I’m posting this chart because I think some fans believe we aren’t generating good looks on offense.

We’re actually league average at generating quality looks but we are the second worst shooting team in the NBA.

This team, whether rebuilding or not, desperately needs shooting.

Now that’s not to say the offensive system is good. I think what we are running is ass but the players do have to do their part and they are not so far.

  2. The quality of looks never seems to take in to account the rhythm of the pass, just how near the closest defender is.

    The only time our offense ever looks in rhythm is when it’s an ISO and a nice play. Even Klay had to take a rhythm dribble for a wide open shot the other night. It’s terrible basketball

  5. honestly the only person to be an above average shooter on the roster in recent years is christie, Klay, Hardy, and irving. Klay is off to a cold start but recently started heating up, hardy gets no playing time, and irving is injured. DLO last year only shot 31% from 3 and this year is at 23% and even then for his career 36% would be considered average. christie is the only one lifting up that average but he also is more likely to pass up an open look.

  7. Many players on the team are not good passers. And many don’t see the court very well.
