Carolina Hurricanes at Boston Bruins | Game Highlights | 11.17.2025

[Music] This is a familiar building for Taylor Hall. Spent two seasons here with the Boston Bruins and he has been hot of late on a twoame point streak. And here we go. Boston wins the opening face off. Carolina able to bat this one back into the Bruins zone. Misfires and here comes AO and Jarvis. Short-handed. Jarvis pushing the tempo. Jarvis in deflected swam and makes the save. Off the giveaway to Lurai and the Bruins on the attack now. Here’s Asim with it trying to center it. Excellent stick. Alexander Nikishan drifting in. Defended by Gostas Bear. Poss now set it across. Coachovette Coachette didn’t take himself out of the play as Hustadinov tried to get that one across and Geeki couldn’t connect. from the Bruins. And for those that love the movie Old School, I did. This is old school. Two pad stack sort of a different one. And then the stick, which has been really good, does the rest right now 13-1 and five. First team to 30 points in the NHL this season. These two teams both have 12 wins as the second period’s underway. And takes a shove there from Lindholm. Wants to clear. Can’t do it. kept in and out rolls to Nestrom. Nestrom with traffic. It’s deflected. They’ll shoot score. [Applause] Carolina gets the shot through and the captain with the net front again. Jordan Stall’s fifth of the year. Has Carolina up one- nothing. Come up with a puck on the wall. Martin goes back deep. You get a bounce and you have support from Kerier, but they have Carolina. They have gotten to the front of the net and made things difficult for Swayman in the first half of this one. And it’s the reach of Jordan Stall. Did he have one hand on the stick and found the daylight on the rebound? Nestrom a significant assist. You’ll leave it here for Walker. Walker with a shooting lane deflected wide. Paul to the rebound. Pete tries to clear it out. Can’t. Gossip Bear keeps it in. Going to get that to Walker right back across. Hall with Jacowski in front. He scores. Mark Jacowski with a net front presence. He takes the shot off of his own uniform and deposits it past Swayman. Two nothing Carolina. Was this keep from Gases Bear? High risk. It had to be perfect to Walker that leads to the chance in the slot. rebound and the reach of Janowski. We’ve seen it. The shot hits Chancowski. Quick hands to score on the rebound. Two bigger centermen with the reach that they possess. And that’s been the difference on these two goals. You know, impact the way that you play the game and you have the dryers between periods and you don’t want to blast it because truthfully then it can make both the glove and the blocker crusty. Nestrom’s run into. Heavy hit there by Castle, but it doesn’t bother Yo Nestrom. He’ll play this out. And Hall’s going to take this away from Zidorov Hall in on swim. And Hall waits and he scores. [Applause] Taylor Hall with the beauty. And Carolina with insurance late against his old team. Taylor Hall makes it 3 nothing. He takes a peek, knows that he’s got the twoon one. Pass is not available. Yokiharu takes it away. And now the Oh, what a move. Look at what he does here with that left outside edge that allows him to expand his reach. Chips it to himself and puts it home. Going back to the first period, saying that the little mini deak is the way on Swayman. Boston will tip it again. Tufty will go behind the net. Stop chance out in front. Another save. Coachov bounces out in front. They’ll score. Riley Tuy on the power play. The Bruins get on the board here with 9.6 seconds left. Tufts enjoyed a very good year in the American League. [Music] Cochenkov has lost his stick a bunch here in this period. Tries to cover it. Bruins with two seconds left. They’ll keep it in the zone. Turning with a shot. It misses everything. Jose Sant and Carolina. Well, they might not get the shutout trip. They get a 3-1 win here tonight over the Bruins.

  1. I'm glad we won, but wow what terrible reffing in the third period. The refs baically took away Kochetkov's shutout with their awful reffing in the last 10 minutes of that game. Two penalties in a row on Svech and Nikishin that were completely fabricated calls, and an embellishment on Gostisbehere that negated a power play opportunity. Just shameful refereeing.
