Must win game for playoff seeding purposes and a chance to win the division. A chance to make a statement in a revenge game after our embarrassing playoff collapse in Jacksonville a few years ago. Also a chance to get some momentum going into the bye before our toughest stretch of the schedule and how do we respond?
We just absolutely shit the bed in every single phase of the game. What a fucking embarrassing performance from top to bottom today. Defense getting gashed. Offense can’t execute. Coaches getting outclassed. I know this team is 7-4, but you can’t convince me this franchise is serious about competing for a Super Bowl. Same bullshit every fucking year.
Whatever, man. It was just bad. No positives to take from this one. Great time for a bye.
Im not the biggest fan of in season firings, but into the bye is the best time to let Roman go.
Also, of all teams, why is it the Jags that just seem to just have our number.
That was truly a terrible performance on all levels, but especially in the trenches. Offensive and defensive line were just completely dominated and embarrassed. They must be better going forward.
The silver lining is that we now have the bye week and this team has no choice but to sit with the taste of this loss in your mouth. We need to make some serious adjustments on both sides of the ball, and hopefully we now have the chance to do that.
Getting Hampton back should help this offense pretty tremendously, but the trenches need to wake the fuck up if we want to finish the season strong.
This is a tough one to swallow boltfam, but the season is far from over. I believe we have the right leaders on this staff and in this locker room to right the ship, but they have to show it on the field.
How we perform coming out of the bye against the Raiders will be very, very telling about this team.
The NFL strangely gave us 2 bye weeks, back to back. Only somewhat complaining…
Pathetic

Pathetic, it’s time to end the Greg Roman experiment. Davis Mills and the Texans scored 36 against this jags team last week. Having Herbert and not scoring a single TD is inexcusable.
What an absolute fucking embarrassment that was from every single person on the Chargers. People within the Chargers organization are actually taking home paychecks for that…
Not sure what else to say but throw this film in the trash and be ready for the raiders after the bye.
Bullied on both sides of the trenches. We just didn’t show up. What an abysmal performance.
Why bother showing up at all if this is the performance you were going to put on the field.
Players and coaches.
Minter and Roman got bodied today.
Don’t draft anyone under 300 lbs for a decade.
Penning is unfathomably bad. He looked like he had never played football and was given a vague description of what an offensive lineman does. I’m checking out if I ever have to watch this man again. On a day where everyone sucked, he was transcendent.
I’m just glad this only counts as one loss.
Bye week. Reset this shit
Looking for a positive… bye week comes at the right time? Harbraugh better light a firework under the arses of these guys.
can we hire daboll or stefanski when he becomes available for OC?
Team just never woke up today. Utterly dominated on both sides of the ball. Get right during the bye and take it out on the Raiders in week 13. Everything is still all in front of us, have to fight and go get it.
Absolute disgrace. This team are going nowhere. Even if we make the play off it is pointless because we can’t beat good teams
Looked like men beating on boys today

Playoff Flashbacks omfg
JK Scott had some nice punts
nothing else positive about this game
This was the type of game I thought we were gonna get last week.
Herbert isn’t the reason why the game got out of hand, but sometimes he seems so out of the game.
That play calling was awful I actually thought we were going to come back after 2nd half. The defense needs to step up with these passes in the middle against us
National media is gonna love this, get ready for the most anti chargers shit for like 2 weeks
I pray this was our Chargering choke game early and we do better for the rest of the season.
No matter how much it shouldn’t, charges football drives a lot of my happiness. Now we gotta sit with this for 2 weeks, it’s tough yall.
Having Herbert play behind this line just isn’t sustainable and Greg Roman’s playcalling was baffling.
I am not trying to be super negative or reactive but I just can’t see how they’re going to able to win a playoff game with this OL (if they get there).
Game balls to JK Scott and Cam Dicker. Everyone else can stay in Florida for a few days and think about how shit they are
What Jacksonville game? We never played today.
We got fucking embarrassed, the whole team and the coaches.
No energy, no heart. So disappointing, when we had it last week.
The lack of consistency is a major issue with this team on both sides of the ball. Minter and Roman have called some absolute gems of games, but they also call some utter dogshit.
I want nothing more than this team to be good enough to be a perennial playoff team contender. But it just won’t happen. Combination of choking and injuries every year just kills us.
At what point do we just put Dissley and Matlock in the backfield out of shotgun to block and just throw every single down? This line can’t run block (or pass block) so getting Hampton back won’t do jack shit. Vidal performed well these last few weeks despite the line, not because of it.
Season only gets harder after the bye, and I’m not optimistic.
If you get benched for Austin deculus you know your in trouble
So do we root for Chiefs or broncos here

We also had 0 run game going. Hopefully the Hampton Inn reopens after the bye
How did we beat a decent Pittsburgh last week then lose to a declining Jaguars team? What are we? Stupid?
It wasn’t a doomer take for Chargers fans to assume the offence would be terrible in this game, but this is another week where I’m just so confused by the defence. Why can they look so elite one week and then the next seemingly can’t make a single tackle? It’s the same players, the same staff. How can it be so inconsistent?
