the 942nd meeting between these two teams and that is the most by a long shot starts off with a fight giving up a lot of height and a lot of pounds is Strugal for sure. So good on him taking on the tough customer. Banded around the boards and away with it is David Postern to center. Carried in Milin home and landed on for the win. Pass to the net. Oh man, a great chance. Slides it through the crease and wide. He draws the hooking penalty and Boston will get the first power play of the night. Sniper Cfield has to finish this check. I know that he’s not a physical banging type of player, but because he doesn’t finish that check out at the red line, I don’t mean drill him into tomorrow. I mean just impede his progress. He never gets to the net and there is no penalty to be had. I know that it’s just such a simple thing, but for Cfield, you got to get over there. You skate it over right in front of the Canadians bench on the defender comes in. He lays out the body with a check. Here they go. Page and over and advance again. Second scrap of the night. Just under four minutes into the game. This one maybe is not the surprise with these two combatants. And Shadow lands one on Jack. Popped his helmet off and knocked him down. Under a minute to go in the power play. Nick Suzuki on it at center. Hands it off in the wing for Ker and a big hit by Asper. Well, now that time the net comes off as Peak ran into it this time. Telegraphing really simply what they’re doing and that gives Aspero an opportunity to come over and really lower the Boo and carries it in. Nikita Zidorovs on the boards watched by Mat Dumped it into the corner where Dobson was there. Throw it up high. Zidorov gets it down low. Possib in and Marrick Henino gets the opening goal for the Bruins. Montbo a little out of position, but Zidorov does a great job taking this into the zone. They keep control of the puck and then when everyone thought he was going to rip it to the net, he lays it down to postern. And yes, this guy’s a goal store, but he’s also got really good vision in the offensive zone. Then he finds his centerman, puts it right on the tape, and you see Mat going down trying to block it. But Wayne Hudson is on it. Hudson up for Demidov hits the Boston line. Demi off to Hudson. A drive the post. Post waiting. Pass blocked by Mat. from Harrison. Can’t get to it. Here come the Canadian shorthanded. Evans for Mat. Evans shoots. Shot a goal. Jacobs 1-1. Well, Boston had the puck in the Montreal zone and everything goes through posture lock, but he remember he’s playing defense. Even though he’s the half wall guy, he gets down too deep. The puck gets turned over. Mat smartly joins the rush. He jumps in with Evans and makes it a twoon one. And now you have to make a choice. Of those 20 hits in the game so far tonight. Here’s Postern up ahead for Giki. Oh, shot steered away by Montabau. Slowsky is on it trying to hold off and he’ll pull back to center and then he gets pulled over in front of Boston by Geeki. They’ll play it off for Slapski Zadorov out of the box. So the Bruins penalty killers do the job. Slowski off the ball and a big hit. Best part of that was he walked through and the thing was blinking red and didn’t even stop. doesn’t even stop. Keep going. Keep going. And definitely Max right. He he suits what the Bruins were looking for and he is the type of Bruin player. Jerekovski tangled up on the boards with Peak. Come over and takes it away. Flips up and connects with Kiki. He’s in and he’s stopped. 26 goals between the two of them. Slapski loses this battle to Peak. Posternok takes the puck and then he just flips this thing past Mat and Kiki kind of just trusts him. He knows he’s going to get it by him and he tries to five hole Montallo and that’s a really big. It’s been a couple of rough games for the Montreal Canadians and everyone is kind of waiting to see the kind of response from Montreal here against Boston tonight. It’s it’s been a really good game thus far. Laurai scores. Mason Laurai with a shot for the point that just flutters its way through the traffic and finds the back of the net as Boston takes the 2-1 lead. Certainly frustrated by it. And this one on Monto, I’m not sure if he gets a look at it or not, but Boston winning the battles down low. And this is just a one-timer from Castellic who’s going to take this behind the net and just lay it out for him. And he snaps this thing through. And it looks like it goes through Anderson. You know, some you obviously can’t say on TV say on TV. Some of them are really good. Here’s Gallagher ding the net. A big set play. Swing it up. Davidson down low. You see Gallagher coming out in front. And there’s the chance there for Davidson who just couldn’t find a hole. That would have been sweet to see the get his first National Hockey League goal as he cruises right in. And there is Lynholm with it. feeds it back down to Geeki up high for Lynholm. Now played for Postnot Zaka center, scores. Arbitson gets the feed and gets the goal. A power play marker and it’s 3-1 Boston. Well, the penalty killing unit has done such a magnificent job. Fitting the power play steps steps in for them and they’re going to increase this lead to three to one. Everything goes through Pastnok. Everything. They get the puck. They get it to Foster and then they start from there. They try to put it on his stick right away. He’s such a threat to score shooting. You’ve got to watch him. And then he goes down to Zaka. Zako goes out to Arvidson. Arson pops right out there. Kerier is coming over to get Zaka. And nobody picks up Arvinson who’s going to position himself. Beats it back for Zenorov. Nice throw head for Posternov. Strool has got a long feet ahead. Suzuki took scores. It’s Saturday night and Cole Cfield scores. He’s going to try to make a play out of nothing. And in doing so, he traps Aspero and they get the quick transition up to Suzuki and Caulfield is blowing up the middle of the ice. A nice little flip pass into the middle by Suzuki again. Under two minutes with a twogoal lead. Hit the puck deep if you’re past. You try to make something happen, you turn it over. Done having an impact on this game, guys. Well, we’ll see what kind of a Saturday special we have here in the third as the puck gets flipped into the Canadian zone. Demid off his air. He’ll send it back for Lane Hudson. Went to dump it in. That one caught Josh Anderson and Sadorov will lift it up. Post trying to knock it away. Strual can’t hold it in. Off with a chance. Watchable save. Tried to track the puck down as he was looking for it. Harvson after it. Watched by Kerier. Bruce Nadino has got it to Zaka up to Posternok quickly to Arbitson. Back for Zaka off the post from Kovski. Pass across. Cook shot up and high over Swayman as Mat will stop it at the line. Flipped away by Husatino. He’ll race down the wing. Shoots off the post as he finds a little room down the wing, but he catches the post. Knocked to the line. Hudson trying to get it to the net. He dives in front. Suzuki couldn’t get a stick on it. Kiki looks to clear the option. Shot on the stick. Fire in front of the side. Chance with the wide hit by Dobson. He’ll get it to center. Got a piece of it or not, but Dobson just throws it. Yeah, he absolutely did. And the rebound goes right. Suzuki will square up against Castle and a scrambling. Lynholm will take it and the Bruins hold on to win it three-2. What a game tonight here in Montreal though.
David Pastrnak had two assists on the night, Viktor Arvidsson recorded his sixth goal of the season, and the Boston Bruins earned a 3-2 win over the Montreal Canadiens.

Slaf needs to get demoted. Time to start moulding Demidov into that spot.
What's hurting the Canadiens for now is the powerplay at the same time when the goaltenders are losing their bearings.
We could survive with one or the other, but not both at the same time
I feel bad for Slaf 🤦,coach will cook him again!
Allowed a field goal tonight instead of a touchdown
Hey Montreal Fans…. is the cup parade still on?
Верните Демидова. Он не понимает , как играть. Уверен Монреаль задумывается купить российского вратаря из КХЛ
Isn't fighting the least interesting aspect of this exciting game?
This Montreal Canadiens Team has what it takes to definetly make the Playoffs but will go through some growing pains so when they get it working properly, maybe still needing that 2nd line Center then just watch them kick some major ass. Ill say it Again that it'll take Montreal to win the next Stanley Cup to bring it home to Canada!
MON TABOUR… ZERO
Find beginings of these problems ! Stupid prosthetics of Monty and breaking 1st formation.
Монреаль быстрая техничная ,но только с такими-же ,а с жесткими "мужиками" духа не хватает !
What’s up with the habs man :/
Мотреаль довольно молодая команда, еще прибавят в стабильности
Mtl are done😮playing like rookies
4:06 shorthanded goodness ❤❤🎉🎉
With average goalies who would be backups on other teams, with the injury list continuing to grow (year after year), and with our sheriff having lost his last two fights, I say it's going well for the Habs. Is it even worth fighting for the playoffs? Who are the prospects for the next draft? This team isn't ready yet.
Even crooked refereeing couldn't help Montreal win, and they really tried.
Nice to see some actual hitting in a game for once! Totally forgot what it was like!
I swear I even saw a couple big hits that didn't have some stupid scrum immediately after…shocking!
The Panthers, Lightning game also… hopefully it continues.
PASTRNAK makes a difference
Words cannot describe how happy this game made me. Bruins Habs bouts are always 1000x better when both teams are good. I’m just glad the good guys came out on top tonight. Rivalry reborn
Zedorov is HUGE! How tall is he?
However, Boston had a lot of trouble beating the Montreal Canadiens; the game could have gone either way. Even though I'm a proud Habs fan, I still congratulate the Bruins on their victory.
Growing in respect and admiration for this Canadian team!
Montembeau is not a top goaltender. Overhyped as a French Canadian on the Montreal roster. Happens often.
Special units and OT let Montreal run up a winning record, and now special units is also a big reason why they're losing. Our PK has struggled without a left-handed center who can win faceoffs. Dvo, Armia were PK specialists and we didn't adequately replace them.
I'd be down for the bruins to sign my king MARAT 🤠😣
