I gave up nine runs, I had three homers, two two to Otani, and uh I got DFA the very next day. You know, I had the GM, the manager, the pitching coach in a in a room and, you know, all sitting me down and telling me that I’m done. You know, that they’re that, you know, I’m uh being DFA and uh so I was on my lowest kind of just in a hotel room just thinking like, no, I don’t know what’s next. And then I get the phone call like, “Hey, you know, the uh the Astros claimed you off waiverss.” And I thought like I thought right away like, “Okay, well, they’re probably just going to um wait for me to have a bad outing in TripleA and then and then DFA me and try to sneak me into Triple A and just have me eat up innings for them.” I I that’s what I thought right away was going to be the plan.
