You get a cool perks name at the end. can use our face like JD great one he uses uh all that good stuff. So Miami Dolphins get a W. It’s an ugly W. It was a stressful W against a team that was beat to hell. They still got the W. What is your guys thoughts on this game? We’ll start with TD on that one. Um the defense been playing better football the last four weeks. Um, I think a lot of people they’re not recognizing that they’ve shown a level of consistency. Although they’ve given up yards, they have done a good job keeping teams out of the end zone. You can build on that. That’s number one. Number two, man, Achain is carrying the heck out of this team. Achain. I mean, there were four plays that McDaniel had me really ticked off about where he gave Achain the ball like literally behind the line of scrimmage like four, five, six yards and you see just three defenders in Achain’s face and it’s like, oh, another a negative five and a chain turns it into eight positive, you know, it’s like it kept happening over and over. Um, bad coaching in this game by the Miami Dolphins on the offensive side of the football. I feel like it was terrible coaching overall and decision- making, which we’ll get into as well. Um, outside of that, um, a win. Nothing to be proud of, nothing to be down about. A W is a W. You can get in that win column and hopefully make a run. Uh, but that’s all I thought about this game. It wasn’t really anything that gave us a revelation. Well, maybe it did, but it may not be a good revelation. Alan, uh, you to me it’s like leave Madrid the second the game ended and sprint to get the hell out of there before they they start reviewing film and saying no you didn’t they got lucky u because we’re going to go back to the misfugal at the end of the game as a place where the Dolphins were fortunate to escape by the way that kicker was waved the day after the game with that ding all the time who is that yeah um here’s Another part too is because of an injury earlier in the game, the Commanders who were ready to take the ball in a tie score with about four minutes left had to put Mike Sanders still to return a punt for the first time in his NFL career and he muffed it to give it to Ethan Bonner. And this was another place where I mean good job by Ethan Bonner to be in the right place, right time, but it was fortunate because this would have been a case perhaps of Washington getting the punt and then marching down for a game-winning field goal. So yes, the Dolphins were very fortunate. My god, here we go. Ding ding ding again. Um am I getting am I getting bells for good points I’m making? I know. I know. I’m kind of used to that, but anyway, very fortunate. Correct. Correct. Correct. W’s a W. Uh running game was good, defense was okay. Not as good as it was against Buffalo certainly. Um but this is not that’s not going to get it done once the competition ramps up starting with Pittsburgh in week 15. Homer, I really don’t think this this they got lucky. They were fortunate. Um I’m not going to necessarily say they were poorly coached, but they got breaks that they didn’t get earlier in the season. Um, I don’t complain about how a win is is an unattractive win or or an appealing win. A win is a win. And I and I say this for example, I don’t look back in the history of the the Dolphins annuals and I am me and Pupard are two of the historians for this franchise. In 2011, I don’t think about, oh, they got lucky in that win. When I go back in the history and start to recall the 2011 season or the 2014 season, I I never sit there and say, “Oh yeah, that was the one where they got lucky because the field goal kicker missed a field goal after Mike McDaniel went for it on fourth down one yard line in the game’s final two minutes.” Like nobody nobody does that. But I will say this, I saw I do. Yeah. Well, you’re Rainman so Yeah. Yeah. You can remember you can remember the incidents from the December 13 1998 Dolphins game. [Laughter] Um uh that game really showed me a lot. Um I I I wrote about this in in my column. I was going to the bathroom in overtime. Right. Right. when in the overtime period, I was literally walking to the bathroom and then on the TV they were showing the NFL Network was showing Tua and Laramie Tonsel take the the the coin flip. And in that moment, that that literal moment, I realized these two individuals just wasted seven years of my life. Th though for those two I I have now wasted seven years of my life because you tanked for Tua in 2019. You had a bounty of draft picks. Puart will tell me how many Larry Tonsil eventually turned into I think it was like four first round picks or Yeah. Yeah. He he knows. You had you had like a treasure chest of draft picks that you squandered and ruined all for this team. By the way, are you off the tour train? That’s I’m like, hold on. You’re off the tour train. Listen, I there were also instances watching the game where I heard TD in my head and literally and it was the first to a sack where the play action and he just looks incredibly immobile. Mhm. And then the other sack where he dips out of a a sack, scrubs left, and then a 300 pound defense runs him down. And I’m thinking to myself, like, what happened to this guy’s athleticism? Where did it go? How did How does it just disappear? Vanished into thin air. A year after he had a hip replacement, a hip procedure, he was running and more athletic than he is six years now. Yep. 100%. Like what happened to him? And it brings me back to something uh an individual in the league who is a front office figure. Um I don’t know what I’m on a PC. That’s not me. Somebody in the chat, please tell me what it is because it might be me because but I don’t know how to fix it because I don’t know what it is. I ain’t touching my phone. Put your phone on silent. I put my phone on silent. It’s on silent. Okay. So, it’s it’s either the Anyway, but the the um he told me Tua was not on their draft board. This is in 2020. He was like, he was not on our draft board and we we don’t think he’s going to have more than an eight-year career. Mhm. And we would we we wouldn’t invest in that. And I’m thinking to myself like, huh? Like, what are you talking about? And now I’m six years in and I’m thinking to myself, like, if his skills are declining at this rate, how many more years does he have? Like, but anyway, that’s Doug Doug may be on to something there when you because I know Doug, you’ve been pinging this idea of of they’re they’re keeping Yeah. keeping hush hush with the hip because he he the past couple of years he’s never been like No, he’s could move a little bit and this year it’s like, man, it’s slow. And Omar hit the nail on the head because you watched his rookie year and if you go back to that Cardinals game, he was he broke Buddha’s ankles and he was getting out of pressure and he was running and I really and when I did my draft prospects on him, I was like, he’s got the talent, but that hip injury, I even said it. I was like, he ain’t making it to 10 years like a normal NFL quarterback does because it’s going to start deteriorating at the more he gets hit and the more he plays. And I honestly think when I was looking at the first three games of this season, I was like, his technique is off. Maybe that’s why his throws. But now, you know, after week six, I’m s I kept telling you guys, I’m like, it’s his hip. He can’t drive the ball anymore because of his hip. And it might be a situation where the Dolphins might eat it and move on from him because what do they have if his hip is getting worse and worse? They’re not going to eat it. But I I like I I see it now. I’m like, what the heck happened to them? and and the you know I love the jumbo package. I love the six offensive line package but if that’s how you have to go and have to play in order to utilize a quarterback and it actually is the best set that they have because it gives him an extra run blocker for run game and it gives him an extra protector protector for Tua and he doesn’t need that many weapons. He’s three reason he’s good because he’s he’s got the accurate passes but also how far is he throwing the ball down the field. Mhm. And it just it’s it’s just it’s like I I need to see more from him. If this is what I what what you can expect for the next two three years, stop it, TD. Stop it. Just No. Omar. Omar. Just don’t say that. You’ve been doing good for five minutes. Just don’t say I need to see more. This is the problem. What more do you need to see? I need to see improvisational plays. I need to see more. You’re not. I said I need to see. I know, but you’re not going to. You might You might You might see games where it breaks. Hold on, TD. But you might see games where it breaks off offensively where with the passing game where he throws for 300 yards. Yeah. But I think I think him like creating a lot of plays off schedule in any game. Yeah. I’m not sure about that. And it’s what’s even crazier is the quickness of the decline because you even look at 2023. He was more mobile in 2023, spinning out of the sacks against Washington, against Baltimore, like two years span. And it it definitely was last year. It was that it what was it with the Texans game or the 49ers game where he was Houston? It was when they told us he had a weird hip injury and it was the opposite hip. And it’s one of those freak things that takes time on its own to heal. We don’t have a prognosis of how long. I’m like, and if we make the playoffs, he’ll play. You know, that whole situation. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That’s what was alarming to me. The moment they said that, I said, “Come on, man.” Like, something else is going on. And we saw it. And you can actually see like people think that this has always been tour. Yeah. He ain’t always been great at mobility, but he was better than he is now. Mhm. He was definitely better than he is now. So, it’s like it’s taking hold. Whatever it is, he is a shell of himself. Yeah. He wasn’t Lamar. He wasn’t Josh Allen. He wasn’t any of these guys, but he was able to roll out and do certain things. Now, I think he’s still a play action quarterback. Here’s here’s the thought that I had. Okay, we all know Tua is good when he’s got the play action. when he’s got the run game and he could do the run game, play fake, you know, we misdirection, we got you going there and really going here. That is his game. You get up on him, take away the running game, sit and duck. Yeah, it’s it’s a wrap. I’m like, you can’t play like that. You can’t you can’t you can’t win any anything like that. And I you know, it was just it was a real wakeup call for me, unfortunately. Like I I don’t know if I’ve ever seen him that on on Athletic and and it’s funny because that’s like like I said at the be I think we were talking about at the beginning of the year I think Allan and and TD were like asking me if I was off it and I was like it was like week three I was like yeah we got to move on cuz I just saw it. I was like he’s not the same guy we he hasn’t been the same guy since like I said 2023. So, it’s like even even he says he’s not he’s not the same guy and he’s got to figure out how to get back. You know, he’s not he’s not retiring. That may well confirmed that he off of it though. I just want to put that on the record. I listen I I hope he resurrects the skills he had and ability he had and becomes a killer in New Orleans and the Jets and, you know, shows he has it. Yeah. I’m waiting. I’m still waiting. Hey, beat Buffalo. And y’all not gonna take that away from You’re not You’re not saying I know you’re not saying he beat Buffalo. He helped beat Buffalo. Yes. No, no, no, no, no, no. Y’all give him Y’all give him the L’s when he ain’t got nothing. L want to take away his fourth quarter clutch victory. I mean, his dominant his dominance of of of a of a playoff caliber team. Now, now y’all not going to take give him the credit for it. What he pass 168 yards, Omar, they got against Buffalo. Invisal opponent. It happens. Um, let’s talk about that that last drive on offense. Uh, you know, going for it on fourth down. Um, it was a very decisive topic on Twitter. I wonder if it’s decisive here. Uh, raise your hand if you think it was dumb. All right. So, it’s not that decisive here. That Omar would do the outline. Um, it was just You take the points, man. You take the points. And if it wasn’t for the kicker who’s now fired from Washington, we would have lost that game. Yep. Uh, and he had the he had the leg, he just didn’t have the accuracy. So, it’s two instances where we went for on fourth instead of taking the points. And again, the game would have been so different if he would have done that. But you know that’s your head coach. Is it? Yes, it is. Wow. Lately, lately it is. Not always. No, no. From his from the first from the first year he’s been here. Doesn’t make Doug, can I can I adjust the your your statement of you take the points? Yeah. You take the lead. You don’t take the points, you take the lead. And I want to also point out something. Mike McDaniel’s gotten a pass also if you recall or Ali Gordon gets thrown for a two- yard loss. Washington has the ball at the three. 28 yard completion to Debo Samuel. First and 10 from the 31. Two yard run. McDaniel calls timeout. Yes. Three yard pass to Zack Herz. McDaniel calls timeout. Now it’s 35. you you’ve allowed Washington to to be able to like not not spend a whole lot of time. Then they have the 25 yard pass and now all of a sudden Washington as a first and 10 from the Miami 40 with 55 seconds left because McDaniel called two timeouts in the hope of getting the ball back for his offense. I would I would suspect and then because Washington completely flubbed it and decided it’d be a good idea to run on first down and kill 30 seconds of their time and they wind up having to try the long field goal. But that to me that doubled the mistake of not taking the lead with 144 left when the other team has no timeouts. Alan, let me ask you this because you were you were one that has been consistent on, you know, don’t rule out the possibility. It’s now probably at like 60% with two wins of McDaniel coming back those decisions in the final drive. Is that something that Steven Ross and Garfinkle are looking at and deciding on to keep him or not? Or is it more about the wins? No, it’s going to have no it’s going to have no bearing. I think what’s what’s going to have a bearing is are they still playing hard? Are they fighting for him? Are they competitive? Okay. So, so I I I wanted to say this about that fourth down play. Well, not about the fourth down play, but my issue was the third down play. Third and goal, six inches. Who you who we supposed to have in the back field? Ole Gordon. Ollie Gordon. And why we got Hane back there? because and then when a chain gets Yeah, but this ain’t open field. You know, you’ve had this problem for a long time. And Ali Gordon finally was what we thought the answer was. He got a touchdown, too. Yeah. Third and inches and you’re literally a chain. I knew it was a disaster. And then when Achain loses a yard, now you’re going Ollie for the full yard knowing that this is a sellout. No, don’t forget. No, no, no. when HN loses a yard cuz 560 lbs fell on him and just absolutely flattened him and I thought he was done. Like yeah, I don’t know if the TV version of that made it look as bad as the live version of it. Literally two guys picked him up and boom down. Wow. I never even saw the actual um end of it. It’s like they on TV it’s like the tackle on the way down they kind of went to views of people like we got him we stopped him. He didn’t move. He didn’t move for like a minute and I was like, “Oh crap.” He couldn’t get up for like three minutes. I know the commercial, but which is my fear with a chain. They’re going to use him so much over the next two years that they’re gonna wear him down. He gonna start getting beat up. At least he’s held up so far this year. He’s got a 100 yards away from his goal. His goal is to be a thousand yard bat and he’s he’s 100 yards away from it. And he’s hot right now. and but the six offensive line that per run blocking and I know we’re going to talk about this a little bit later. Austin Jackson is coming back after the buy and hopefully Dan um Darren Waller is coming back and and you know that they juice up the run game. I love that formation they have out of the pistol where Brunskill is Tatua’s right and then Ali is to Brunkill’s right. I love that formation. And then at one point he flipped it. So Brunkill was outside, Ali was Tatua’s right. And it was like this whole like form. See, those are the things where I’m like McDaniel’s cooking. And then he does the dumb things with the timeouts and this and that. Again, like he like he said on Rich Eisen, very good offensive coordinator, questionable as a head coach. Yep. Plain and simple. Um, there was something I wanted to ask you guys before we Oh, the rookies, Kenneth Grant and even um Jordan Phillips and they had good games. Yep. Kenneth Grant with that one block shed where he just like got right around the center. They’re they’re starting to they’re starting to build something there. Is there promise with those uh defensive tackles or is it just more the Washington has a bad interior offensive line? No, they they’ve gotten better. They’ve gotten better. They they I forget what uh Kenneth Grant told me. He’s like, you know, there was a certain point where I realized the game is just the game I’ve been playing. I Somebody said that. I think it might have been the defensive coordinator. Somebody said that to me. I was trying to do a story on that. And it’s like things slow down. At first, they had issues with all the technical aspects, the technique, cuz in college, and they’ve explained it to me, in college, you can get away with winning a play with sloppy technique because the man against you, going against you, you rarely ever going against anybody with your caliber of talent. Yeah. Um, so you can win with sloppy technique. In the NFL, everybody has your caliber of talent. So, the technique has to be sound, sharp, and and consistent. And so, they’ve gotten to the point where they are giving you consistent techniques. I I knew they’d eventually turn a corner because they’ve got probably one of the best position coachs in Austin, uh, Clark on on the team. I think he does a really good job. It it it just took a minute. Same thing with the rest of the rookies. Uh Ali Gordon, you know, he struggled to learn the play. He struggled to learn the playbook. Probably still struggling to learn the playbook. Let me be that guy. Can we not put him in the Hall of Fame just yet, though? I didn’t put him in the Hall of Fame. Y’all are talking. They’ve turned the corner. They’ve arrived. I mean, making progress. Steady progress. Even Jonah. Jonah had a solid game last week. Probably had his best game. That probably was his best game. It still wasn’t good. Yeah, but it was it was still his best game. Sure. And Lucas was saying Zeke bigger also. Oh biggers earlier. Y listen listen disruptive. I from the very beginning of the season I was like why is Zeke bigger not playing? What sense does this make? Zeke Biggers is your biggest defensive tackle on your team. He he shown you an exhibition season. He’s a gamer. He plays well in the game. Finally you put him in the game. He plays well. Oh gee. What a surprise. It’s like you’re getting gashed in the run early in the season and you got a guy like that right. Do you guys honestly think that Zeke Biggers had been in the lineup early in the season? The run defense problems wouldn’t have been there. Probably would have been 29 instead of 32. It warranted trying something new. You don’t think I mean with all due respect here you don’t think these coaches who watch practice all the time if they felt Zeke bigger could help them more at that time than Matthew Butler that is is what are you doing though what exactly are you doing because there is a certain games you you’re okay to win the game let me hold on hold on you beginning of the season Anthony Weaver said it last week we’re going to play young players and we knew we were going to take some of the lumps from And we knew it was going to be a process. Okay. So, you’re playing some but not Zeke Biggers. You’re playing. Correct. And And doesn’t that tell you that again they didn’t like what they what they saw in practice? Otherwise, it’s not because they’ve been shy about playing rookies because Trader Marshall Ali Phillips and Grant and Savi have all been in the line of everybody. I’m not buying it. You know why I’m not buying it? Because I asked Mike McDaniel specifically about Zeke Biggers and his response is, “Oh, well, he’s he’s he’s got to get better at pass as pass rushing and I’m thinking to myself, his job is not the pass rush. Why does he have to get bigger in pass rush?” You’re not struggling with pass rush. Why does he have to get bigger pass? And that doesn’t sound like a Mike McDaniel answer. It’s probably a seven minute answer and some buried somewhere in there. Throw a few in there, Omar. If you’re watching this, sorry. Uh, I like I like but um I’ll say this I’ll say this so real quick on the young guys. Um it’s all it’s it’s really watching them to see if they can maintain consistency because one week you could be on one week you could take a fall. It’s about who doesn’t take that fall. Like Britz Guju Britz, he was getting cooked all game before he got No, he was not. No, he was not. No, he was not. No, he was not. He was not. He was getting cooked. No, he was not. No, he was not. Mariota man was attacking Brent and and it was working. No, no, Stephen. He wasn’t doing He was not. Y’all didn’t go check it out. He was getting cooked. He played well till he I and I watched the play where he got injured and it was like it was no contact and I’m thinking to myself like what the hell didn’t you say one of the Colts guys were saying he’s good when he’s on the field? Yeah. Yeah. He’s like yeah enjoy now it’s not going to last. and he was like, “He’s going to get hurt.” And like game two, we don’t even finish game two, he’s hurt. Yeah. I had Stephen Holder on on on my podcast and from the ESPN covers the Cole’s former Miami Herald guy and he was like, “Yeah, he’s good. Just can’t count on him.” That was that was Greer’s last pickup before he left, too. He was like, “Oh, let’s go get this guy.” Here’s the thing. Hold on. Hold on. Here’s the thing. What’s the cost of getting him, though? Like Exactly. Yeah. 100%. He tell me it wasn’t worth a shot. Yeah, we still have them under contract for next year more. They still should be claiming guys and they don’t wave anybody around here. That that’s that’s one and brought him right back. Yes. And brought him right back. McDaniel doesn’t like getting rid of his projects, man. I’m telling you, does not like McDaniel does not like getting rid of his projects. He does not hold on to them for as long as he can. And Tanner Connor is a prime example cuz he was a wide receiver in college, wasn’t he? Mhm. They move him to tight end and he’s he’s hoping and praying it works and he’s going to keep him there and it’s what he does. But um speaking of injuries, we got some one guy coming back uh with Austin Jackson. Uh do we know anything more about the other three in um James Daniels and Jason Sanders and and Waller? uh not specifically which one, but Mike McDaniel was kind of dropping tidbit, nuggets, hints at his uh day after press conference on Monday, saying that there could be guys coming back. Uh Austin, Austin’s coming back. Austin, he’s already been back. Other guys are going to be cleared, but Mike McDaniel’s history is he does not clear guys to play the week they return. So, they’re going to practice for one week and then they’ll get cleared. Um, but Austin’s done his one week. He’ll probably be in the starting lineup. And I would suggest, recommend, encourage that they consider Larry Boram as the right guard until um until James Daniels comes back because I I’m going to admit it. Larry Borham’s improved. Larry Borne’s actually gotten better. Larry Bor is is not a liability on that lie. And that’s that’s that’s a surprise to me. Here’s a question, Omar, though, because I agree with you. I think that’s a move they should consider given what we know about Mike McDaniel. Do you honestly think they’re going to make that move? No. Cole Strange is doing well. Um uh I like um the way he’s been producing and he’s um uh been progressing. So, we’re going to keep Cole in there. I mean, if it ain’t broke, don’t don’t try. He’s broken. He’s broken. No, they the run game is going right now. I think they’re like one of the top running teams in in Come on, give me the number. They also got blown up a couple of times on this short yardage. Oh, you’re talking about Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. By the way, they were do This is why I didn’t mind going for it on that very critical fourth and one. I didn’t mind going for it both times. You were dominating them against the run. You got stuffed on third and one. What’s How’s that dominating? That’s true. That’s true. And and before that you got stuffed on another one and then decide to throw the ball. It it’s I mean sometimes it’s take the lead. Yep. Both times. Yeah. No, but 144 left. The opposing team has no timeouts. It’s Marcus Mariota. It’s not Patrick Mahomes. I I agree. But the one thing that Mike probably was thinking in his mind and should have said, uh, “Have you seen the way our season has gone?” That was what’s bad is going to happen to us. And you know deep down in your heart, if they didn’t score that touchdown, I mean, if they if they had kicked the field goal, then Washington was going to drive the length of the field and Marcus Mariota was going to throw a touchdown pass. You knew it. You You know it. Uh, they hadn’t. If they had timeouts, I would have been more scared. But you knew you knew it. You knew it was going to hold on one quick second if I may. Well, since we’re pumping Devon Chan’s tires and rightfully so, he made a massive blunder on that gain to the six yard line when he let him went out of bounds. Yeah, he went out of bounds. That would have been a massive That that right there was like Yeah. 35 seconds right there he gave Washington. Yeah, the first fourth down that they went uh went for they were down 13 to6. So yeah, it was cuz I was wondering I was like could they have taken the lead in both of them? No, it was just the the last fourth down that they could have. Try again. Hey, we won though. [Laughter] We play like this. Are we beating the Saints and the Jets? I don’t care. And and here’s here’s why I don’t care. Here’s why I don’t care. When we began the season, we all laid down the law of what our expectations were. Right, gentlemen? That’s right. I said a winning season. And y’all were like, “No playoffs? No playoffs?” Like, “Oh, no playoff win.” I said, “No, I’m just giving it a baseline. You want status.” You said, “No status quo.” Okay. No status quo is a winning season. Nine and eight. So that means if you do not win five of your next six, you should not be retained. So why don’t you So then why don’t you why don’t you care if they beat the Saints and the Jets? Cuz they because they could beat the Saints and the Jets and they could beat they beat Pittsburgh. But if they don’t win the at least one of the final two and get to five wins, if they don’t get to nine wins, I don’t But they don’t get to But they don’t get to nine wins if they don’t beat the Jets and the Saints. That’s why I already your logic. I think his logic essentially is you’ll we’ll beat the Jets and the Saints, but at the end of the day, you got to beat the next four, which is much harder than the Jets and the Saints. Okay, but let’s take let’s take care of part A before we get to part B. I don’t care one way or the other. You go. Tyrod Tyrod’s quarterbacking for the Jets, man. So, the minute you lose two more games, I’m done. And you should be done, too. Yes. Hey, I was done. Will Stephen Ross be done? because I I know what be done means for you, but will Stephen Ross be done? He’s scared and scared money don’t make money and he needs to stop being timid and scared of the hiring process. He’ll probably make a move if there’s a big fish out there that he can go get and just pay big money to. Mike Tomlin if who? Mike Tomlin. Yes. Okay. Or some somebody’s going contact for Mike Tomlin. Do do you want for Mike Tomlin? Do you want Cleveland’s coach? He’s been like a two-time coach of the year. No. How’s that working out for them this year? Yeah, I know. But, you know, two time coach of the year now. Do you realize that all of Mike’s contemporaries when the eight coaches were hired, the majority of them have been fired? Mike is like the last man standing. last the Moheagans because Ross values continuity. He does. Yeah. But don’t don’t don’t think it’s, you know, he’s okay with the play on New Orleans, the Giants. Um, you know what? Arizona might be might be that year, too. Saints, all all of them gone. All of them. Except for Except for uh uh and Oh, Jacksonville gone. What are you talking about? Jacksonville. Jacksonville when when Mike got hired when the Jacksonville’s gone. Like and I I wanted Ael. That was my number one top choice. Gone. Gone. Still love Ael though. I mean he might come back. Doug Peterson, Matt Blo, Dennis Allen, Josh McDaniels, Lovey Smith, Kevin O’Connell, Nathaniel Hackett, Brian Dable, Mike McDaniel. gone. Standing is Kevin O’Connell. Now, is he still here because of what how Steven Ross is by giving Kevin Oonnell? Kevin O’Connell. Just for the Vikings. Oh, he was in that cycle. So, Mike and Kevin Oonnell. Dang. Kevin Oonnell might be gone. This might be it. Mike and Kevin. Bring him bring him right on down over here. Yeah, they love him over there. They n that that that that’d be stupid. Like what you think he get a new quarterback or you think he run it with nine? I think he going to keep with um JJ. Did you hear that? What he said, Allan? JJ, when I’m on the field, my alter ego comes out. Call him nine. Negative nine. Ever since he said that, he has sucked. Rating. Let’s get to these donations. Oh my god. Uh we’re so we’re getting closer and closer to 10K. Be sure to hit the subscribe button if you do and hit the like button. Let us know that you enjoy what we talk about and the ramblings on that we do. Uh Breezy becoming a member. Shout out to you Chris with the $2 donation said 2016 Jahi or current Devon Achan. A Chan for me. Achan. Yeah, Achan. Jay was the unicorn offensive line. Yeah, 100%. Cedric with the tener said to his regression is due to the hip injury in Houston. Yes, missed last three games. He even uh has even less velocity and now can’t move at all. Never mobile but showed a little last season before the injury. Shell of himself a thousand. Not as long. Um he doesn’t get injured in college. Does he make it to five? To five. What? won the fifth overall pick. Oh yeah, he’d be he’d be second overall pick. I mean, Burrow would have been one he’d have been two probably. Like every Burrow came out of nowhere. Everybody wanted to back then Bur Burrow’s last year at LSU was completely insane. I think he would have beat Burrow too. That was a good game between two and and Burrow at defense. Alabama defense. Uh Dolphin with the tour said bring Jimmy Johnson as GM last great fins drafted. man is going to enjoy his boat. He wants with football on offense though draft like a mother but not not offense. You want defend defensive players? You call it Jimmy Johnson. Did you just say Jimmy Did you just say Jimmy Quinton draft offensive players? Am I wrong? I I’ve said that and people stone me to death. Rob Conrad is the best offensive player Jimmy Johnson has ever drafted. Larry Shannon, Yatil Green wasn’t his fault though because he tore ACL’s but uh John Avery, JJ Johnson, and on defense it’s like Jason Taylor, Sam Madison, Patrick. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Great players on defense. Uh like Kareem Abdul Jabar, he sucked drafting offensive players. There wasn’t one receiver. Uh William with the Fiverr said, “Even if Dan Marino Yeah. Geez, even if the Dolphins finish with seven or eight wins next year, should the Fins tank I’m assuming you mean this year? Uh, should the Fins tank next year for a top quarterback in the draft? No. Listen, they’re not it ain’t they’re not tanking. They just gonna try to do something and if it ain’t going right, they just gonna keep on staying the course. You know what they’ll do? They’ll try to fix the cap and that is how they will absolutely organically tank is the credit card year next year. Face the credit. Every single first year of every coach is a reset the books year. Yep. Every single one. Add players, right? And they’ll they’ll they’ll do what they need to. And that’s what people thought this year was a tank year, but you don’t add competitive players if you’re tanking, right? Douglas, you don’t add in add one year, twoyear, but one year guarantee guys. 2019 was a tank year because look at who they added. It was like nobody. It was a reset change philosophy year where we stopped going for all the big names. A lot of people are under this impression with our salary cap. Oh, we may be barely negative now, but when Chub is gone and Tyreek is gone, we gonna have money to spend. We will have one of the least amount of players starting the season on the roster as well that a lot of people don’t realize. You got to feel the roster. It’s gonna be a whole It’s gonna be a lot of minimum guys next year. It’s always a lot of minimum guys. Yeah. Nothing new. No, it’s it’s nothing new. This it’s what they do. They And their first year is always reset the books and see what you got. Then the next year we spend big and you know take try to pivot. Then we trade away all our t all our draft picks to go get veteran players and it’s a never- ending cycle around here. So have you guys heard what Diana Rousini has said about the Dolphins front office position that it’s one of the most attractive openings among like season GMs. Yeah. Is that you think that’s true? She said the Dolphins general uh general manager opening is getting a lot of attention from around the league. sources say Miami’s vacancy is viewed as an exceptional front office opportunity by seasoned general managers. Sure. Like it is. Is it that situation like you guys are talking about where your first year you’re you’re you know as a GM you I can put my hands in this. I can do everything I need to do and wipe everything out. Is it maybe that you know I have a owner who keep me for minimum of five years and I can do whatever I want. Maybe It’s good. It’s good if they let him pick his GM and his quarter. I mean, that said, coach, let me ask you all a question. How many How many GM jobs are open right now? None. Right now, none. Well, Dolphins Dolphins Dolphins, that GM job is really attractive right now to guys who want to become the head of the when there’s four or five of them available. Let’s see. Let’s see how attractive it is. Very good point there. Where’s the bell when we need it? And and like I it’s it’s funny and I don’t want to discredit Diana because I I have respect for Diana. Um but some people just write things because they need stories and like that ain’t a story. Like the the the I love the talking heads where they’re like Steve Ross is thinking about doing this with the organization. Where is it coming from? Mhm. And I know exactly who Steve Ross talks to and they don’t talk to you. Like Ian Rapaort’s report before the Commanders game was filled with ifs and possibilities and I was just laughing. I’m like he’s saying nothing. He’s lit he literally said nothing new. If this happens and there’s a possibility and this and ifs and buts and candies and nuts. Um yeah. Uh he doesn’t even he doesn’t even sit there and talk to people during a game. I was gonna ask you guys that. When when was the last time you guys talked to Steven Ross as like uh uh Buffalo? No. Yeah, Buffalo game. I think we were in the tunnel. Which tunnel? No, that wasn’t Buffalo. That was You mean on the record or chatting? On the record. Oh, four years ago, maybe. Um, it was when he hired Mike McDaniel. Kenny Stills was still on the team because we stopped talking to him because of Kenny Stills. No, but when McDaniel, he did a press conference when McDaniel was hired. So, that was that was last time. February 2022. Teddy with the tour says TD was right about Tua not same since hip injury. Yep. Axi with the Fiverr says, “Do you think the Dolphins should trade down in the draft to build more draft capital?” Depends how the draft falls and depends on where we’re picking. Trade too early. All the people who the the I hate the tank. Let’s tank. Tank for who? Number one, because this is not a topheavy draft. Nobody acknowledged quarterback. Um there’s two really, Indiana and and our Alabama that are that are going to be probably first round picks and everybody else is a reach and maybe sneak in the first round. Um, outside of that, there’s a safety at Ohio State and there’s a pass rusher at M who I don’t think is that great, by the way. Um, Ruben Bane, you don’t think he’s that good? I don’t think he’s that good. I think he’s good. I don’t think he’s top five talent good in draft. Okay. I I don’t Okay. He It is. I’ll I’ll tell you why later. Not here. Um Okay, cool. It’s a great Yeah, but to I’m not trying to upset you on fans. I like him. Good player. I I like him. Good player. Um uh but people like Tank, it’s you know what? It doesn’t does it doesn’t matter where the Baltimore Ravens draft or where the Philadelphia Eagles draft or or where the Pittsburgh Steelers draft or where the Kansas City Chiefs draft or where the Seattle Seahawks draft. And now it don’t matter where the New England Patriots draft. Like because they nailed the quarterback. That’s why it doesn’t matter. That’s it. You got to get that first, Omar. You gotta get that first, man. Listen, we’ll see. It’s about who’s doing the draft and how well they are at talent evaluation. And I I’m going to agree with that. Yes, I think the Dolphins need volume in ter in terms of roster building. So, yes, unless you don’t pass up on a like a prospect, you had to go there, didn’t you? Pass up on on a top end prospect to accumulate more more picks. But let me ask you this question, Tupard. Let me ask you this question. Go ahead, Kelly. Diving into what you just said, Megan Fitzpatrick was pick number 11. Uh Javon Holland was pick number 33. See, look at Rain Man. Um, how much difference? Ability, talent, skill. That one’s fairly significant. You think it’s significant? Oh, yeah. I think Minka is a much better player than Minka and Har. Yeah. Yeah. M’s a much better player than I’m behind. Holland ain’t what we kind of like made him out to be. I I I I’m not Y’all know I’m not a Holland fan. I’m just saying in general. Same here. You know I’m not a Holla fan either. Yeah, I know you’re not a Hall of Fame. But I don’t not to say that Holland makes impact plays like Minka and Ma’s made what four or five impact plays this year. Mhm. But Holland is I mean really is he that much better better than Holland? I I I believe in I believe in getting quantity and getting your guys that you believe in with that quantity. Unfortunately, what h what happens is they tra they traded down this year. They just picked they traded up. They traded up this year and they got somebody like they tra they tra and traded down then they then they got away then they gave up their traded up. Well, they got the the guard that the Detroit Lions took was the next guard after Jonah Seanaya has been better than Jonah has been. And the Dolphins surrendered draft capital to make that move. I agree with you. I’m I’m not arguing with you. I I’ve I have never at any point ever been a Jonah Savana fan ever. Yeah, I can’t like and I was beating the table for Jonah. You were? I ain’t gonna lie. As a prospect, I love what I saw from Jonah. I looked at his film and I was just like, I don’t see it. And and people would say he’s one of the top 10 in this draft and he’s the one he’s one of the guys that you can’t miss. If you need something immediate, it’s he’s in there and and so is Rattlage and you know they they they didn’t I would have just doubled down on guards and just made it work. But like Cole Strange, you could go find Cole Strange and you get the same equivalent for Jonah. So yeah, I know. But everybody watch the Patriots when they when the trumpet the thing the thing is if you trade up you can’t miss and the Dolphins missed a lot. Liam Iikinberg was another one like that and the last one I can remember where it worked out very very well and you’ll love this Omar is when they traded up to to pick Xavier Howard in round two in 2016. That worked out great. They also traded to get Leonte Karu. So with with New England, to be fair though, um Jonah, I think it was the fact that he could play multiple positions that was really appealing. So let’s try something other than left guard. I mean, you’re right. Maybe right where he played in college. Yeah. Uh Flicks with the tour says, “By the way, we need all this around a quarterback making MVP money.” That ain’t Tua’s fault. was the guy who’s not in the middlear once you get to them playing time and said Dolph 802 with the $2 donation said is Tua now feedler without the legs or toughness no he’s way more accurate to come on let’s we could say whatever we want he’s a precision passer he is a phenomenal kit you stride passer simmer down simmer down simmer down now He’s probably what, third all time in NFL history, if not second in accuracy. Is is is that what you want me to say? When he’s probably first or second in checkdowns or screen passes. I mean, come on, dude. Seriously, I’m gonna get Omar out of Send me down now. Send him down now. Top three in NFL history, huh? Yes, he is. Completion percentage. Completion percentage. Big whoop. Big whoop. All time. All the average yards per attempt. Let me look it up. Holy moly. Uh, no. B with the Fiverr says, “Mike McDaniel still looking like he’s learning on the job. How many years is it going to take?” That is a question I ask a lot of people because I get a lot of push back and I get a lot of angry people after completion. No. Why would he be number Oh, yeah. Do he’s behind Joe Burrow. Joe’s Burrow 68.5 to 68.1 ahead of Drew Brees. Now do average average yards per attempt. So I’m not doing that. Oh my computer. Oh my have some challenges with that one. He’s like, “Oh my my computer is not working.” The stream. That’s what the beeping. That was what the dinging was. His computer’s broke now. What are we going to do? Um no B. I get a lot of push back uh because I’ve been wanting to move on from Mike McDaniel and he apparently still has a lot of fans in this fan base who get very angry with me and my question to them is always how much longer are you going to give him? It’s been four years. How much longer? And this is a great question. You know, he’s still learning on the job. How many years is it going to take? And that’s the question. How long has it taken Mario Crystalall? That’s that’s your comp. You’re right over my head. That’s a sport I don’t watch. Mario Crystal Ball’s game management is shaky. Let’s put it that way. The one game I did watch where he was like running it three times. I’m like, what is he doing? He’s in like year eight as a head coach. I I I I don’t have a problem with Mike as a as a coach, as a um I I think if I was to question him, it would be the leadership and and that’s the thing. I can’t even I would say leadership and communication skills, but he’s a good communicator, just not to the media because he communicates well to his players. He he presents well when when he’s presenting the message, but you know, like I’m not I’m not a I I really don’t I don’t really second guess those those decisions. Like fourth both of the fourths I would have went for them. Fourth and ones I would have went for them. I get it. I get it. My thing with Mike is do we have a coach where you can say he’s not gonna get out coach today? You have that confidence. You know, there’s like five guys you can say that about. Yeah, but again until we get a guy like we always talk about there’s only this about this only ain’t not one of them nowhere up in the organization. How you gonna get one? Wait a second. I have a re I have a little bit of a revelation over here. My computer is not broken. Yards per attempt. You wanted to know? Yeah. Yes. All time. Yes. Go ahead. Per attempt or per I do want to know. Go ahead. This is yards per attempt. Go ahead. All time. No, you shouldn’t go attempt. He throw them 40 ones all the time. Allan wanted to know. Go yards per attempt. Let’s go. What is it? Completion. 7.5. Okay, that’s 200. Okay. Joe Burrow 7.4. Okay. Josh Allen 7.4. Matthew Stafford 7.3. Baker Mayfford 7.3 Omar Omar if you understand stat you understand stats you don’t do yards per attempt on completion you do yards per completion on I’m a great I’m I ride with you let’s do yards completion per let’s do it okay I got you that’s what let’s do it I ain’t scared of you I ain’t scared I can throw. I can heave the ball down. Here we go. Now we got Now, now we got we got all these narratives now. No, it’s not a narrative. It has to be yards per completion to talk about completion percentage le. All right. Okay. On your completions. That’s what you’re throwing. The 68% completion percentage. So, you know, I’m scrolling a lot. Okay. 11 11 yards per completion. Same as Teddy Bridgewwater and Gino Smith and Derek Carr. Um, more than Joe Flacco, more average, more than Joe Burrow, more than Justin Herbert, more than Trevor Lawrence, more than Sam. More than Tyler Mur. Yeah. All them checkowns, baby. Let’s do check down for a second. What? Who else should I What else should All right, let’s let’s keep going. Let’s keep going. John with the Fiverr says, “Guys, we gonna see the WWE episode.” Coco beware, Mick Foley, Craig Valentine, and Trick Williams. Love you guys from Hallelu. We appreciate you, John. Oh, no. B gifted five sons. I’m doing this at 1:00 a.m. in wherever the hell I am. Oh my god. You don’t know where you are. Oh, Barcelona. Yeah. Uh, nobody with the Fiverr said, “Uh, the thought of champ McDaniel and Tua running the show in 2026 isn’t exactly blowing up my skir blowing my skirt up. Slide me someopium.” What? That could be a way to get a higher draft pick. I don’t care. It is what it is. Well, Titty Titty need to bring his behind back here. I know that’s Come on, Titty. The hell’s that about? Yeah. He gonna remove his computer. Uh Eric says, “Next time Ramsay and Chase play each other. I hope to see Ramsay lay Chase out like old school football. Not sorry.” Yeah, he spit right in his face. He suspected and then he lied about it. That’s That’s like at least own up to it, man. Well, I mean I’m guessing that I don’t want Ramsey didn’t get any penalty, any suspension. He suspended the next game. Ramsey. Oh, no. Ramsey. No, Ramsey. Ramsey got nothing. Nike Tomlin came out and he was like, I would have done the same thing. I expect him to do that if if you get spit in your face. So, yeah. Yeah. Told him do what somebody spits at you, do what you feel is right. Exactly. And people don’t that that is um battery or Yeah. It’s assault. You spit on somebody in the in the public, you’re getting arrested. That’s assault. Yep. 100%. And that and I I’ve always conducted myself with governance. Whatever you do on the football field, if they would handle it this way legally in in a real world, it should be handled the same way in the NFL. 100%. Uh, Greg with the fire says, “Only GM I would consider a must grabs Lewis Riddick. This guy loves him. Uh I’m sorry, not a believer in Ray Agnu. Brad Holmes is the guy in Detroit rather keep champ. I my number one is Alec Halby. Uh just because he’s been with Grossman for how many years now? I’m surprised he didn’t get the job with the Jets, didn’t he? Wasn’t he like a finalist with the Jets? And he didn’t get that job. Just interesting. Um I I I I have hard time giving anybody credit for Dan Campbell’s team because that team personifies Dan Campbell. Yeah. And and every every inch of that team and I know Dan Campbell for for real. And that that’s a Dan Campbell team. You’re not going to get an executive to build that team that a similar team like that. No. Look at look at all the the the draft picks that they nailed. I mean they have nailed like every one of Jir Gibbs, Sam Laaporta, Jack Campbell, Brian Branch who’s a who? Melanu Melofanu pick I wanted Jack Campbell third round pick. Do you think they reached for him taking Jack Campbell when they did? Jack hair a hair but he’s good. Just take take you love. Just so you guys know and everyone in the chat knows TD’s internet went out. That’s literally what Sure. We’ll go with that. Mall security with the tener says working in Pittsburgh and the phone still work TD and you can get on here with the phone. I know that cuz I do it all the time. It might be time for a new voice energy is strong. If you have to reset, would you want a veteran head coach like Tomlin or try the next great head coach like McVey? Who is the next great head coach like McVey? And you have to nail it. Yeah, you got you got to tell me who it is. It became like and that’s what Stephen Ross has tried to do every time. Stephen Ross has tried to quote unquote find the next Don Shula. Exactly. He he always grandson he always wants to hire somebody who he’s giving their first them their first opportunity because they’re they’re loyal and they’ll work harder and and you know I’m sorry give me somebody with experience now and a lot of people I like I like Brian Dable I like Dan Quinn and I liked Dan Quinn and um and Doug Peterson I liked but we already I liked all three of Peterson. Yeah, he got to the Super Bowl, Peterson. So, it would have been nice to have somebody who he won the Super Bowl. He also He also sucked. Yes, he did. 2017 where my brain was. I’m thinking of Dan Quinn. Yeah, he also sucked in Jacksonville. Yeah, he did. Uh Creek with the two euros. Omar knows all about that. Uh, timeouts are worth more uh were more odd than going for it. 100%. Timeouts after were more odd than going for it. Yes, 100%. Uh, Miss Fin Mr. Finisher with the tener says, “I’m not listening to no opinion from two and ears. Sounds like Honda Civic passing uh by with them old big old mufflers at 3:00 a.m. Do whatever you want. I don’t give a crap. I’m tired of trying to prove people wrong with what we our ideologies are. Uh Stromboli with the Fiverr says, “Notice how the apology for being wrong about two estats are never as loud as the criticisms.” Where is the And the reason is because I’m going to dig up more stats to to support. He will he will dig up more. Drew Brees, by the way, Drew Brees had higher averages than Yes. Oh, trust me. You’ll be here Friday with no quiet be scared. You’re just Oh, you think you got me? I know. I know what my eyes have shown me in this like and yes, to your point, Omar, he is very accurate. I I you use the term phenomenal. This is where I was like, simmer down or when I hear the word that’s got to disappear from from any sports language is superpower. I was going to tag you. I was going to tag you in what’s his face? Um, he was on the show with Joy Taylor. H Goodell. Manuel Ao. Oh, Manuel Ao. Okay. He was talking about someone’s superpower. I was going to tag you in and be like, “Oh.” But I did it. I was like, “I’m not going to blow up spot.” I did I did want to read you guys um Champ Kelly’s thoughts on tour. Um, I I didn’t write it then and I I’m probably still sitting on it. I’ve watched to us since he was coming out of college. Uh, from afar, I saw a talented pastor who was really good from a pre-nap anticipation standpoint. The things that I didn’t know about Tua was how dedicated he is to his family and how his spirituality drives his relationships and leadership style. That’s extremely important to him and that’s something I hold true and dear to my heart as well. Um, but what the hell does that have to do with winning football games for so when you’re asked directly to give an assessment of your quarterback and how you believe about him? He’s exceptional at anticipation and accuracy and he loves his family and working on being a good leader. like that. That’s certainly not a ringing endorsement. Yeah. And his spiritual spirituality helps him be a good I mean Champ is a very religious guy though. So, but you know and and Tua there’s nothing you know. Did you know what means? It’s like brother or cousin. Yeah. Which is what they call Tua. Oh yeah. Yeah. Uh yeah. No, I don’t know what it means. It means brother. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So they’ve been like you know how two you know how two always says brother all the time. So his teammates have called him and I always thought it was like some acronym for UNO cuz these numbers one but learn it’s it’s it’s Polynesian or for for brother. Interesting. Okay. Yeah. The the um in wrestling Rkkeshi and you know you have the rock Rkkeshi Roman Reigns all them there. Roman Reigns cousins are the Usos. That’s their tag team name, Jay and Jimmy Uso. And they’re that whole lineage of the great Samoans and all that stuff. So that’s how I knew what Uso meant because of that. And they throw that around. Uh Numero Uno with the fibers says GM’s Halib or Agnu. I’m down with those two. Um happy with uh Philly. He’s the assistant GM in Philly. Some people don’t like him because he he was never played the sport, but I’m like that shouldn’t really that whole that whole Philly crew um the Philly GM never played the sport either. Yeah, that’s what I’m saying. Like yeah, how Roseman and he’s still the best GM, but I I’m not taking anybody from Philly and I’m not taking anybody from Baltimore. Um because and this is my thought process. Those are two cultures you cannot recreate. Same like everybody trying to create New England’s culture. Those are two c those are cultures you can’t recreate. Go find somebody who is good at evaluating talent. Mhm. Somebody you know is good at evaluating talent. And what I find very odd about this situation here in Miami is that they have allegedly, and I’m not saying I have seen the evidence, but they have allegedly one of the best scouts in the entire NFL. somebody who is in Marvin Allen who is like known and respected as one of the best eyes for talent. Now, have we seen that here? No. And he’s still here and he’s around and he’s still traveling. He didn’t get whacked like um Anthony Hunter or and um Adam Ingram and he hasn’t been here long enough. But why did you just leapfrog him? And and why did you leave him out of decision-m process when the trade came about? Because he’s part of the old eyes. They want a new set of eyes on the team. It would be my would be my guess as to why that was done. Oh, that’s that’s a that’s a weird guess because I would think I would think that if you remove the head coach, the assistant GM goes into the assistant gym role. Unless the assistant GM is not obsessed with analytics like Champ Kelly, who you as an owner is obsessed with analytics. That’s another possibility. Is is Stephen Ross obsessed or is he is he being told to be obsessed by the people he trusts? No, because remember the people he trusts has changed a lot. Well, not not Garfin called Brandon Shaw or Mike McDaniel as the head coach. Brandon Shore Brandon Shore has been around here long. Um part of the new he became obsessed with analytics and sports science and he’s got a like a number of sports science companies. He became an obsessed with analytics in sports science probably around Joe Filin. And that’s how Tannon bomb took his job. Took a tan bomb took Dennis Hickeyy’s job because they brought him in. He brought Tannon Bomb in cuz Hickey didn’t understand or know or know how to in place analytics department. And Tanibomb was brought here to build an analytics department as a as a consultant or something. And then the man just said, “Hey, you’re better at the GM job than this guy. Let me put you ahead of him.” If if he if he likes analytics, Alec Albby is big on analytics. So that might be a name that if he does go out and actually interviews, he might try to steal them. I I am so adamantly against uh giving computer programmers and mathematicians front office executive roles in evaluating football talent. Let me just get that on the record. I’m I’m absolutely opposed to it. I hate what he said. What he said and and they are they are littering NFL front offices. Accountants, computer programmers, mathematicians killing NFL front offices. None of them know how to evaluate any goddamn talent. Can he can I make a point related to that? If you’ve seen the money the movie Moneyball where they make it seem like the A’s made the playoffs kind of because of analytics leaving out the fact if you’ve seen the movie that they had like a stupid good starting pitching rotation. But let’s leave that out because it doesn’t fly into the let’s hold money ball thing. It’s all about getting on base and it’s all about this about that. Yeah. Never mind that you have three complete studs in your in your starting rotation. I I don’t understand how most NFL teams, a game of football, physical sport, how the front offices are are always and consistently made up of people who have never played football. I don’t get that. The town valuers, I don’t get that. And it’s shameful. It’s the old boys network. It’s privilege. and they they don’t want people who have actually played the game to do the evaluations and it’s it’s it’s sickening to me but you know let’s let’s keep driving these analytics. Shadow Fate gifted five Dolphin Collective membership. Shout out to you Shadow Fate. Numero Uno with the Fiverr says, “What if Tu goes back to Hicks or perform and gets his form back? He’s still a good quarterback we can win with. sick of hearing about getting higher picks. I don’t know if going back to these guys is going to help with the hip. Hicks Hicks had nothing to do with his throwing and throwing mechanics and Tix was just about keeping him in shape. Sorry. Most security said uh but the analytics led front office led the Dallas Mavericks to the top of the NBA. Okay. Interesting. had nothing to do with Luca Don Donuch. I don’t know. And to the top of the NBA finals and got swept by Boston. Okay. But that’s all we got for you guys. Um Omar, when are you coming back to the US? Are you allowed to come back to the US? I’ll be back. I’ll be back Friday. I’ll be back. Okay. So, we will be live Friday. Probably around our usual time of 6:30 depending on flights and all that stuff. We’ll keep you updated like we normally do. Go check out Omar Kelly on the Miami Herald, El Pubart, Miami Dolphins on SI myself. YouTube.comdrong. We will see you on Friday. Not getting ready for a game. We’re just going to talk. 1. Damn
Omar got into some Madtid reality meds
He is cured of dillusion & forgiven
I really like Omar it's good to see him snap into reality better late than never he's super entertaining and likable but he's just not good at evaluating personnel and that's just a fact not everybody can be good at everything but I'm glad his eyes were opened by the witch doctor voodoo specialist in Madrid

  2. didnt tua escape pressure and threw a dime too malik washington against atlanta?? looked fine too me. I think hes just got to reliant on sitting in the pocket passing

  3. I thought this video would have been a little more optimistic jeez. I get this team aint nothing spectacular but a win is a win. Have the dolphins ever won in europe? They have the bye. Getting vets back. It seems like were running with this gm and coahc next season despite this one news report of how promising this job looks lol

  4. The next two games are must loses so we have an opportunity to get some real draft. Capital let’s be real. They can win out and it will mean absolutely nothing or if they lose out, we can actually get a return on investment with draft capital

  5. Tua career yard per pass attempt is 7.5, tied with Joe Montana, Jalen Hurts, Dak. Burrow, Josh Allen, Jim Kelly, Matt Ryan, Tom Brady, and Joe Namath are 7.4. Dan Marino, Matt Safford, Tannehill, and Baker Mayfield are 7.3. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  6. If TD and Alain were better at math, they would not be so spirited in wanting the yards per completion stats, because it's based on the same numerator (passing yards) as yards per attempt stat; your only changing the denominator (completion for attempts), so the order will be the same as the order for completion percentage since completion % is completion over attempts.

  7. Ill double down on the 3rd down play take. Not just Ollie on 3rd put Wright in there too both of them! fake 1 run the other, use one as a blocker, use one as just nothing but a diversion, ANYTHING but Achane on 3rd and short on goal .

  8. Work got in the way of me being here LIVE. Dammit … it sucks to have to be a real person sometimes … with a job and responsibilities and all that other adulting nonsense!

  9. Its amazing how People wants us to Lose for a better draft pick and it makes me sick. People There is No Great Draft Picks that will change our team.

  10. The beeping is Omar. Every single time he is recording a YouTube video I'm constantly checking my phone because a ding or vibration. Happens every Dolphins in Depth too

  11. Agnew was a former player (Pats) and a really good one at that! That and what he's done so far in his current role would make him a good GM (I won't say "great" until his 5th or 6th year as a GM)

  12. The fact that Omar says he is ok with Mike going for it on fourth down bc he knows dolphins karma was going to happen is a clear picture of him being controlled by his job or something bc he can’t say it how it actually is, hands tied behind his back bc they will fir his ass if he tells the truth, no one in their right mind would say going for that was the right move

  13. Dawg Tua got fat again like in 2023. He was fast last year before he got concussed. He’s only healthy with the extra weight. You idiots wanted him to lose it to get agile and tanked his health
