But let’s get to this one between the Orlando Magic and the Houston Rockets. and the uh the Orlando Magic coming into this one with a record of uh 7-6 on the year, 5-8 against the number, while Houston 8-3 straight up and against the spread this season. Houston picking up a third straight win and a 140 to 116 win over Portland, while Orlando a third straight win of their own, knocking off Brooklyn 10598. Um the thing for me in Orlando though is that you look, this team has had some issues on the road. And you know the the Orlando Magic, yeah, they’re playing well right now. They’ve won six of their last eight games. I can’t take that away from them. And they do have the win over New York, which was New York’s first loss both straight up and against the spread at home this season. But before that, I mean, they’re only their their only wins at on the road were against Washington and Charlotte, not necessarily world beaters. And you know, they had losses by double digits to Atlanta, Detroit, and Philly. So, we’ve seen good and we’ve seen bad from Orlando. It’s just a ver a question of which version of the Orlando Magic are you going to get? Now, going on the road, taking on a Houston Rockets team that’s been pretty good this season is not going to be an easy ask. I mean, Orlando, you know, has to has to try to deal with this Houston team that put up 140 on a really good Portland team last time out. And far more often than not at home this season, we have seen Houston really lay the wood to teams. I mean, they didn’t cover against Dallas laying 12 and a half, but they they covered 17 at home against Washington. You know, they covered 24 or they won by 24 at home against Portland. They beat Brooklyn by uh by 28. Their only loss at home was to the Detroit Pistons, who out of the gate have been pretty good this season. And uh we like I said, we’ve just seen Houston really beat up on a lot of teams to where this team just looks really, really good. that’s gotten even better with the addition of Kevin Durant. Now, obviously, we want to see when Dorian Finny Smith and Tari E are going to come back, but you still have your core of Jabari Smith Jr., Shenun, Kevin Durant, you know, um, Amen Thompson. And I think it’s just a really, really strong core for the Houston Rockets. And I just don’t know if Orlando is going to have enough offense in this game to be able to combat that. I think that, you know, this is probably I think this is going to be a game that’s similar to what we’ve seen from Orlando in a lot of their, you know, earlier road games against quality competition where, you know, it’s competitive for a little bit, but just over the course of the second half, I expect Houston to pull away and get the win and cover at home in this one. So, I’m going to take Houston, lay the seven and a half here, and that’s going to be my free pick.
