The Bears are in Minneapolis today to face the Vikings for the second time this season and in honor of the cities large swedish population, the largest in the country today's pizza is inspired by the Swedish holiday staple, Swedish Meatballs.
The pizza starts out with a base of creamy gravy and is stopped with shredded mozzarella, homemade swedish meatballs, and a touch more gravy. After a quick bake in my the pizza is finished with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam, and fresh parsley.
And there's only one way to describe this pizza…
Comforting ☺️
The savory meatballs, gravy, potatoes, and jam are like a cozy sweater of flavor and it felt like a trip to IKEA without the cheap furniture.
Hopefully the Bears can get revenge today against JJ and the Vikings for the week one loss, but no matter if they win or lose, atleast the pizza was good 🤷♂️
