I just stumbled across this on twitter, somehow there are hundreds of bears and eagles fans pretending that our teams are friends or some shit

How the fuck are fandom alliances even a thing? I want no team to succeed besides the Bears, especially not one that we’re playing in three weeks

  1. Maybe it’s because of the bears and eagles both win tomorrow, the bears are the undisputed #1 in the nfc north

  2. Because we aren’t in the same division and we play their division this year.

We have beat all their division mates, and they have beaten all of ours. It’s a symbiotic relationship.

  3. Eagles are rolling through the NFCN while the Bears are rolling against the NFCE. Doing eachother favors. It’s more of a bit

  4. It’s because they’ve beaten the Packers and Vikings and we’ve beaten the Giants, Cowboys, and Commanders. I’ll also be rooting for them to beat the Lions this week

  5. They play DET this week. They lose and we win, we lead the division. You’re damn right I’m cheering for Philly this week.

The alliance part though, that I dont necessarily get. But I dont have an issue with them either.

with those godlesss freaks in philly? never.

merley a you scritch my back i scritch yours this week. a business deal a transaction a you know, import export transaction.

  7. It’s a bit. We obviously want them to win against the Lions. The alliance will be complete and then we will curbstomp them on black Friday. 🐻⬇️

  8. Not sure if I’d call it an alliance but we are certainly helping each other out by beating each others divisions

  9. So far this season, the Eagles have beat the Vikings and Packers and play Detroit this week. The Bears have beat Eagles division rivals Giants, Cowboys and Commanders. So we are allies until we play each other Friday, 11/28.

  10. Eagles can defeat 3 of our conference giving them Ls. Obviously when we play them we need to win but if they can add to our conference opponents’ loss record why not?

  11. We have beaten all their division rivals and they have beaten all of ours(1 left) we are literally helping each other make the playoffs until we play each other. Its not an opinion the alliance is real

  12. It’s crazy because I never liked the eagles fanbase. But if they’re on our side I support them here

  13. It’s because after the commanders game last year commanders fans were so annoying and we play their division this year.

  14. Well thank goodness no one is forcing you to root for the Eagles. God forbid people out there in the world have a little bit of fun lol

  15. You guys are so weird . . . god forbid people are happy that there’s a team indirectly helping us out. Any sort of alliance will end in a couple weeks when we play them anyways

  16. Tomorrow I’m rooting for Philly and the New York Giants! 🐻 ⬇️ south st., Seaport is gonna be running out of crab legs tomorrow lol

  17. Because it’s called class it’s just a little fun thing that fans do it’s nice to be friendly with other fans

  18. Lmao this is maybe the funniest part of social media—one fanbase can have like four different cultures because of different platforms. Let’s just not speak of the Facebook Bears fans…

  19. I live in the Philadelphia area (Chester county) close enough for anyone outside PA to say I live near Philly but not close enough for Philly people to say I live there. I live close enough to know they’re assholes. My assholes. I was there at the 50 whatever loss to eliminate us from the playoffs years ago. Idk the specifics except a blacked out drunk eagles fan throwing me and my dad the bird while everyone around him “apologized” for him being rude. Fuck em all. Go bears. Fuck the eagles. Fuck their fans. Fuck Santa. They’re all fucking bitches.

  20. Cheesesteaks and Italian beefs are both delicious. Just take good care of CJ Gardner Johnson man.

  21. I think it started last year with the mutual dislike of the commanders.  And now this year we are playing each other’s divisions.
