  11. The fact we may not be able to reaign him bumbs me out man, he looks better every game and seems so passionate. I kept my expectations low because of how much portland fans disliked him, i think its clear now that he needed change and he seems to be flourishing.

  18. I think we really are the ideal fit for him. In any given possession he could be the second to fourth option, and all he needs to do is (1) finish at the rim, (2) do a short hop floater or middie, or (3) pass it out to the wing or corner. Is he theoretically being underutilized? If he were more ambitious could he rack up higher numbers? Yes and yes. I don’t think the Suns or the Blazers were necessarily wrong to want him to play bigger roles.

    Yet this is the role he’s comfortable with, and this is the role we need him to excel at (which he has). The only “problem” we have is how much we gotta pay him beyond this season, but I prefer this problem over the void we had last season a thousand times.

  21. Really loving Ayton’s production and the team finally learning how to play with him. I need Bron now, let’s see how good this team is, I know we still need a piece or 2 but this is the best I feel about the team since 2020
