  1. I feel like Ky and Alex are really the only two, (Champagnie but he doesn’t play enough) who really give effort on both ends of the court on a consistent basis. The other guys are just out there fucking hooping as individuals and the shit is disgusting

  2. Last night was another level of bad. I appreciate the young ones trying to build accountability but fundamentally coaching has been a huge issue these past games. Keefe has just continuously dropped the ball with rotations, with adjustments and with some of his calls.

  3. Losing and tanking are intertwined, but these players aren’t developing right under this staff and that should be a major concern. The tank won’t pan out to much of anything if the nucleus is being conditioned into a poorly coached, noncompetitive environment.

  4. This is good by the vets because they need to tell the rooks this is not normal nor okay. Needs to be a dedication to fundamentals by all involved.

  5. 🫡Not true, Bub has been their best perimeter defender when Bilal is hurt. Bub has been their leading assist guy (from the bench) and has completed the most alley oops. But hey, we got fans who are rating our guys who haven’t played 100 NBA yet against young 5 yr Vets.

  6. Yeah it’s a lot of things. One, Khris Middleton might be washed but the effort just isn’t there, dude you’re a vet who has been given a million chances step up where you can . Two, rebounding should not be this piss poor, same with defensive team wide outside of Sarr. Three, this is players only cause it feels like Keefe has lost the locker room, there’s no buy in this year.

TLDR:The guys knew this was still a rebuilding season, but the fundamentals aren’t being developed that leads to future success

  7. Outsider’s perspective here. Lots of talent and effort and the kids clearly care, but where is the coaching?  How many lobs was MPJ a part of one way or the other?  Where is the adjustment?

What I saw was a very physical Washington team that gave effort, but… That physicality was working very well on the perimeter, because with Cam Thomas out, the Nets have no one who foul baits against aggressive hand-checking. That said, the defense was overly physical on shot contests and that got them in trouble. Without Sarr on the floor the offense looked disjointed. Even with him on the floor it looked bad. George had a really tough 29 points. Just a lot of tough shots taken by the Wizards. The team seemed very impatient on offense. I also think the Nets were switching up their coverages as far as how they were defending screens and it was causing confusion.

  8. They need to ditch this staff…. Terrible. The GM/back-end of things seems pretty good…. They have a plan. The coaching is garbage. Blow it out even if just for the season…

I mean bring in some ex players to run the show.

  9. Rebuild or not players don’t like to lose. I’m hoping this sparks a little effort on defense because we can’t let the nets put 120 on us. Not acceptable

  10. I think Keefe did a fine job last season. Let him play any rotation so long as we lose enough to be in the bottom 4. There are 10 teams that suck also. Analyze everything after the season. And get rid of the older players taking minutes away from the youth.

  11. This team is dogshit, at this point I’m just going to support my local Orlando Magic team. Just nuke the franchise.

  12. We just got dubbed by a 1 win team…idk how yall see this as a good thing. Tanking shouldn’t be this embarrassing.
