One of the Wizards' largest issues in my opinion is the lack of offensive creativity.
A large part of this is probably the lack of PG on the roster, but to me, it makes it more difficult than it needs to be for Tre Johnson.
Tre should be getting more open looks.

The wizards whole culture is terrible right now. When you give up 130 points consistently and lose to the second worst team in the league by 20 whatever points we need bigger changes than one player’s open looks.
When you lose every single game there is no talent. Its make believe.
