NHL Highlights | Hurricanes vs. Bruins – November 17, 2025

Razer Mitten will lean in and take the draw. It’s Jordan Stall. They drop the puck and away we go. [Music] Henry Yoki Haru back to get it. He was a healthy scratch on Saturday night. He’s going to move up and play with Nikita Zedorov wraparound attempt and swam in the stop at the far post on Kerier. And now the Bruins come ahead with numbers. Four on three. Castillic his pass across deflected. Yoki Haru tried to play it down low. Now Chano couldn’t pull it free. Mitten shoots and it’s gloved down by Coachka by Sebastian Aaho who was coming late. This long drive stick save made by Swayman and unavailable for the first beat against the Bruins. He coughs it up. LML drops and drives and Cochetta loves that offering from Steves. Now Zidorova cut it off. Long bank pass to Asima across the neutral zone to Tusty. Shoots Kepkov a chest save and now Taylor Hall the former Bruin pulls up at the point. Back of the net. Nikeshan snuck down low from his point position, but the Bruins get command of the puck. Misha had the long goal for the Hurricanes in that first meeting against the Bruins. It came late with the extra attacker on. Cari shoots and Cochkov gloves. Peak slams it ahead. Oh, Geeki with a nice touch pass to Posak. He couldn’t hold on to it. Now Ao out in front denied. He had a quick look on swaming coming down the slot. Not going to stay down forever. It was a nice touch pass as you pointed out Jud. Puck just hopped over the stick of Passog. Now the Bruins can’t manage that puck in center ice and it’s just a quick little play coming across the line. Stretch gets in behind the Bruins deny a puck at the blue line. Blue Mel tries to drive it in. Bothered by Gostasar send the slot. Steve shoots. Kachukov the save. He looked behind him in a battle. Tuy with a little help. He’ll dump it in. Nikki to his partner Riley. Navigates ahead. His shot blocker aside by Swimman. Here’s AO. Swings across. Picked off. Here’s Postnock. He’ll wheel in. Couldn’t pull off a clean shot and it trickles now. Geeki across. Pos on the one-time. And now the other way. Look out. Here’s Jarvis. He’s a threat shorthanded. Leonard Swayman the stop that may have hit something on the way into Swayman. Now back of the net it’s Eers sets up in the office. Eers going to bang one out in front. Eers took a puck off his skate sent up top. Gostas bear now up top. Ao fired and swaming the stop on Specnikov who banging out to center ice. Here’s Mitten Jano. Asamat attacks, centers, and that nearly snuck in short side. He tried to get it to Jano. Now Riley pulls up, throws it out in front. Swayman a little shower there from Taylor Hall. Jarvis across to Aaho. Shoots Swayman a glove save and he will hold. National Monkey League. Yoki Haru flips it in. Miller gloves it. The St. Paul, Minnesota native centered. Coachov with the tip to get it away from Geeki. Oh, he had an empty net cuz Swayman had to come across left to right. He slid completely outside the paint. Acceov kicks it out. He’ll skate it ahead. Threads a pass to Hustadino. Pokejack. Posternok. His back hand picked off. Goshas Bear looking ahead with the step and Stankhovven shoots. Swimman flood it off with a glove in the final minute of the first period which is huge. He’s able to get just a piece of that. Here’s Postern Gosses Bar to turn to try and defend. Posternok pulls up to the slot right to the net. Geeky denied. Coach Hanco down on his side able to cover that puck. And then the opportunity for geeking on another good look by Hustadinov. It was a good second effort by Pasta. Paul got a piece of that and it’s driven out to center ice with 20. Bruins tag up. Bring it back in. Glen Holmes shoots. Blocker saved by Coach. And then another thing I want to tell people to do is don’t forget Billy and I did a cookbook last year. So you could always buy yourself a good cookbook to celebrate all the good restaurants in the area. Oh, that sounds good. before we uh spring as the period gets underway here. Um but yeah, that Willow and Ivy Place has a giant bar that is just so beautiful. Capri is a new restaurant that’s also in um South Boston in different ways. So they may be fitness influencers, they may be food influencers, they may be history influencers, and so we have a real nice mix of folks that are telling the story in a really unique way. He’ll fling it back into the Carolina end. Badinov goes to chase after it. Fetchnikov headman pass. Here’s Jarvis. Cuts in. Shoots. Slam and a glove save. A clean one. Jarvis whailing down the slot. Carolina’s leading goal scorer. Take it away. Now Lynholm comes over. Got it away from Stall. Just won’t get out. Here it comes. Swaming the save. Rebound. They score onehanded in by Stall. Yeah, just a matter of time. The way this period has been trending long game, too. They when they get pucks deep in their own zone, they’re firing it up to the far blue line and the forwards are anticipating it. Stall just shows you his great strength. Long productive career up the wall. Jano chasing Riley. Almost blew a tire and lost the puck. And then he took a hit behind the play. Leaves it for Walker. His shot off his stick to peak. Pos wanting to break this puck again. Stays in. Now Walker shot out in front. They score again. Another rebound chance. It’s Janowski [Applause] and Morgan Gichi just scatter shattered his stick in disgust. Two nothing Hurricanes. Domination in the offensive zone. You know, Posanak almost had a steal, maybe a potential breakaway, but when that doesn’t happen, it’s more possession for Carolina. A lot of motion, a lot of motion up high in man-on-man coverage. And guys are getting a little bit of separ and out of the glove of Coachov. Drilled up the wall. Look out. Here’s a shortanded chance for Jarvis. He’s going to wheel into the slot. Shoots off the post. 40 seconds remaining. Minute on the man advantage to try to cut into this two nothing lead. Plays like this will happen to take a high risk keeping attempt at the blue line. Lori tried, couldn’t do it. Jarvis streaks into the neutral zone breakaway. Had that little cut back to the forehand. Catches the inside of the post. Hyman did a good job hanging in there with him. Bruins avoid going down three nothing. that second. Yeah, looking forward to seeing Anaheim again. I think they’ve been a very impressive team. Of course, I’m a fan of their coach. I’m sure you are as well with your Chicago background, but uh Mman for the draw. Wins it. Postern Glen Holm shoots. Coachov the save. Throws a little bit more energy, a little bit better execution to start this period. Good faceoff win. Mosak finds Lynholm. on the waiting. Flipped it deep. Paul got it up top and now Robinson charges in. Swaming a blocker save. Oh, Castle crashed in. Nestrom felt that. Nestrom gets it back. [Applause] Now Hall twoon one. He scores. He held it and then set it inside the near post. Three nothing Carolina wall. Bruins are trying to keep this play alive right here. Zador off. That puck bounces right by him. And now how do you defend? How do you defend? Yogi Hari overplaying the pass and allows this little move right here. Little pump fakes. Use that long reach, the long stick almost like a self by Blumel. Stop by Cochov. 20 seconds remaining in regulation. Slap to the end board. Him on wrap around. Coachov stopped it. It trickles to the front. He scores. I think it’s Riley Tuy working out in front for playing all the way to the whistle. All the way to the final buzzer. Face him out with a wrap around. Tuy’s hanging around the blue paint. That puck was just free long enough with that second and third effort. The jam rimmed around Blumel and that’s going to do it. So the Carolina Hurricanes snapped the Bruins sixgame home winning streak. [Music]

Taylor Hall recorded a goal and an assist, and Pyotr Kotchetkov made 30 saves as the Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Boston Bruins 3-1.
