Why do the Calgary Flames constantly have lights projecting down on the ice during the live game? Answers ive been getting are saying they’re projection lights but they don’t play during live play and only at stoppages but here is proof

How hard is it to turn off the lights during live play calrgary?

I’m pretty sure that’s the reflection of the boards that play advertisements that go around the dome
It’s a reflection from the jumbotron dumbass.
would either be malfunctioning shutters etc in lights, or a programming/operating mistake… tbh with the new arena on the way, i expect they are less inclined to replace and fix things, while it’s a shame, i’d also prefer as much money goes into the next generation of AV gear at the new stadium as possible.
It’s the ring between the lower and second bowl that you’re seeing.
