  1. And there’s no easy schedule talk for this. He’s been playing vs league average or above average defenses overall. That’s really fucking good.

  2. The volume stats don’t matter since he’s played 1 more game than most of the competition because we have the latest bye in the league. I believe Stafford has 7 more TDs and fewer INTs in 1 fewer game. But Maye still has MVP chances.

  3. Leads the league by like 150 yards too. If he underperforms his average yards/game for the rest of the year, he will still wind up with 4200 yards…beast

  4. Should have Boutte back, playing a defense that refuses to tackle on Sunday.

    Let’s pump those numbers up.

  5. Bo has thrown 67 more times for 7 more completions and almost 400 less yards as one of the only 4 QBs to play 11 games. Nix fans can eat it lol

  6. All the efficiency stats paired with Yards/Attempt is what stands out to me. He isn’t checking down he’s just makeing hard throws with ease

  7. Don’t get me wrong I’m hyped! And I believe Maye is legit and the team has foundational pieces to make them champions.

*But* I don’t want to get sucked in by an easy schedule then be disappointed if they fall in the playoffs or next year when the Pats have a tougher schedule. Fans around the NFL are pissed because the Pats are back to having a great record after one of the shortest rebuilds I’ve ever seen but the reality is we haven’t been here looking at a young legitimate franchise QB in a ***long time***… not as long as other teams but still. All I’m saying is let’s enjoy this, let’s be stoked, but let’s not rush this to a conversation about elite or even top QB in the league yet. It’s so much more gratifying when other fans tell us that we’re the best.

  8. Clear MVP favorite right now. Watched some other QBs Sunday and you can see the gap between him and other folks clear as day.

  9. Kind of crazy that he’s 1st in passing yards without having a single 300+ yd game. That’s consistency.

  10. If Stafford has a couple down weeks and Drake keeps it up he might actually win MVP baring some Josh Allen or Herbert hero ball craziness

  11. As others have said, the “SoS” discussion needs to ease up a bit. Looking at pass defensive ranking throughout the league, it falls like:

    1. Falcons
    2. Browns
    3. Bills

Drake beat all three, plus the Saints who are also in the top 10 for pass defense. He is reading the field really well and anticipating what the defense is going to do.

  12. I really wish I could do a victory lap on Bills fans but I don’t remember them ever trashing on Maye
